I regret to say that my recent encounters with Village Cinemas have been nothing short of frustrating. Our journey began with the challenging task of navigating their perplexing website, which was plagued with technical issues, making the ticket booking process a test of patience. Our woes were compounded upon arrival at our booked event. Despite having secured tickets for the gold class, we were disheartened to learn that our seats were unavailable. Instead of an appropriate solution, we were discreetly moved to the Vmax cinema under less than ideal conditions, which felt like a downgrade rather than an equivalent experience. Attempting to make amends, Village Cinemas offered us gift certificates for future use. Yet, this gesture fell flat when we tried to redeem them at the Jam Factory, only to be told we'd have to sit separately. This baffling seating arrangement further added to our exasperation, leaving us to question the booking system's logic. Our attempts to utilize these complimentary tickets have been a continuous loop of disappointment due to the persistent issues with their service and website. Adding insult to injury, the customer service phone system seems designed to frustrate, looping back to the main menu when selecting the option for gold class inquiries. Since this initial disaster, I have switched to Hoyts and have been pleased with the simplicity and functionality of their service and website. It's a stark contrast to the complexities and inefficiencies I've endured with Village Cinemas. In summary, after numerous chances and repeated letdowns, I bid farewell to Village Cinemas. The difference in customer experience is night and day when compared to their competitors, and it's clear where I'll be spending my time and money in the future.

What a very disappointing night. Prepaid for food and requested at certain times when the food was early. I asked for it come later. This was done politely. The chips with my burgers tasted as though it was oil sticks no chips. It appeared as though they were recooked . The icecream and churzzo s came not closer to the end but half way and we were not ready for them. I asked for them to come later. Not rudely but nicely. I went to the bar and I informed the two staff that I was very disappointed in the quality. They asked for me to speak to the manager and I informed them both that I am missing the movie. So I was asked where I was sitting and the movie I was watching and I waited for 15minutes thinking they were going to replace it and no one came so I pressed the service button and waited for another 20 minutes when the manager came in. My desert was not replaced and as we were talking in the cinema someone said shush. Where I went quiet and he took our plate. Not replacing it. At the end of the movie I walked up to the counter where he was and spokevto hom again. In short the female worker accused me of yelling at her. Which was totally false as if I had yelled at her in the cinema every one would have heard and said something. I have been falsely accused and it has now affected my mental health. I have been at a venue and told that I verbally abused a customer service operator. This is totally unethical behaviour. I have been there before and never had issues. I did not spend $230.00 to celebrate our wedding anniversary to be treated poorly. Will never attend that complex. I do believe it was a strategy not to reimbursed me for food not delivered a a descent standard. If I can rate 0/ 10, I would.

I was so disappointed by experience last Saturday 9th June that I won't be coming back to village cold class after years celebrating family events in this way. The food was expensive as usual but average - we are used to that (although having the buy fries as an extra item for fish and chips was annoying - the food is expensive enough!) usually this is made up for by the service and general special experience. The five of us getting to sit in the lounge and have a drink before the movie while we chat and pick what we want to order. On this visit we arrived with plenty of time before the movie but were shuffled immediately into the empty blank screened theater to sit around for 1/2 an hour with a blank screen, in separated spaces. When the waitress returned to take our order. She didn't ask what time we wanted items delivered and then brought the meals in before we'd had time to finish our choc tops. We asked for glasses of water that never came. She brought in the bottle of champagne we ordered and just left it with the glasses (didn't pour and distribute). In a climate where fewer and fewer people are going to the cinema, when gold class is all about the service and vip experience, this was appalling. You've lost a customer.

