We haven't been to this location for several years and there of course have been challenges due to the pandemic years, we understand, but here are a few of our observations. There was no one at the ticket booth and no instructions of where to go. Once inside there is a long line in front of concessions and everyone coming in joined the line so we guessed that this is where we check in for ticketing. Let word is - Guess! There were no instruction signs anywhere! We waited in the long line and finally reached the counter only to be told that the scanning of our prepurchased tickets would take place around the corner. My medical condition makes it very difficult to stand for any period of time and the 10 minute wait in line was almost unbearable! A simple sign directing us would have eliminated that agony. Heading down the corridor we were greeted with overflowing trash cans!! Literally piled high on the floor all around the trash can because the trash can was filled over the top!! The seats are becoming uncomfortable. There was trash from the previous movie goers left in the cup holders. Why so much trash everywhere with 2 employees just standing doing nothing? Coming out of the movie the trash had doubled, still untouched!! Gross!! The women's restroom only had one working dryer and toilet paper on the floor of several stalls. Ugh!! But, Downton Abbey-A New Era was fantastic!!

I rarely review or complain about a business but I had not so great experiences within 2 weeks and I wouldn't recommend this theater. I went to see a movie Halloween night. We arrived before showing time. There were only about 4 people in the concession line. Somehow we ended up in the line for 10-12 minutes only to end up with nasty stale popcorn. When we went to complain we were told it would 15 minutes. It looked like there was only 2 people working. The bathrooms where horrid and unclean. Almost every stall had a treat in the toilet or toilet paper around the stalls. Two weeks later I went on a Thursday night to a premier viewing of black panther. The movie was sold out. We arrive and proceed to wait in line for concessions. This time it was about 10 people in line and about 3 people working the concessions. Unfortunately the wait in line ended up being about 25 minutes and we as well as a few other customers missed the first several minutes of the movie. Again the bathrooms while a improvement from the last visit were still dirty. Save your time and money and just go elsewhere.

With notbhaving box office attendants you would think it would free up additional hands for concessions. On a saturday evening, only three cashiers were working. Not a spul to accept tickets towards the auditoriums at all. It would have been sooo simple to walk in and just watch a movie for free.. the line for concessions spilled out to the outside... for at least an hour since i went to the restroom. The kids were trying to keep up but it again was a saturday. The last time i was here it was like this as well and that was at prepandemic levels. Its just a shame. Movie theatre is an experience... paying forbthat experience would be worth it if there was ease, convenience, and quickness. When so many could waot and see movies at home withbstreaming, the product isnt the mobie because they can access it anywhere, but rather the experience. If theatres continues this route, i cant see them surviving in the next 10 years. These poor kids needed a manager to jump in and two other bodies. 2 people taking orders, two people grabbing order stuff to fill the order and a third to float.

The concessions are great, the theater is always clean, and the seats are super comfortable, spacious and can auto recline, but unfortunately the last few times I have noticed the lighting of the movies are too dark. I understand that theaters save light bulb costs by dimming the movie down a bit which is fine, but today (6/4/2021) at the 7:00pm Conjuring 3 in theater 11, the lighting of the movie was so low that it ruined the movie. You could not see anything. Even the outdoor scenes were too dark. I went on HBO Max to determine if maybe it was a dark movie, but you can clearly see it on the home television. I recommend increasing the lighting on the screens for a better experience or maybe we just got unlucky and the light bulb was starting to burn out. Either way, the lighting of the screens need to be brighten. I love this theater and drive over an hour just to go to this theater because the service, the employees, and the theater viewing experience are second to none, but this is my only complaint.

Was so excited to hear of the upcoming National Cinema Day & ordered tickets for myself and two of my youngest grandchildren. It was my understanding that not only was admission $3.00 on Saturday, but also there would be $3.00 concessions. To my utter surprise & dismay, I was told by one of the counter clerks, that the $3.00 Cinema Day was only for admissions. Very disappointed to hear that. Especially when I had two adult children, at theatres (one out of state) to say they were at movies, as well, and we're enjoying $3.00 lg popcorn and beverages. Why the Regal location I chose, was not a participant is mystifying to me. A young mother, with two children, seated beside me had no snacks. Bet she was caught by surprise like I was. The whole movie experience was not fully satisfactory. A few days later, I heard that Regal was facing bankruptcy.

