My sibling and I went to this 7/11 on Monday 27th of February at 9:40 and the man who worked was super sweet! I see him a lot and always think ‘wow, this is such great service’ but never manage to remind myself to send a review. Coffee is great but customer service is even better!!

Hopeless customer service I selected $30 on fuel pump keypad and they charged me $30.23. I should not have paid it but I will never go to that service station again. The attendant had no idea what to do. Hire someone who got an idea what to do in these situations

Just used the car wash at Bayswater North 7-Eleven and it didn’t even clean my car! I am left with brush strokes all down the sides and on the roof of my car, the windows even still have the windscreen wiper marks on them and are still dry

Always highly rude, abrupt, unwelcoming etc, don't ask for cash out they'll deny it with a different excuse everytime like tonight no cash out after 9pm when others have done so at midnight and 3am etc...

Literally the most expensive servo in Melbourne! Fuel price is about 40c more expensive than surrounding servos. Today 2.20 for 91 wheras you could drive to heathmont and pay 1.88 per litter for 91.

Worst 7 eleven in Melbourne. Never any diesel or 98/95 in the pumps. Frustrating when coming out of busy traffic then having to re-enter it again. Use another servo this one is useless.

The eftpos machine was broken and took the last persons EFT card then mine The woman was so lazy she could not put a sign up saying broken.

The lady hostess is just hopeless and not suit service jobs. I never saw her smiles. she is very unhappy when the coffee cup spoiled a bit