My wife and two kids attended gold class, We ordered 2 pick 5's for the four of us at a total of $200, not including tickets, it was disappointing to see we could only choose 2 items of the small menu and 2 items of the large menu and 1 desert, unlike passed experiences. We were also unable to order the wedges as they were sold out, I also order 4 beers for $30 and specifically asked for a glass, no glass was provided but worse of all they were all delivered at the same time, leaving me with room temp beers by the 2nd can. The burgers were disgusting, the meat had a strange flavour, the buns were hard and old, overall the burger was dry with cheap ingredients. My food was also delivered all at once and not staggered through out the movie, while my wife's and other sons food was delivered way later then mine, also my desert was delivered very late and the extra bowl I requested was never provided either. I spent over $500 and felt really ripped off in relation to quality of food and service provided, I often attend Gold class, and buy vouchers for friends and family, as it used to be really good, with great food choices, but after this experience never again.

Not sure if the cinemas were short staffed but could’ve easily went into a cinema without buying a ticket as there was no one checking tickets. I walked into Cinema 6 couple of minutes before the movie started and the room was not cleaned popcorn chocolate drinks rubbish everywhere Most not even finished just scattered around the cinema room. My mate spoke to the guy serving at the popcorn bar that our cinema didn’t look like it was cleaned, he stated that it will and just stay outside the cinema but there was only a couple minutes left before the movie started. No cleaner was present. So we just walked in Eventually found a section that didn’t have any rubbish around as our allocated seats was full of uneaten popcorn etc Luckily the movie Saw X we watched no one wanted to watch as myself and a couple of mates were the only ones present One of my mates before the ads started, stated he saw a mouse scatter in the bottom of the chair on the ground in front of him which made us all uneasy throughout the movie. Found it very surprisingly shocking the state of the cinema considering we were at crown. Again not sure if they were short staffed..

This isn't related to crown cinemas specifically, however I am disappointed with village customer service. I bought a $170 voucher a few years ago. It included x2 tickets to gold class, x2 drinks and x5 food dishes. I gave it to my elderly parents for Christmas. Unfortunately covid hit and they were unable to use the voucher. I contacted village via email as there is no phone number to reach. They have stated the voucher is 6 months past it's expiry and it can not be redeemed. I have asked if part of the voucher can be redeemed as we paid for it, and they have not provided us any service. They said no. Not only did they say no, they have provided my no other avenue to escalate this matter and have closed the query. Now they are not responding further. Very disappointed that they choose not help us at all, however they are very willing to take our money. They couldn't even provide us with two tickets to be redeemed. We will absolutely not be recommending village vouchers or their customer service.

I’m so disappointed to write of the shameful lack of access for those needing a lift. It is important to acknowledge that the staff are always helpful and the service is wonderful at the cinema. However. The lift is often locked at the candy bar level. I have been there 3 times (at different times) over the last 3 months. This means that you need to go to the ticket counter or to the candy bar and ask for a staff member to unlock the lift. There are no mechanisms in place to support access. No phone number or intercom or any means of contacting village staff for access - you need wait, join queues and ask. It’s ridiculous and unreasonable. You could be left waiting at the top or bottom of the lift until a staff member is located and comes to help you. The manager listened to my concerns and explained the business reason and also that as a tenant of Crown there was nothing they could do. It is very disappointing that equitable access is not provided to patrons. I hope that a solution is found.

COMFORTABLE SEATS AND GOOD SOUND QUALITY The cinema is a newish one in the Village chain. The main difference between this and other Village cinemas is the fact that its within the Crown Casino.. which may be a positive or negative depending on your feelings about casinos. Entry price is as per other cinemas. Popcorn and drinks are just as outrageously priced as all cinemas. One thing I noticed was that there seemed to be more disruptive "talkers" here than elsewhere and I wonder whether that's because they have been drinking at various casino venues prior to the movie. Staff were quite polite and helpful. The toilets however were disgusting.. not sure if it was just my bad timing but there was urine and toilet paper on the floor in each of the four cubicles :( People with mobility issues will have some difficulty both in the theatre (steps) and the toilets on the upper level (escalator up but only steps down).