Outdated. Average Price. Below Average food and drink Below Average cinema quality Below Average seats Lots of cons. Only 1 somewhat of a pro? Outdated movie theatre. Mediocre quality. HORRIBLE food and drink selection. Like abysmal quality. TERRIBLE quality for the prices of their skeleton menu. If you’re only gonna offer a few things, at least be better than most, not worse than most. The prices aren’t even lower than competition. You can drive 10 minutes away and sit in a brand new theatre with amazing sound and seats for the same price and actually have a good choice of snacks and drinks. The only someone plus of this place is that the drinks are bigger than average, however you have about 4 choices of beverage and it’s not great quality. Pass on this theatre for the one at Hamilton town Center.

Avoid this theater at all costs, you’ll be glad you did. There were 6 employees behind the counter and I was the only person in line. Talking to their friends and ignoring my family while we were trying to order popcorn, so much so that they didn’t hear me ask for drinks. When I tried to order my drinks, the kid starts playing on his phone while I’m trying to order! The mens bathroom floor is covered in urine, the floors of the theater hallways are riddled with popcorn, and the theater itself had trash in every cup holder we were next to. I always try to find SOME semblance of a silver lining, but this theater is an absolutely terrible experience and we will never be returning. Go to Emagine in Noblesville, it’s what a movie theater should be.

This is my first post-pandemic movie experience and it was soooo wonderful to be side by side in those leather reclining seats watching the Black Widow save young women across the world from evil. What is it about a dark theater and a big screen? This theater is clean, modern and a good choice to watch your favorite stories take you into another world. However when I came back a few months later in frigid January weather to see Spider-Man, I really couldn’t focus on the movie because it was FREEZING in the theater. The teenaged young man who was working agreed that it was freezing but couldn’t do anything. So I wore my coat and gloves through the movie and was very happy when the movie ended and I could go to my warm car.

Went for an early movie date to see the new Purge movie, Shannon was extremely rude. She was very hyper aggressive. Me and my boyfriend were not even able to complete our ticket and popcorn purchase before she was demanding our ticket stubs all while blocking us from getting napkins, straws & condiments. I spoke with the manager who was nice and very helpful. Although he immediately apologized for her behavior and ensured it would be addressed; It really just made for an uncomfortable movie experience. I hope her behavior is addressed and she undergoes possibly even a courtesy or ethics training so that other customers of different cultures do not have this same experience simply trying to see a movie.

I go there to watch movies all the time pre-pandemic. The downside is their captioning device sometime doesn't work. I had to miss the beginning of the movies to get these troubleshooted. I get free tickets to compesentate for my negative experience to enjoy the movie in its entirety. The other downside is they only offer one type of captioning device and it's the glasses type. I already wear glasses myself so to watch movies, I have to wear 2 glasses. By the end of the movie, the bridge of my nose is so sore from the weight. If they offer alternatives, I would be happy. I haven't been here since pandemic happened so I don't know things changed for the better or worse yet.

Where to start with this place. I recently took my daughters to a movie here, and it was an absoluteky awful experience. The first thing i noticed was the mess someone made in the restroom. The problem is i told them about it before we even sat down in our seats. The mess was still there after a two hour movie. The theater was ungodly hot. Broke a sweat just sitting in the seat. They also never turned the house lights all the way down. They said it was a safety issue and that they never turn them all the way down. The theater beside had theirs all the way down. The staff are lazy and will lie just to cover up how poor of an operation is being ran there.

  • Britney Grogg

We have the regal unlimited pass and I highly suggest it. This is our theatre of choice and we don’t have a bad experience with it but my only wishes is that the seats were cleaned more often. I’ve sat in sticky seats. I also wish regal had a better relationship with the A24 studio. Marcel the shell with shoes on has been out for 5 weeks and regal doesn’t have it yet and it was a week late in getting Bodies, bodies, bodies. And was late getting everything, everywhere all at once. I wish they had some better snack selections and that it didn’t take 15 minutes to get someone to be able to pour a beer.

