Went to see “Anyone But You” Saturday 12/30/23 for the 7:40pm showtime. We got our tickets at 7:38pm which were $27 just to see it not including drink/popcorn, and when we walked in the room, the movie was already playing. The movie states it lasts 105min., so I went ahead and started a timer on my phone. In the end, they started the movie AT 7PM NOT 7:40PM as shown on their website! and the lady didn’t even say anything about the movie being started already when we bought tickets.

The theatre (concession area - lobby) is dated but the individual theatres have been “updated” with reclining chairs. The chairs have an attached table making it easy to eat. The chairs feel cheap, and uncomfortable when reclined. You can tell they cut on cost trying to compete with AMC Theatres recliners. Regal needs to raise the bar if they want any type of chance of comparison.

One person at the counter and it took over 15 minutes for a single order of nachos. They had to run my payment for tickets and again for food at two different registers. I was the only one in line. Place was clean though. Paid $7.80 for a single ticket. I guess they run on a skelton staff. I should have passed and just went to the mall.

This place has went down. Total dump. Movie paused periodically & when told the manager she was pretty rude about it. The old staff weren’t like this. Something has to be done about this. I will never return

Seating was nice, concessions was a little slow, but everyone was friendly. Be aware parking validation is only for the blue and red garages, so it cost me $20 to park in the garage right under the theater.

Very nice cinema, but they don't have tap-to-pay at their concession stand. Makes it impossible to buy food and drink for the movie if you're like me and don't trust card readers or carry cash.

Still a nice place to see a . Reclining seats & swing'n tables I fell asleep as usual...but caught the begin'n & end - so all caught up …

Was an awesome experience wasn't too cold or hot in the theater. When I told the man extra butter, he knew exactly how to make it! The staff is friendly and helpful.

Quiet, not a lot of people on Saturday afternoon. Bathrooms werent very clean, and there was no soap. Overall ok to catch a movie though

Showed up for a 2pm movie, and theatre is literally gated, completely not open. Would be nice to know ahead of time.