Staff were so lovely and kind! I had forgotten my AirPods in the cinema over 2 weeks ago and made an enquiry to retrieve it. I received an email back saying to go in-person and ask about their lost property. I arrived earlier today and the staff (unfortunately didn’t get their names) assisting me were so polite. After speaking to one of the ladies at the entrance I was then approached by another staff member who was incredibly friendly and accomodating. After describing my lost item, I waited no more than 5 minutes as the man quickly retrieved my AirPods from their lost property. He appeared to be genuinely pleased to have found my lost item and even apologised for the wait time in responding back to their lost property enquires due to the busy cinema period. It’s a simple act of kindness and great customer service but it does make all the difference. Kudos to the staff that attended to me today!

* GOLD CLASS REVIEW * Saw the new hunger games last night, disappointing experience for the price paid. We got 3 different burgers, the barramundi, grilled chicken & beef, and all 3 were extremely bland. Only ate half of one of my beef burgers and couldn’t finish it.. we also got the 5 items for $110, which included bottomless popcorn, tho this wasn’t served to us until about 30 mins into the movie /: We were served our appetiser (prawn twisters) immediately without our drinks. This was very frustrating as the dip provided had spice with no drink to quench the burn. And to top it off, we only got drinks & popcorn once we informed the staff we hadn’t received them. They seemed to have completely forgotten. Overall do not recommend, bland food and slow service, will not be coming back.

  • Chitrank Mudgil

Horrible experience. We ordered food at the start of the movie. We asked for the food from the team members, no one came back to us to update. Then we had to call them again and ask for atleast our drinks. The drinks came when the movie was 1 hr 10mins finished (total running time of movie 1hr 40min). Then we got out popcorn and fries 10 mins after we got our drinks. Movie ran almost 1hr 20mins. Then 10 mins after, the guys comes up with the chocolate cake and just during the climax, the guy comes with hot chocolate. We left most of our food and drinks as we did had 25 mins to finish all that. We are not going back to this place. Readers, Please be mindful of all this and book as your experience might be very bad even after paying more than double the price of a standard cinema.

Mandatory inclusion when watching a movie at Village Crown: Woolie beanie thermals wool scarf thick jumper An Antarctic blast rained down upon me while watching a brilliant two-hour movie at Crown Village cinema No.6. It would be nice to have the cinema’s aircon checked regularly to make sure it’s set at a reasonable temperature. During the movie, loads of people shifted from theirs to various locations to find a warm haven. Unfortunately, they remained rugged up in giant jackets. Aside from the temperature in the cinema, the seats were comfortable, and parking wasn’t too bad but just expensive. Try to avoid going to the bathroom during the movie, as the toilets are located on the upper level.

Been here a couple of times. I’d say the standard screen is much better than their gold class. Much better seats and ambience in the standard. The review below is mostly for gold class as they could really use some improvements. The gold class ambience rather feels very outdated. Washrooms are not tidy sometimes. Cocktails are excessively sweet. The height difference between the rows is low. On the other hand the service is quite nice, the staff is very helpful. Recently tried their 3-course menu. Even after advising to bring the items at intervals the items were rushed at once and we were forced to place the trays on our laps for the remainder of the movie due to space constraints.

Tonight my friend and I Saw a rat or mouse twice running around the corridor between the theatres and candy bar. After the second time I told a staff member and he said “ Yeah when I see it I get a bit Squamish but I just tell myself it’s Tom and Jerry the cartoon characters because Jerry is so cute” And began laughing to himself. I looked at him with the disgusted look and the other customers behind me did too. This is absolutely disgusting that staff are aware of rodents running around the theatre but also the fact that management are aware and not doing anything about it.

Went to gold class village last night (13-06-2022) to watch top gun. The staff were very welcoming and friendly, as well as kind and professional. Due to my last minute plan I had front row seats but they were actually really comfortable and since the seats reclined we had no problems! The food was really nice. The only negative is that our drinks came more than an hour through the movie, when we had requested them at the beginning, but I guess the staff were busy so it’s okay! Generally, I would recommend and I would enjoy to come again.