  • A B

Usually we love this theater. We've never had an issue. Today it was gross, like no one remembered where vacuums are stored. Our seating aisle (and entire theater #2 was disgusting- popcorn everywhere, used napkins, trash, wet liquid in a few seats. Three workers at concession but no one there. Two workers at ticket scanning but no one coming through. I went to concession to tell them in hopes someone would come clean. Nope. Didn't. I grabbed a broom & cleaned our area & one other couple's area. Not cool, Regal. Not cool. It was not busy at all. Workers were not bust at all. Very gross.

  • Errold Mayfield

I'm sorry to say, my experience was very underwhelming. In what I guess was supposed to be a way to streamline things, a self service kiosk has been installed at the ticket counter. It wasn't working. So, we had to buy tickets at concession stand. Secondly, my wife had to find someone to come and clean the auditorium as this hadn't been done and the show was about to start. My wife and daughter were taking me to see the 9:10 pm showing of Jurassic World for Father's Day. Perhaps there should be a greater emphasis on "true" customer service.

  • Shannon Kryski

Theater was semi-clean. There is no staff at ticket windows as it's mostly done onlin, and you pick up tickets at a kiosk. Popcorn was hot and buttered, but salt for it was provided in little packets vs a shaker. Tedious to deal with in dark theater. Seats could use an update to repair broken and damaged ones. It's still overpriced, but that's to be expected given theater's have been for years, and post covid, have lost tremendous amounts of business. It is sad to see, but we still enjoyed a girls night out for a movie.

  • Joseph McL

Have been to this theater 4 times since moving to Indiana 6 months ago. Feel this theater offers good value, especially on Tuesday - its almost half price. We like the big screens and recliners. Parking lot seems safe enough for retail area. Cleanliness is average. Decor is a bit worn. Can't comment on concessions - haven't eaten there - but food prices are high everywhere nowadays. However we enjoy watching action movies and epics on BIG screens so appreciate theaters trying to stay in business. Must be hard.

  • Allison Friedman

The movie theatre’s customer service was so horrible. We made a request on the screen having open caption for the Deaf community and asked it twice. The person named Kayla there confirmed. Then, we arrived, there was no open captioning at all. We were upset and talked to the manager and she said she did not know how to add captioning on screen. She said she was new. It’s unfair to us and it’s discrimination. Their customer service was not good and I’d not recommend them when it comes to accessibility.

  • Sandy Aslin

Went to the movies last night and I was so disgusted by the condition of the Theatre. The bathroom stalls have missing doors. No toilet paper in ANY stalls and just very disgusting! The floors walking through the Theatre were all dirty and all the trash bins were overflowing with trash! I will NEVER return to the theatre! You ought to be ashamed of even opening the doors to the public!!!! I had to give it at least 1 star to post this review but didn't want to give it any stars!!!!

  • Carlton Bale

I love that they have reserved seating and that the seats are large reclining lounge chairs. Parking is never a problem and the staff is friendly. The sound quality if good. My complaint is that the physical layout of each theater room is relatively flat, so no stadium seating. This means that you have to look pretty high upwards, especially as you're closer to the front, which isn't ideal. The recliners make it bearable, but stadium seating would make it even better.

  • Sharon Meier

Super comfortable tiered seating with smaller audience capacity which makes it a better viewing experience. I was, however, very disappointed that ticket sales are a part of concession sales. This creates a severe backup even with 5 people working to sell both tickets and drinks and snacks. It means patrons have to arrive 30 to 40 min before the start of your movie. This could be solved with digital self- service ticket kiosks completely separated from concessions.

  • Nena Cooke

Ok, so I’ve never been to such a nice theater before and maybe that’s just because Florida is a tourist destination and no one goes on vacation to see movies. But wow. Prices for matinee were affordable. Free refills on the popcorn and drink. Hello! Electronic reclining seating - leather (?) what is this?? Tons of leg room, friendly staff, great sound systems but I didn’t have to hear the movie next door. Me and my little one really enjoyed going to the movies!

  • Sabreen Sam

Very disappointed with the cleanliness of our auditorium.(6) No one cleaned after the previous movie. There was popcorn, left over nachos, empty drinks and candy wrappers in majority of the seats. I did inform a employee of the leftover trash, she had someone sweep just some the popcorn in the entrance. To bad you're more concern with taking our money than making sure the overall entertainment experience is pleasant. I cleaned my own seat.

