Apologies for this Post , but More then rude , they try to make difference between people, I stopped there for coffee certain times , i have noticed lady work there always welcome and adieu people with few nice words of choice ,mostly Local community, except people with separate countries or communities. For business every customers are on same page ,and its customers right to to have good equal treatment & respect. May be they had some bad experience with certain people but still it doesn’t make any sense to treat every customer with ancient mind . Ask your self “ How do you feel if someone make difference with you for someone else fault ?”

When in for coffee and donuts, but I experienced the worst customer service in my life. I have read all the reviews for this 7-11, and I found that I am not the only one who was treated by this rude lady behind the counter . The owner of this business always replied to the review and said that he will do something for the bad service, but after 7 years, nothing has changed. Will not recommend the store to anyone . PS. The pricing in the store is not clear, the rude lady try to ripped me off.

I am disgusted with what i just encountered. I had my car stolen, called every servo in cranbourne. They all took my car details amd reported it on there system. Until i came across this one. I asked if she could take my car rego, because it was stolen. She said no im too busy. I then repeated can you please just write down these 6 digits and keep an eye out for my car. She replied "no I'm too busy" and hung up. This is outrageous and appalling.

To the owners, please kindly review your hiring standards, work ethic and professionalism. If you are happy hiring the female attendant who is extremely rude, unprofessional, unreasonable and lack any sympathy, how does that reflect you and your business? Are these the type of people you are happy to continue letting them ruin your business?

Just had the worst experience at this 7/11 store. The lady behind the counter told us to hurry up because she has “better things to do” after trying to decide what we should get to eat. I have never experienced such disgusting customer service in my life. I am in shock. Will not ever be returning.

To support Punlork Sary- I was in the situation, and I was not happy with the customer service of this petrol station at all. We have 7eleven delivery truck driver as witness in the situation. I will not refuel my car over there even though it is 5 mins from my home or cheapest fuel.

I came to this store to buy some drinks and I ask the lady to check the deal which all 7 eleven stores have and she started miss behaving with me that u don’t work here u don’t know anything about my store very disappointed so rude so arrogant

My experience was terrible the lady behind the counter is the rudest employee I have ever seen in my life she literally has no customer service skills whatsoever. I was purchasing and selecting what I wanted to eat then she rudely

This 7 Eleven is fantastic The staff are all terrific and extremely helpful Also the convenience store is very clean and they offer many choices of food Lastly the coffee is magnificent and a very cheap price Well done

I love a good 7/11, and this was no exception. My only gripe is, why have 6 slurpee machines dispensing only 3 flavours? Surely the people should have a choice of delicious slushiness …

We often get out coffee there. Nice and cheap and the coffee isn't too bad. You can also pick up sandwiches. The only problem is that the smoothie machine always seems to be broken!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional female attendant tonight. Please hire a better attendant who has some basic customer service skills. Won’t be coming here anymore.

I used to come here for coffee, now i have to go out on the highway for coffee because these guys wont fix their machines. Not gonna go there for fuel now either.

I rang up to see of they sold roast chicken and stuffing there and she said no so then i said well how much are your donuts and then she said go away and hung up

No check on people entering the store public not wearing masks no enforcement of QR check in no in forcing masks or sanatiser This store is an accident waiting.

The coffee machine is dirty, they'd rather put a sign that it doesn't work than cleaning it. To top it up the staff has no customer service skills whatsoever.

this store pretend accept the voucher via the fuel app but the fact they just charge the highest price. It's not the first time, please aware of this store.
