The popcorn was nice. That's about it for the good. The bad... I had 2 speakers blocking my view of the screen. The exit sign is directed toward the screen and created a green glow. Very obvious and distracting during darker scenes. And the frozen coke was not frozen. Just flat cold coke.

Nice, cosy and intimate cinema experience and really affordable! The charm and affordability is often lost in the big chain cinemas to the point were I had almost given up seeing movies at cinemas. Croydon Cinemas is one of the last cinemas

A true institution. Comfortable seats, good crowd, ultra affordable tickets, correct aspect ratio screens for anamorphic widescreen movies at a good size with a really good quality projector, loud enough but not too loud. I hope this place

Great little cinema, good location and ample parking. Tickets cost only $10 each for general admission, any day of the week, with concessions also available for seniors, as well as loyalty club card members, which is an absolutely great

Greatest gift the gods of cinema have bestowed upon us!. No lines. Low ticket prices. Great sound and image and you can even buy a glass of wine! It has rekindled my love of movies and now every week I look forward to the new releases.

Great value for money cinema that will save you a lot of money compared to the big cinemas. Seats are a little worn but the experience is fine for watching the latest releases. Because the cinemas are upstairs I would not recommend

Nice cinema and the most affordable in the whole Melbourne agglomeration. Don't expect fancy effects or recliner seats or huge screens but enjoy a nice cinema, at human size, with a welcoming staff and with a good choice of films.

Great independent theatre and very reasonable prices. I'm happy purchasng from the kiosk when ticket prices don't leave you broke. Pleasant staff and well maintained facilities. We should all support small local businesses.

Excellent local cinema. Screens are not as big as Hoyts or Village but the experience is better. Great prices for tickets and food. Visited several times in the last few months. I've enjoyed every visit. Staff are great.

Just saw my last movie at Croydon before it's impending closure. It may not be the most luxurious or state of the art venue, but it had a heart and will be missed terribly by the locals.

So glad to be able to go to a local cinema. They need to streamline the entry and clear signs for online ticket holders to enter. But would love them to keep going. We will be back...!

Small & comfortable with great customer service. Great membership perks. Serves alcohol to (18+ only). No seat allocation. Prices are half of what other cinemas charge. Recommended.

Has 4 big cinemas, great food and drink menu including hot food and alcohol. Not good access for wheel chairs yet does have a chair lift for those needing it. Great value for money.

Is such a quaint little cinema that's really nice and prices are fairly good also, is definitely worth checking out if you haven't been here before.

Fantastic cinema, great location with plenty of parking. Wonderful staff and lots of goodies to indulge in watching your favorite movie.

End of an era, cinema closes 29 March 2023. The ticket prices here were always amazing, the food was good, seats comfortable
