I have been visiting the girls’ Helen Blake and Anna West’s pharmacy for 12 plus years; they are awesome!! They recently merged with the new owners (lateral management changes with Shane). Once the merge happened, everything changed in regards to how customers were treated as Shane took over as the gatekeeper and I was met with the rudest most dismissive experience ls from him more than 4 times. He actually yelled at me when I asked a health question about a product and I won’t accept that. I did some data collection around the Lindisfarne area and 26 (TWENTY SIX!) people from Woolworths and previous customers of Anna’s and Helen’s have all chosen to leave too and go to Chenjsy warehouse down the road or elsewhere. Greg is amazing. Robert looks straight through you - it’s so bizarre. I do miss beautiful Jean, Red, Ashlee, Xenia, Patricia and Jane and the other amazing staff in there and often visit them today hi and drop off eggs. I always avoid “grumpy Shane”. It’s not the health-rude industry! It’s called healthcare for a reason. Thanks for reading.

Great place for advice, friendly staff and lovely atmosphere would no doubt recommend to others, would prefer to come here than other amcal. he staff take time out to assist in a real pleasant manner. hard to find these days.