  • Name

Staff were great, but meals came out at strange times of the movie (large meal and dessert at very end of Avatar). Burgers had no sauce, and they didn’t have any potato wedges available to order as they had run out of supply :( Whole experience definitely isn’t worth the price, and the meals seemed to be a lot better a few years ago. Toilets in Gold Class are also extremely dated and the toilet seat itself is literally a circle shape (which is very strange!) but I’m sure that was some bozo’s decision back in the ‘90s when they were made.

  • Eric Gold

Honestly unless you're seeing a movie in VMAX or gold class, go somewhere else, SUPER dated seats and decor. Step. It. Up. As for all the 5 star reviews..sure, gold class CAN be nice but how does it feel to pay almost 20$ more for a smaller screen...? Sure food service is nice, but I'm convinced people only go to gold class for a small table. It's a terrible screen size when the ads play in a wider screen resolution than the movie. Pinewood cinemas and village crown now have something in common. I don't go there anymore.

  • Chris

It was our first time at this Village Cinema, and we decided to go gold class. Not sure why but they had the aircon pumping, my partner was literally shivering. This gold class is average in comparison to others I've been to. The light when trying to select menu options is horrible, and the food was just ok. Generally they provide a complimentary drink and popcorn - I guess this cinema just doesn't do that. On the bright side, the seats were comfortable and the movie was great! We watched the new Avatar.

  • Trudy Hoare

We got there late, staff were great taking us in straight away and giving us menus so we could order some food only problem was we waited for along time before someone came back to us to take our order. In front of us was 2 children who we had to tell to stop talking. One of the children was running around the cinema thru the movie where other patrons had to tell her to sit down multiple times. At no time did the staff tell them to stop talking or to stop running around the cinema which was disappointing

  • Peter McQuinney

Like most cinemas, its a good place to sit back and relax after a hectic time at work or home. If I am staying in the city for more than one night I will normally spend at least one movie here. Its clean, the seats are roomy and comfortable. There are food and drinks available if you require, but since you are in a world class casino I usually partake either before or after the movie. Caters for disabled / wheelchair bound patrons, has its own toilets which also cater for disabled partons.

  • Chantelle Jade

Customer service is good. However, the chairs in cinema 4 are terrible for children despite it playing the little mermaid. The children ages 6 and 8 could not sit on the chair without it trying to flip upwards. They moved around the whole movie and struggled to watch as it was very uncomfortable. I tried the booster seat mind you hard as a rock plastic, that only helps for height not to hold the chair down.Another lady left because her 3 year old was unable to sit in chair at all.

  • S C

I usually only come here for the Gold Class cinemas, so my grading is against other Gold Class cinemas. It gets less crowds than other village cinemas in my opinion which is an advantage. The one big annoying thing that another reviewer has mentioned is the reclining seats; they work a little differently than the others like in Rivoli & Jam Factory and not as good. The food and coffee however is quite good and what you’d expect from a luxury experience.

  • Dazza x

It was the usual great Village Cinemas experience, but I had to mark it down to 3 stars as the seats in the standard class cinema are horrible for tall people. I am over 2 meters tall and I had no room whatsoever to get comfortable. When your competition has recliner lounges in their standard cinemas I find it very hard to see why I should use your standard cinemas and instead take advantage of your competitors more comfortable seating arrangements.

  • Angel Sandra

Huge thanks to Di at Village cinemas Crown, who helped my friends and I. We had pre booked tickets for 7.45pm movie session but got stuck in traffic and arrived one hour late. Di kindly swapped our tickets to the next session at 8.45pm… just in time! My friends and I were very elated and glad with the amazing customer service we received from Di. She deserves a reward for her great service, kindness, and professionalism. Amazing work!!!

  • Mark Thompson

I went to Gold Class, which is a great way to see a film and pamper yourself. The seating is individual recliners, which come with a small table for food and drinks, plus a button to order more. We were in the front row centre, which was provided adequate viewing, but was a little too close. There is a foyer for pre film drinks and food; and the ability to order drinks and food for delivery during the film. A highly enjoyable experience.

