A BIT CHAOTIC WITH SOME CUSTOMERS STAYING IN FILL UP BAY WHILE GOING OFF TO GET FOOD OR BUY OTHER ITEMS This petrol station is on the Ballarat Freeway inbound to Melbourne. There is a dedicated off ramp to the facility from the freeway and it is collocated with a fast food outlet. There are separate pumping areas for trucks and cars. The car area is a bit messy with some people using the bowser area to fill up and then park while they eat :( Luckily there are quite a few lanes for pumping. Exit from the 7 11 will take you back onto the Melbourne inbound lane of the Western Freeway (M8).

Food safety and hygiene at this store need to be seriously reviewed. Coffee machine was absolutely disgusting. The drip tray was caked with dirt and stains, looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was a bottle of milk sitting in front of the coffee machine which was at room temperature. This is a serious food safety issue. Floors, shelves and fridges were filthy and had months worth of dust and dirt built up. The operator of this 7-11 clearly doesn't care about the health and safety of their customers.

17/7/23 8:46 - Had a discount fuel lock of $1.62, went inside & was busy so massive line for coffees so didn't get one (fair enough) - seemed like the line was a crew using place as a meeting hub though, then when paying the attendant said the discount wouldn't process & she couldn't do anything about it - so had to pay full price of $2.099 - $20 FUEL LOCK DENIED. Then went to use tyre pump, worked for 2 seconds then shut down.

They were closed last week for deep cleaning after being a tier 2 exposure site, but i went in today and half the customers (all tradies) were not wearing masks and the staff didn't ask any mask-less customers to put on a mask. Not one customer checked in with the QR code... Little wonder this area is suffering so badly with Covid cases... C'mon 7 11....its a public health issue. No mask - NO SERVICE.

Very bad service provided by Store executive on dated 29 December 2017 at 7:40am. I locked best price using seven eleven app and got the gas there for my car. But that guy refused to accept that price and asked me to pay by card or cash. When I asked him that I have already clocked in the price then he said it's not my problem and asked me to talk to customer care for this problem.. he was very rude..

I hate service stations that treat my like a criminal by making me prepay. I always fill here every week in the same car. What am I going to do drive off? You have my licence plate number. What's the difference between filling up in the day when you can fill then pay, but at night I have to prepay? I'll go to the next servo down the freeway from now on. BP is just down the road.

Beware check your dockets before leaving! Went in and filled up, checked my receipt when I got back to the office as needed to lodge for business found I had been charged 2.00 for a large coffee I never ordered. Doesn't sound like much but if you add it up over a day for if no one checked nice tidy sum for the store for nothing! This is simple theft in my opinion

Refused to fill me up because I was wearing a helmet! Never had this happen at any other petrol station!!!!! The clerk even said he was confused and that I was the one who was confused!!!! All petrol stations I fill up with my helmet on then take it off and go in to pay!!!! Unprofessional strong-armed employees ！！！！！ Very scary and not recommended!

At a certain time of night it becomes pre paid which is fine however they don't put any signs up so I ended up standing there waiting for the pump to turn on, the staff didn't say anything eventually I went inside and then had to wait for another 5 or so minutes for the guy behind the counter to get off the phone

Been refusing customers use of the toilets facilities. 4 weeks running they say oh it's blocked maintance have not come. Garbage they are just refusing public to use them, its a 24hr truck stop for god, sake they are violating human rights to the use of a toilet in a public facility

Very bad experience the girl down there around 9:00 pm shift was very rude doesn’t know how to talk with the customers. Really don’t want to go there. Sahiti is her name it’s not first time that she has been rude with my partner. Not recommended at all during that time

I think this is the right one. Good store. Lovely, friendly service staff. Helpful and patient. Got a few snacks and fuel. Sandwiches were nice. Got some drinks too. All a bit overpriced but most servos are. Hopefully using my velocity card got me heaps of points.

If I could of given zero stars, I would have. To stop a broken Bowser being used. They have cable tied it to the handle, so it can’t be picked up, no out of order sign, nothing. The coffee machine is filthy, this place has gone downhill very quickly.

7 Eleven fuel food drinks staples all in one place. To sum up great Coffee, Great range of food especially the fresh sandwiches and the vast array of retail items. With the ridiculously high fuel prices 7Eleven are fairly competitive.

Very bad place this 7eleven staff are so lazy never clean the place in general, many hoses are faulty and never been fixed Its 24/7 the services should be better and the place must be looked after. Not recommended not deserve a rate

Have yet had a bad experience here. Customer service is not bad, not amazing. just something I notice is the frappes tend to sell out by 8pm the nights I've come by. Other than that, no complaints :)

Selling stale Krispy Kreme donuts is disgraceful, they weren’t marked down and they weren’t dated. Tasted 3 days old. Not just around the corner to easily go back. And they don’t answer the phone.

Never had an issue here. Also the pies are great and pastry items. Most other 711 stores the pies are either overcooked or taste like it’s been sitting in the warmer all day.

Everytime I go there I have never had a hello or thankyou. Today 27th May was no different. I also say hello and thanks but get nothing back. Poor customer skills

Prices were 20 cents more than listed for the station on the app and refused to take the app as payment when that's exactly what it's designed for.

No toilet paper in the women's bathroom AT ALL, and the men's toilet was backed up and almost full of waste.
