The Willard garage is very expensive, but very close to the Basin and memorials so worth it for me and my family. We have parked here multiple times. However, after today's experience we will not be returning. It is a valet only garage so parking and picking up my car myself is not an option (which I have no problem with). My problem is when the unfriendly valet man who did not make our parking experience exceptional in any way demanded my husband tip him when he brought my car to us. His reasoning was that he works part time there and that the garage requires customers to tip the valet boys. We have never been told this any of the previous times we used this garage. I didn't ask you to get my car for me, it is a requirement at this valet only garage. You want me to tip you for doing a job you're paid to do? He was unfriendly and contributed nothing to our experience that deserved a tip. We tipped anyways because I was too tired to argue and just wanted to go home, but we will not be back. I'm not against tipping people who are excellent at their job and provide outstanding service, but this situation was unprofessional and the tip he demanded was undeserved.

On Dec 13th, 2019 we parked our rental car in this lot. Because the ramp was so busy and the attendants were double parking vehicles, our mini-van was valet parked. We took pictures of the vehicle before hand, just in case. When it was returned to us there were 2 new scratches (one of which was 4 inches long). When speaking to the manager about this, she insisted this could not have happened at their garage and despite mentioning the pictures we took right before handing the keys to the attendant, the manager would not look at them. We filed a claim and it was rejected. No one ever asked to see the pictures we had. In addition, the place was managed poorly. It was not clearly marked anywhere that cars had to be valet parked or that one should wait for an attendant. Once inside the parking lot, it was virtually impossible to leave to go look for a new lot.

BATHROOM INFO -- no complaints about this garage, we did valet which was easiest. I asked the office where a bathroom was, they just said up one floor. Took the elevator and ended up in the Willard hotel. If you have to pee really bad, tack on almost 5 minutes from parking til you actually find the bathroom. Didn't realize I'd be in a hotel maze. There are absolutely no signs for the restrooms, not even when you finally find it! Had to ask hotel desk where it was, I went down the hallway, had to ask AGAIN, go down ANOTHER hallway that is not marked, into the ladies room which i felt had a weird layout. Glad I won't be in that POS hotel ever again.

My boyfriend, mother in-law and I parked here and went to enjoy a concert however I advise no one to use it because their customer service is disorganized. We waited 15 minutes to just get the car. My mother in-law used the Spot Hero app but unfortunately the QR code disappeared at 12:00. There was a long line and people in front of us were upset with the lack of customer service

The machine did not work. Too much stress. I recommend to park the car in the hotel across the street. People here just parking their cars in own risk to receive a ticket because green parking mashing does not work and letting you know that they unable to receive a payment.

Parking garage had some negative reviews, however I have never been to DC and decided to just "go ahead". 35 dollars for all morning and afternoon, my car was secure in a garage and had valet. Great price for the area and what you get. Would definitely use again.

Awful service and the staff who check you out are extremely rude. God forbid your 1 minute late because they charge you for the next highest amount!! No warning or signs that state this, yet they claim there were. Find somewhere else to park.

This is one of the safest bets for parking while visiting the Washington DC area, great location, easy to get to whatever you want to see, good prices and if you need directions on how to make it back, everyone knows where it is located.

This is a review for the Willard parking garage. They looked thru my stuff cause I found some compartment items outside of their compartments. Didn't find anything missing. Parking in an out was fine.

It's a parking garage under the Reagan center. Pain to get back in as you have to go thru security. Price comparable to other garages. It's clean and safe.

Valet parking only!!! Staffing is not friendly. Close to seeing things around the white house.