  • Fatimah

Staff 5/5 but truly not an experience that you can get from Hoyts Highpoint. Other than staff taking your food order and delivering it whilst seated…..save your $50pp for your local cinemas. To experience Gold, chose to watch a long movie & maximize your dollar value. We watched Avatar - almost 3hrs (Popcorn & drinks should be free but it isn’t….it was back in my days & food was expensive but definitely worth the quality not quantity.

  • Scott Nicey

Hadn't been to Gold Class for many years or even to any cinema for that matter. We had gift vouchers so thought we would use them. It was much better than I remember and we were treated very nicely. We watched Oppenheimer which was a long movie. I ordered a choc top ice cream and a green tea. The ice cream was very fresh and very nice. In the middle of the movie we ordered bottles of water. We had a nice night.

  • jj vdb

Went to gold class, really disappointed, staff great, food was awful, chicken Burger bread stale, dips tray bread stale, chips cold. Choc tops ice cream tasted weird, the choc tops in the foyer are nicer. They play the ads at a super high volume, seriously uncomfortable painfully loud... then luckily the movie is run at the right volume. I used to love gold class but I can't say I will revisit crown. Pity...

  • Anne Maree Crowe

No lifts for disabled. Have to ask a staff member to get you a lift. To me this is absolutely disgusting and discriminatory against disabled people. Added to the fact that this particular cinema is in the Crown Casino Complex which is supposed to be a major tourist complex. I am left so very angry that Village Cinemas and Crown have taken such a discriminatory attitude against disabled people. Shame on you.

  • Megyn Hayes

First gold class visit back post lockdowns and the service and attention was even better than before and made for an amazing girl's night out. While the movie may have been predictable and somewhat full in storyline (hehe wasn't expecting much from Magic Mike anyhow), the food was great, and those zucchini fries were our fave, could definitely eat them all day long. We'll be back again soon!

  • Amy Johnston

I’m a visitor in Melbourne and I came to watch a movie. The cinema was difficult to find, no signage until you’re literally outside it (I had to ask security where it was) and the toilets were quite far away from the cinema I was in. Also there was a group of kids who did not stop talking despite being shushed by multiple people. So overall pretty average experience here

  • NilanjanK

Substandard, went for gold class viewing yesterday. The steats were not comfortable as the other gold class village cinemas. Almost had a neck pain in the end. The shocker was the male toilet with only one functioning tap(other one broken)in addition to toilet not flushing. Waste of money with low amenities and zero viewing pleasure. Never going back there again.

  • Shawn Valance

Have only visited this theater once & was not impressed. The theater itself is a nice venue & clean. The reason for the bad review is the most uncomfortable seats I have ever had to sit in for a movie. If you like to sit straight up, which your doc would approve then your good to go. I personally enjoy relaxing back. You can find more of a recline on an airplane!

  • Blue Mez

If it’s your first time getting here get there early! It’s hard to find. If you park at the multilevel carpark in Clark street, it’s easy to access. The gold class cinemas are great. Service was good. I wonder if more movie times can be given for movies in a day. Felt that the more weren’t enough choices for times. Apart from that it’s a wonderful cinema.

  • Jacqueline Anderson

Cinema experience for top quality Gold Class was very limiting. It costs a lot for fairly average service, food and accessibility options accessing the cinema (as stairs down). Pretty off putting experience and their upstairs bathrooms are poor quality, and Gold Class female toilets floor is sticky and door/toilet seats are damaged.

  • Madi Tess

Wish I could say I had a great experience but this Gold Class is very tired - needs a makeover ASAP. The service is average and our food didn’t come out until 2/3 through the film. Portions are small and most of it deep fried. Gold class at Crown used to be a luxury cinema experience but it definitely isn’t worth the money now.

  • Sean Hopkins

Always a great experience staying at crown metropol in Melbourne. The rooms are reasonably priced if you become a crown direct member. The rooms are of generous proportions with big comfortable beds. It's located in a great location along the Yarra and only a short walk to the city centre. I highly recommend staying there.