  • Brian

Absolutely filthy. It was extremely dirty on a slow night. There was one girl taking all the customers at the register while two other girls talked and did nothing. We had to ask if their register was open to get them to ring us up. Enough time to chit chat but not clean up the disgusting mess everywhere. Oh, not to mention no one was checking tickets, we might as well not bought them and just walked right in. So disappointing.

  • Lanika Vann

The whole facility was nasty to the popcorn and food all over the floors when you walked in to the napkin bar being disgusting and the worse was the bathrooms. Looking behind the corner I really DO NOT believe that it pass health codes. They were giving out uncooked hotdogs, burnt/ frozen pretzels and burnt popcorn!! The chairs in the theater are old and the leather was breaking. Worse movie experience in my whole life!

  • Shaun White

We only patronize this movie theater for the $2 family friendly movies during the summer. That’s about all I’m willing to pay for an almost flat layout with really dated recliners. This location is more convenient for me than the AMC Castleton Square, but I happily drive right by it all the time because AMC’s viewing quality is so much better and more comfortable. This location could really utilize an overall update.

  • Erin Ingram

Awesome seating! Seats recline with a push of a button. Buy your tickets in advance because there's reserved seating that you get to pick where you want to sit, and you don't want the front row ever! Great cinema experience. If you have a little one that likes snacks, they have a Zap Pack for $6 with popcorn, slushy, and fruit snacks. FREE membership gets you free movie tickets or concessions every once in a while!

  • Brian Christopher

This movie theater is somewhat past it prime and a bit dated. The parking lot isn't the best for entrance and exit especially when busy. Its very expensive for tickets. The seating is assigned and they have wonderful power recliner seats. The ticket counter is small and easily gets backed up. The concession area is also small. The movie experience seems good enough as the picture quality and sound was fine.

  • Chad Watkins

Great recliner seats, they go back farther than any other theater seat I've been in. Sound quality and video quality are par for the course - nothing overly impressive but also not underwhelming. Most theaters you want to be right in the middle or towards the back, but this one you want to be a littler closer to the front for the best seats. I frequent this theater and their popcorn is excellent as well!

  • April Wilson

Went on Memorial Day to see Top Gun Maverick (which was phenomenal, by the way). Wasn't very busy, when going into the show. Lobby & restroom's were in need of a serious cleaning. It was kind of a turn off to see it looking so trashy. My assigned seat, was in need of being replaced. It definitely had seen better days. We were in Auditorium #5, seats D6/7. Their party room looked very nice & tidy though!

  • Rohit Akhauri

Reclining seats are the major attraction here. You can completely recline and enjoy the movie. Pre Assigned seat makes the experience even better. Screen size is not great, sound quality is decent not the best. Real 3D is engaging. There multiple screens so you will also find movie of your choice. It’s great or food, in addition to popcorn and soda, you can get sandwiches, pizza, burger, taco and lot more.

  • Lauren Cannon

the seats in all the theaters reclines and are much more spacious than normal theater seating. you can reserve seats at the front desk and also when you buy tickets online. it is kept rather clean and especially in the theater room. the sound system is especially good in all the screen rooms I've been in. it is highly recommended to buy tickets online because then you can skip the line to buy tickets.

  • Tina Bell

One of the sinks in the women’s restroom was full of smelly puke. My daughter saw it before the movie started and it was still there at the end of the movie when I went in there. My daughter did not report it, so maybe they just did not know. Also one of the hand dryers was not working so you had to use the one next to the puke if you wanted your hands dry. But the chairs in the theatre were amazing.

  • Rick Uski

Really good theater experience. Reclining chairs that are pretty comfy. No complaints, but it's definitely about the movie. If it wasn't competing vs theaters that have a full dine-in, high end restaurant experience during the movie, it'd be 5 stars worthy... but with that niche of theater existing and being awesome, it's tough to justify a 5th star for standard popcorn & coke at the pickup counter.

  • redwards 2020

The UA seems run down. The last couple of times we've been I got a broken seat/recliner. The place is always dirty. The staff seems to not like their job, and everything is just more expensive. We can drive 10 min north on I69, get better service, better concessions, and be served quicker with friendlier staff for less $$. Will we go back to UA? Probably, but it won't be our first choice.

