Negative stars if I could. Single worst parking garage I've ever used, in any major city. Poor entrance markings & low visibility. They do NOT take credit cards on the way in, you have to get a ticket. Why?! This means when it is time to leave, you have to go to a pay station, of which there is only ONE per parking garage. Not one per floor, ONE TOTAL. The pricing is heavily skewed against short term parking; it's the same charge for 4 hours as it is for up to 24 hours. You see other complaints on here about how there are no spots, well this is why. If you're going to park for more than 2-3 hours, might as well just park all day and walk around, it's the same cost. Went to see a concert on the Wharf...the queue was so long (over 20 minutes) at the pay machine that all of us in line trying to leave this god-forsaken garage ticked over into the 4 hour range, because we couldn't get out. This has to be intentional. They essentially "scammed" each of us. We all should have paid $35 and instead got charged $45 because we couldn't pay in time. Oh, and the machines only take Visa and Mastercard. No Discover, no American Express. There are no signs telling you this, you can only find out by trial & error. Direction around the garage is horrible. No signs or other markers to tell you where to go. The elevators do not work, so good luck if you can't take the stairs. The stair entrances, if you can even find them because they are essentially hidden, are literally surrounded by construction debris. I have never been so frustrated by a parking garage in my entire life. I just took 15 minutes out of my day typing this up just to hopefully spare someone else from this hassle. Park ANYWHERE ELSE but here.

Great place and a very convenient parking garage when going to The Wharf. Parking fees and parking time at garage entrance #1, range from time 0-24 Hours All Day. Parking prices start at ($2 for seafood orders if you get your parking pass stamped) and the other parking fees are based on the amount of time your vehicle stayed in the parking garage. Garage parking fees starts at $5, $10, $25, $35, and up to $45 max. The height restrictions for vehicles are 7’-8” tall.

We were there on 4th May 2023 at around 5.30 PM. We passed about half an hour to find the parking space within Garage 1. But there was no a single space to park a car. After 45 minutes we took exit and paid 10 $. I think it is not fair to pay amount where there is no service.

Entrance machine did not give tickets and was forced to pay 24-hr rate of $60 for 2hrs of parking. Attendant had zero interest in resolving the issue. Interestingly enough driver next to me had similar issue and so we ended up blocking the exit gates for some time.....

This parking is good, but seems to be crowded all the time. Also you have to go basement. What I actually recommend is the street valet parking in Market Square SW. We paid $25 for 2 hours in weekend. Not bad at all.

Said there were 50 spaces available. We drove around for ten minutes and only found handicapped or special permit parking. Don't bother if it says 50 or less spaces.

It's not as horrible as the reviews make it seem. Pulled in, got a spot right away. Kinda have to figure out where to go once parked, but otherwise, 40$ for day park

Too much attitudes between the workers , miscommunication between them too. Terrible garage , awful customer service including the valet men. Get it together

Took me 20 minutes to find parking. Light indicators don’t work properly. Paid $27 for about 2.5 hours. Conveniently located.

No space left. I had to park against the wall. Attendant insisted upon taking cash only.