  • Nora Shertvitis

Worst movie experience I had in a while. Watched Oppenheimer and was extremely disappointed. Their ‘IMAX’ is a regular-sized screen with no Dolby Atmos and a badly adjusted almost home-quality picture. The lights on the stairs are extremely bright and distracting and don’t go out during the movie. Hoyts is so much better.

  • Zoe

this is my favourite place to come and watch movies, it’s the closest cinema to where i live and so easy to get to by tram, there’s also plenty to do while you’re waiting if you get there early (go to the food court, walk around etc) it’s also very clean and the staff here have always been very attentive and friendly :)

  • Amanda

This is one of the best villages I’ve been too. Staff are all lovely and very professional also knowledgeable. The cinema was so clean and tidy and the seats were so comfy! I love the position in Cinema too. My only pet peeve is the toilets. They are very tight and crowded. Still a great experience none the less.

  • Aaron Joseph

Went to gold class and their was a mouse running around everywhere. Told the staff at the end and got a pretty disinterested “oh, thanks for letting me know”. The service was okay, cleanliness wasn’t great with popcorn from previous guests still in seat and in the arm rest (lucky mouse. Living like a king)

  • Rachel Camera

Small cinemas for gold class but great staff and the best food I've ever had at the movies. Elevator from crown up to the movies wasn't on when we arrived (took a relative in a wheelchair). Had to take the escalator up to ask for it to be turned on for us - an issue if you were disabled and by yourself.

  • Kaitlyn Foran

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING SERVICE!!!!! We were booked in for a gold class movie, however silly me booked for the wrong cinema(century city). however our server Matthaus sorted this all out for us stress free, sorted out all the technical side for me and my partner. couldn’t ask for more. Amazing experience!!!

  • bahar harati

Shocking service. Always a long wait for food and drinks. Friendly staff but waiting 25 minutes for drinks is not acceptable, especially when there's only 3 other tables there. Food menu could use improvement. Not really sure what Gold class really stands for but the only gold standard are the chairs.

  • Freddie Jazmin

One of the best experience of my life. This is my first time to be on a gold classic and I might do it again. The food is great and believe me it is good for five people. Servings are huge and they really fed us both and we didn’t even finish it. I enjoyed the service while watching the movie.

  • David Blake

We arrived well before start time of movie in Gold Class 10pm. We were seated in the waiting area and were told by staff member that they would return in 5mins that didnt happen. Other people arrived well after we did and were served promptly.Staff need to be aware of whats going on. Staff

  • Charles Tan

First time experience Gold Class cinema with my partner enjoying our anniversary together. However, we encountered "Jerry" 's family in the cinema throughout the movie. Informed the staff, and they did not take action on it because they are rushing home. Worse experience and service

  • Haohan Liu

Nice cinema in the heart of the city. The seats are on the smaller side compared to Hoyts, but the experience was nonetheless decent. Typical selection of snacks and popcorn, and the place was nice and clean. No major complaints. Perfectly adequate spot to watch a flick with friends.

  • Larry Mowbray

Not the greatest experience for Gold Class. Our Rasberry iced tea was warm, so we ordered a strawberry shake instead... surprise...surprise it was also warm. Must admit this is the first time we have a below average experience at Village Cinema's so I would say it's only this venue.

  • Korina Garcia

DI is the friendliest, funniest Crown concierge host! She was sooo helpful with my gold class tickets !! I’m excited to go to gold class for a movie and to go back to say hi to her she’s was just sooo sweet. Great customer service ! Thanks DI:)

  • Irene

A bit of a mixed experience at Gold Class. First of all, the staff were great; friendly, attentive and explained everything well. The food we ordered arrived hot and fresh, right on our specified timings in a manner that wasn't disruptive

  • V M

I have been here so many times. It’s not to crowded, it’s clean staff are friendly. The food is pretty average I have tried everything on the menu. Seriously over the years everything? The wine list never has the wine I want yet they kept

  • Rebecca Oberin

The Gold class cinema I went to was infested with mice. The saving grace was the lovely usher who helped in refunding our tickets, while also admitting this is the "worst" they have ever seen it... ... we won't be returning, sorry! …

  • sventek

This review is for their Gold Class section only : have been a regular for years now. Have to say their previous brown suede seats were much more comfortable before they swapped them out for the current lower quality black leather ones.

