I've been parking here for months, now. I selected this garage because it is close to the areas I need to go, and metro, and I can drive my truck to work without worries of being too tall. The attendants are always very nice and accommodating to everyone they meet. They have to run all the way down and up the stairs whenever they need to get a car, or are coming back from parking one. Not having an attendant immediately available is normal and not a negative thing. It just means they are dropping off or getting a car. Be patient, and not rude. I like the garage because it is secure after hours as well. I normally arrive very early when the door is shut. But, the awesome attendants made it possible for me to get a parking token that opens the door when their hours of work haven't started or ended yet. I've recommended several new employees at my company choose this garage, specifically because of it's cleanliness, ease of access, and the friendliest attendants in all of DC!

It's a good location and cheap on the weekends. However, when you park, you can't use the building elevators and have to walk the roads up to get to the exit (we walked up two levels). The roads are narrow and steep which means not accessible for strollers, wheelchairs, or walking difficulties PLUS since there's no pedestrian area it's really not very safe and you have to worry about a car coming around the corner to squish you. Colonial Parking, you gotta figure that out on the weekends, if something bad happens, that's a lawsuit waiting to happen.

Friendly and helpful staff. You are supposed to stop at the gate, then a staff will give you the ticket. They will take you key and park the car by themselves. However, this is not clearly explained. I saw a guy drove straight to the basement by himself, ignored the sign, honked for several times, made a U turn and left.

I’d give this place zero stars if possible. Don’t park here. The employee I interacted with was a rude jerk. He charged me a full day rate for 61 minutes even though the rude and shiftless punk took 3 minutes to retrieve my car. Garbage. Anywhere but here

Bought the ticket from SpotHero app. Very limited spaces so we were lucky to get our own very early on. No elevator so you have to match uphill from the garage which is uncomfortable if you're carrying luggage or pushing a stroller or a wheelchair.

Our first attendant was rude and disrespectful. Second attendant was friendly and professional, which saved them from getting a 1 star review. Be aware that unlike the advertisement online, this is an only valet parking garage.

I was refused a parking spot even though I had a confirmed reservation through Spot Hero. Lost valuable time searching for another parking as I was only in DC for half a day. Will definitely not recommend.

Highly recommend NOT parking here. Attendants are slow, extremely rude. Walked away from our vehicle and refused to park us. Another garage that is self park right around the corner.

This is a tall (6 foot 8 inches) parking garage, so.you can bring your larger truck or SUVs here. Good parking spot because is close to everything. Staffing not too friendly.

Slower than molasses. Dont take cash. No signage indicating where to park. Door to elevators locked. How hard is it to screw up parking garage customer service

Dude in the exit box was super nice! He helped me figure out how to pay and didn't roll his eyes at my ineptitude. Thank you for being genuinely nice.

Said we were parking overnight and leaving 8 am. They said that would work. Turns out it doesn't open until 10 am. No way to let us in the building

Got to garage at 8:40 with no attendant in sight. Had to call and wait for them to show up 5 minutes before closing. Not a way to run a business.

25 for the whole day to park. Not the cheapest, but its convenient, secure, and in a good location. Valet as well, which is a nice plus.

Not a ton of public parking, but they park the car for you. Great if your in a rush from city traffic. Clean and very secure facility.

Location was convenient for the right price. Parking spots are on the small side if you have larger than compact vehicle.
