I have been a customer at Terry White Kingston town for many years but the experience I had today was very disappointing. I left scripts and came back about 20 mins later, scripts were not ready so I waited and had to stand for a further 20 mins. I understand it may have been a very busy day, but instead of staff becoming defensive when I queried the length of waiting time, I would have thought someone may have just explained the long wait. I had to ask and was spoken to rudely. Then when my scrips finally arrived, my husbands metformin was not dispensed because the script was out of date - an obvious mistake but this is a necessary medication for diabetes- maybe pharmacist could have explained that he could dispense a weeks worth until Dr could do a script owing. Not as if it’s an S8 drug! Dr missed it off the medication list, wrote it immediately but I will not be returning to have it filled there. Very disappointing.

just dropped in to buy some bonjela the male pharmacist served me such a rude person felt like punching him in the face If I could give a 0 star I would everytime I go into this chemist they are so rude not a hello not a thank you just nothing, I don't understand? I don't understand why they are so rude. Like when I greet a customer in my line of work it's only natural and polite to say hi how are you and at the end of the transaction what's wrong with saying thank you you don't get that at this chemist it's ridiculous never again.

shocking male staff at this pharmacy,you all now what "power tripping "is right ,the fella/pharmacist is a distant relation of Hitler's and it shows,sometimes they need reminding there not doctors or really any authority on what you put in your body,only a person themselfs can decide that,this is a Democratic society, we are not in China living under communism.

I recently moved into the area and as I have to grab my medication daily. I have never felt judged or unwelcome. I have asked numerous questions regarding interactions with particular medications and I have been given the answers without feeling rushed or a bother. One pharmacist in particular has been a real help.

Got badly treated at this shop a few years ago, staff didn't like the fact that i was browsing the shop, looking at things i was going to buy. I am happy that i did not give this shop any business. They didn't deserve it.

Not my regular pharmacy however excellent advice and service from the Pharmacist on duty both times in the last couple of weeks ! Thank you for your helpful service and extremely grateful for your opening hours till 8pm

Very rude staff, I felt hurt, never going to come back even though this one is close to home, the owner really needs to train the staff otherwise may not get much customers.

I find the staff to b e extremely friendly and maybe Damien Thomas needs to go back to school to learn the basics of spelling. Just sayin".

Sharon is extremely rude and unhelpful on the phone and doesn't explain processes clearly. Very poor service.