  • Konner Staubach

I love the reserve tickets. I love the reclining seats. I absolutely despise one person at concessions with a line of 15 people. Then seeing 2 employees checking tickets and popcorn getting staler by the minute with nothing new being popped. I have been in line for 20 minutes. Is the conveniences of this place worth it? When I miss the first 20 minutes of the movie, the answer is NO.

  • David Broviak

They have done a solid job of updating the place and getting it going post covid. Inside was perfect and everything was running smoothly. My only complaint (which I've noticed at multiple theaters recently) is someone needs to do landscaping around the place. The weeds are huge and make the place look abandoned. But again this probably connects to the current worker shortage.

  • Jessica Balascio

Heck!!!!! I understand inflation, but this is too much! Seeing a film is no longer an option for the regular family of 4. It cost us $100 to see an afternoon showing. The facility is BEAUTIFUL and well appointed. The reclining chairs, fantastic air filtration, and a bar make this a very pleasant place to spend an afternoon, but it's extremely cost prohibitive. Bummer, that.

  • Jack

Theater itself is nice. Recliners are great. Buy your tickets online so you get the seats you want. Concessions a bit pricey, and there isn't nearly enough help to make the lines run quickly (less than 15 minutes in line). The concession experience can ruin a great movie. You either have to arrive 30 minutes before movie, or not want popcorn.

  • Aaron Anderson

They oversold tickets to Doctor Strange 2. Or something went wrong on the website. I ordered tickets for 3:15pm Auditorium 11 seats D7-13. They sold 2 tickets to someone else for D9 and D10. The couple refused to move even though I was with my family and my brothers family. Management came and talked to the couple but nothing came of it.

  • Jesseca

They’ve changed out the refreshments to Pepsi products -and they don’t have classic movie theater snacks like milk duds anymore. Theater is also poorly maintained for cleanliness. Lots of sticky residue all over counters and seats. Multiple seat coverings torn in the theater as well. Use to be a great location but not the same anymore.

  • DzNuts808

My family and I watched Super Mario Bros, the movie started at 5pm. I only mention the time because when we arrived there were no lines and it was like a ghost town. We were the only 4 people in the theater,it was like we rented the place out. It was so nice, the seats reclined, and the popcorn well it was popcorn.

  • John T.L Hulstine

Went and saw Marvel Endgame with some friends and the theater was fantastic! The inside was nice and clean, and the cashier was able to get us our tickets quickly. I liked the reclining seats we had in the front row, and it was the first time I had a enjoyable experience that close to the screen, and not get I'll.

  • Neil Neukam

Movie was entertaining, but the place was in shambles and a mess. No attempt to clean in between movie showings is inexcusable. Napkins in cupholders, chairs filled with garbage, popcorn all over the floor, cups, wrappers, etc. Almost two years since being to the theater...rather disappointed on my first one back.

  • Ally Bright

Great theatre with really comfy chairs!!! Staff is super nice and helpful. Had an amazing time and have seen many movies here. Will come back whenever I’m in the mood for a great big comfy chair. Even brought a blanket to be even comfier! Enjoy good movies at good times in a good location here.

  • Matt

This movie theatre has made me enjoy going to movies again. The ability to pick my seat online, skip the ticket window when I get there, and have reclining chairs is just awesome. You get plenty of room between the chairs and it is usually pretty clean. Overall I highly recommend this theatre!

  • Mike T

The matinee show was good and the crowd was small. The only downside was that the line for concessions was long. The people working the concessions were working hard and as fast as they could (Richard gave us great service) but the there were only 2 people to cover the pre-show rush.

  • Michelle Boatman

I've been here 3 times in the last 12 months, I love this theater. It has the oversized recliners and extra leg room. So comfy for watching a movie on the big screen. Sound systems are great and bathrooms are clean. Plenty of parking and lots of options nearby to grab dinner.

  • Kyle Jones

Convenient location for me and the theater is adequately maintained. Management is responsive to requests to handle rude theater goers. Limited concession choices and rock hard seating make Regal hard to recommend though. Not my top choice but if all else fails not too bad.

  • Celieboo

Slowest concession lines you've ever seen in a theater. Seriously, we bailed after spending 20 minutes in line because we were going miss our movie. Otherwise, the theater is clean. Reclining seats. Overall, it's a good theater. Just hire more people for the Saturday rush!

