Parking garage
"Awful experience"
"We had a prepaid Parking Panda reservation for a different PMI Garage that, for whatever reason, wasn't open on time"
"Staff could barely speak English and gave me a hard time about the affiliation that the parking garage had with my hotel"
"Cheapest parking garage I found within the area and vicinity"
"$28 for less than 2 hours of parking"
Awful experience. I entered the garage by scanning the QR code from the Park Whiz app, but it wouldn't work when I tried to leave two days later. The employee, named Bogele, came out and began harassing me about not having a ticket and how did I enter without one and kept demanding my ticket, which I never got because I used the QR code. He just walked away at one point and just left us sitting there by the closed gate. He then threatened to call the police because I was still sitting there. He continued to insinuate that I actually did have a ticket. I told him I would just pay to leave. He told me it was $35, but had to be exact cash, no credit card. I only had 2, $20 bills and when I said I didn't have exactly $35 he got mad and asked if he was supposed to cover the rest out of his own pocket. I told him to just keep the extra $5 and let us out. He finally did while grunting in frustration at us. I feel like he was totally scamming us, as women. This was a truly terrible experience.
We had a prepaid Parking Panda reservation for a different PMI Garage that, for whatever reason, wasn't open on time. After waiting at that other garage for nearly 20 minutes, we gave up and came here. I explained what happened, and initially the attendant told us that she couldn't do anything. I figured "c'est la vie" and we went off on our way (including a White House Tour -- which was partially why we were pressed for time after waiting for nothing for 20 minutes). When we came back several hours later, the attendant not only remembered us, but she had contacted her PMI supervisor about our situation! As a result, she was able to honor our original Parking Panda reservation instead of paying the regular fee. I'm very appreciative of someone who'd go above and beyond like that. I will certainly look at this parking facility ahead of others in the future.
Staff could barely speak English and gave me a hard time about the affiliation that the parking garage had with my hotel. The person at the gate basically held me hostage and I had to call the hotel and go through a big ordeal to be let out. Horrible experience. Just take your chance with getting towed off the side of the road
Cheapest parking garage I found within the area and vicinity. Other garages knock it up quite a number of bucks for similar amounts of time parked. Would go for street parking if possible, but seeing as those spots tend to be limited in this area, would take this parking garage over others.
$28 for less than 2 hours of parking. Ridiculous! Very expensive! Go to another one. It was lunch time FYI. Can't enjoy a lunch downtown without paying ridiculous fees. Whether parking or getting towed & or a ticket.
Large cost for 2 hours and was unable to read my capital one or chase credit card. Also tight driveways. Likely not going to park here again and they were lucky I was in a rush yesterday.
Ample parking, but poor management and traffic flow. Parking attendants are straight up rude. It took over an hour to exit the garage because there is only one lane in and one lane out.
I mean, it's a parking garage... It's not too expensive and the location isnt too far from the National Mall. For a parking garage it's clean with ample parking.
Safe, clean, thoroughly labeled parking floors, decent size parking spaces, easily accessible elevators. Absolutely recommend.
Was stuck in a line of 20 cars for 1 hour to leave. They had faulty machines but wouldn’t let anyone leave. Not good
Great place. $35 for the whole day. Open 24 hs. Near White House. The accept cash and credit card.
THE WORST PARKING EXPERIENCE EVER!!! Just spent 2 hours getting out. NOW EXAGGERATION
Parking was easy. Location was great. Price was ok considering the location.
Inconvenient because the garage is not open early morning on Saturdays.
Really cheap to park here in the weekends with SpotHero.
