One of the worst 7-elevens I've ever been to..... The actual store itself gets locked down overnight (I think between the hours of 12am until 7am). This wouldn't be a problem normally, except that the overnight staff don't seem to understand English, and you have to repeat what you want 5 or 6 times until they finally seem to know what you're asking for. Also, they constantly claim that the Slurpee machine isn't working, even though you can clearly see that it's full, turned on, and mixing away..... #SHAMEFUL

Clean and new 7/11. Love their slurpees and frappe machine. Leaving this review today (08/10/2022) because their frappe machine was broken when I tried to make my usual frappe drink and the attendant (his name was Vivek) was very apologetic about it even though it wasn't his fault and did not hesistate to offer me a beverage on the house for the minor inconvience. Please 7/11 management, give him some recognition for his outstanding customer service :)

No water in the dispenser and when I informed the staff very rude attitude,they said they are very busy store so no time for checking all those things. whenever I have been there I can see the staffs busy taking in their mobile phones which is really bad for a customer service job. Really appreciate the management for having such wonderful employees..

I come here every night on my way home from work to grab a coffee and a pie or something similar, however it tends to only end up as a coffee because the staff never have any hot food in the warmers. Seems like very lazy staff is the problem here to me.

Went there to get four myki cards for the family. Staff barely understood what I needed. Paid around 30$ for one card just to find out a day later it wasnt activated and there was no balance on the card. Scammers!

The only store in the area you can't go into after midnight, with staff that can barely understand you to get one thing you want so you don't bother getting anything else good way to lose out on sales.

The last time I was there the shop was dirty. I wanted to buy a donut and quickly changed my mind :/