  • Chris Wann

I get that going to a 8:00 movie, there's been a lot of people in/out of the theater, but the place was dirty. The restroom dirty, lobby and hallways dirty, theater dirty. The seats are way past there useful life and are cracked. My seat got stuck in the reclined position.

  • Travis Mumford

Now these are the reclining chairs I've been looking for. I've been to other theaters with "reclining" chairs that really only bring up a foot rest and are not that comfy. This theater has the real deal seats. Video and audio were very good. Will definitely be returning.

  • Bob Carnahan

Typical multiple screens movie theater. Self-service ticket computers were not working, so we bought tickets at the concessions counter, which was not a problem. The prices were competitive. The staff was friendly and helpful. The theater was clean. No issues to report.

  • Terry Gilbert

Good theater. Plenty of parking. Clean and comfortable reclining seats with plenty of space to stretch out. Food options are plentiful (and the concession attendants aren't stingy with the popcorn butter). I would definitely come back if I'm in the area for a movie.

  • Chris Murnane

Theaters are finally back again! With the regal unlimited club ($18.99) it can be affordable and fun to go see all the movies you would want! The food menu is limited but they have beer and popcorn. The usual things. I love their pretzel sticks and cheese.

  • John-Michael Watson

Some seats are in extreme disrepair in theater 13. Costs is very high on concessions. Other than that all staff were friendly. The whole place was very clean. Service was quick. They did remove the good popcorn salt now just have table salt but it's okay.

  • Tracy Crowe

They need more help at the snack bar. They need a ticket sales person, a person to check tickets, and they need to fix the broken chairs that do not recline. Need to change the air-conditioning filerts cause it smells moldy in some of the theaters.

  • Niksa Jazvic

I'm glad movie's are to be watched in dark!As soon some light is turned on i get disappointed!Reason being that some of the seats are inoperable, most of seats have peeling of fake leather! I guess some of it is due to coronavirus and streaming.

  • Jessey Nettey

The ticket area is entirely self-service and dimly lit. The seating is absolutely terrible. Even with the seat back, because the seats are more or less on the same level, you have to crane your head to see the screen which is high on the wall.

  • D. H.

From the outside this place looks sad. Inside there are hardly any employees but the seating and theatre are alright. Our popcorn wasn't popped fresh and their concession menu kept flipping to ads which made ordering frustrating and annoying.

  • Candace

This is one of our favorite places to see movies locally. It seems a bit dirty on the outside, for example the side walks are a little bit broken up, and so is the parking lot, the building is an ugly yellow too. However upon entering, 99%

We go here all the time, and generally everything is great. The one place for improvement is with the concession staff. They can't remember anything, like which size popcorn we ordered or that we used points to pay for the popcorn... They

  • jw hibner

I've always enjoyed this theater. It's always clean and the reclining seats make movie-going totally enjoyable. The staff is usually very helpful and friendly. If they had combos to order for their Coke and popcorn it would be five stars.

  • Andy Huynh

Honestly my favorite movie theater in Indiana. I like it more than all the other ones in town, and it’s a godsend compared to the garbage in Bloomington. They have nice recliner seats that are super comfy. The rooms/theaters don’t have a

Came here to see a movie, the concessions had absolutely no popcorn whatsoever or drinks. Very disappointed to have this kind of experience at a movie theater when I was looking so forward to it. Will not be returning to this theater.

  • Kit Kat

I enjoyed the reclining seats very much, but the young man at the ticket booth almost persuaded me to leave before purchasing a ticket with his complete lack of help. Seats have to be chosen in advance from a computer screen at this

  • Kate B

Inexpensive movie with comfy reclining seats! Who could ask for more? We got a medium popcorn and a large (was more like an extra large) pepsi for $17. I'd come back and visit here again even though it's a little away from my house.

  • Sarah Benedict

Filthy bathrooms, un-attentive staff, and people sneaking in with no consequences. Will not return to this “Regal” which is actually named “United Artists” also does not sell Coke products as advertised. Very disappointed.

  • Brandton Woll

Movie was great. Lobby was extremely dirty. Chair in theater had broken leg rest. Friends that i went with got beers. Beer was skunk but they did replace them free of charge. Teenagers running the place seemed friendly.