  • Sachin Dhingra

Whats the point of gold class when most of the food and drinks in menu is not available. Feeble audio and video movie quality in the gold class as compared to other products and without the service of food and drinks . Complete rip off.

  • Koen Alexander

We were here for the gold class experience and were treated well. When you add everything up its an expensive night out, but it is luxurious and compared to a number of years ago the food is high quality and generous.

  • Kayne Taylor

Went and Saw Fast and Furious X A Huge Shout Out to the Lady at the Desk For Being so Friendly and Helpful And Thanks For the Experience Will Definitely Be Returning When We Come Back to Melbourne Later This Year

  • Tim Austin

We went to Gold Class to watch Mission Impossible. The staff were friendly and helpful. It was clean and tidy. It's a great place to watch movie. I truly recommend trying this place you won't be disappointed.

  • Daniel Spinner

Good popcorn, salty with hint of butter. Did the gold experience. Seats are pretty comfy, but could be better. Recline. A little awkward with the table not swinging around so you can have your food closer.

  • Alejandra Sanchez

Perfect seats, perfect movie but the table service that they promised was much slower and we ordered drinks in the middle of the movie but they only arrived towards the end because we asked again. …

  • Nandini Ranganathan

It's a classic Village Cinemas establishment. No more and no less. However, the entrance is inconspicuous, so make sure to have some spare time before your show to navigate to the right place in time!

  • Lynne Paskaleff

Goid selection of films but do NOT book for the Gold cinema unless you want to treat yourself to extremely comfortable seats with food and drinks bought to you. . Unbelievably expensive

  • Just Jays

Staff are always great, but today the food tasted reheated. Definately wasn't freshly cooked. Cinema comfort is always very good. Nice temperature, minimal staff presence during movie.

  • Dave

I’m amazed at the comments saying how comfortable it is. Maybe I’m the only fool who went to a standard cinema instead of gold class?! Or maybe everyone else is a dwarf I don’t know…

  • Piggy Eatalot

Went there for normal class (aka not gold class) the seats are a bit cramped and uncomfortable- the meal deals were confusing. I think I would just go to Hoyts in Docklands next time

  • Carrie

Clean and tidy main area, cinema and bathrooms. There is a mini arcade with claw machines, key master and stacker using coins or cards. Candy Bar has some good variety for snacks.

  • Toby McDonald

The staff were lovely, we were the only two in the cinema for the film we watched. We asked the staff if they were able to turn the volume down and they were super nice about it.

  • Trevor Joseph

Great experience but could be better. Placed order for drinks and food for start of movie but was about 10 minutes in before we got anything. Not a busy night so no excuse.

  • Dominik Ziomek

It's a cinema so no much to say other than this one is maintained and kept clean and has friendly staff. They offer many viewing option ranging from ATMOS to gold class.

  • Dieter Bollmann

Can be tricky to locate but once there it’s everything you expect from a first class cinema - getting gold pass seats can be frustrating, but that’s kind of normal.

  • Carla Lee

Went to Gold class with my family. Asked to replace chips with salad but declined. Same price and most of places accepred this. Very disapointed with service today.

  • jmbkjr123

First stuff up ever at Gold Class, somehow missed start of movie, however Manager was apologetic and helpful, and gave us options to rectify the stuff up.

Lovely new seats in goldclass, friendly staff, but why ask when you want your food as you just bring it when you want and not my requested time.

Gold class was OK. Seats can auto recline via buttons. Food service available at beginning, middle and end of movie. Pics are of Gold Class 03.

Just a gambling den. No sports bar of any size. Too small. No big screens. A box filled with pokies.