  • Joshua Williams

The seat layout in the theaters themselves are a bit more flat than other regal locations making it harder to see if your behind someone tall. But besides that customer service was great and a good theater overall.

  • Lavida “Nett” Loca

Over rated. It.rook an additional 30 min to get popcorn. They had to find the bags. I am really starting to think that teens and twenty somethings should not be left alone. They making busineeses loose money.

  • Krista Wanko

We went on $4 day and the family loved it. The recliner chairs are so very great and all the seats have good views. I being a mom of 4 was even able to catch a viewing nap snuggling my 3 year old... :)

  • Gayle Hausmann

Nice theater with fully reclining seats. The sound system is top notch, and there are free refills with a large popcorn. The employees are super friendly, too. It's what you want when going to a movie.

  • Alfred Weems III

The movie, "The Woman King" was outstanding! The theater was very clean. The system booked the same seat with myself and another person, but gratefully the theater was not packed so I sat elsewhere.

  • kenneth crawshaw

The 10:15 showing of Mission Impossible...the theater was filthy and no air-conditioning. The floor was sticky and there was trash in most of the drink holders and on the seats. It was disgusting!

  • Jared Tully

27 minutes of ads after the posted movie start time and before the movie starts? Not even all movie previews, some legit ads. First time back at the movies post covid, zero reason to go back again

  • Shawn McCracken

They over charged me for a payment and there's no easy or quick process to fix the mistake( it was only like 6 dollars). So instead of wasting my time and effort I'm leaving this review.

Just wow, it's been forever since I have been to this Theatre and the recliners they must have installed before the pandemic. It's pretty run down. I was not impressed.

  • Jay Kay

Pro tip. Film starts. 30 MINUTES after showtime. That’s right. 30 MINUTES of ads and previews. Unreal the balls they have pulling this off and thinking it’s acceptable

  • Susan Yingling

Regal at Fishers, Indy is a clean, comfortable theater. All seats recline. The staff are helpful, friendly & efficient. An enjoyable experience, to be sure.

  • Brody Girton

We went to go and watch a movie and the place was trashed beyond belief. Trash in the seats every trash can full and water all over the men's bathroom.

  • Maureen Leland

When entering there is no one there. To guide you to purchase tickets. The people taking orders for popcorn were way overwhelmed. Not enough staff.

  • Jack Cook

It was nice enough. You can tell it's been a bit since some of the things have been updated, but it is still a good place to catch a movie.

Was a good movie. Clean friendly. Rest rooms could been better for it not being bizz but over all was good. Popcorn and drink . Peaceful

  • Russell Ruggles

Temperature in the theater was good. Popcorn was excellent. Chairs were comfy. Crowd was respectful. I highly recommend this theater.

  • Ashley Hayhurst

We love this theater. We came on a very slow night and had the theater to ourselves. Can’t beat the comfy chairs that recline!

  • Kelly Gallaway

I enjoy going to movies here! The line for refreshments usually goes fast. Workers are friendly. The theatre is clean.

  • Jeff Haskett

It's older, maybe from the 80s, in decent shape. It was very clean. It has been remodelled since it originally built.

  • J Arnold

A disgusting theater. Management should be embarrassed by the lack of cleanliness ! Especially the Men’s bathroom!

  • Lisa Miller

My husband and I enjoyed the atmosphere. It was clean and quiet during the movie. The seats were very comfortable!

  • Abby Sherling

pretty good theater, bathrooms are sometimes a little meh but good snacks (for extreme theater prices)

  • Portia Fitzpatrick

Popcorn was good, but they need to wipe the seats after movies. My seat had wet soda all in it.

  • Allie Clason

Nice theater, comfortable seats. Food selection isnt super wide, but still a nice theater

  • J

The projectors are extremely dull and out of focus. Go to literally any other theater.

  • Dean Dilts

30 minutes of ads and trailers after the stated start time. Seat wasn’t clean.

  • Munchieee

It was cool the surroundsound sucks… Honestly should’ve just went to amc.

  • Cassandra Thompson

We watched such a good movie! Customer service was wonderful!!

  • S passehl

Snacks are very expensive but employees are super friendly

  • Stephanie and Jeff Thurston

Decent theater. Comfy seats, no complaints.

  • Lauren McIntire
