I never write reviews but the male staff in this place are wonderful! Always helpful and kind to me, the reason why I’m giving it 2 stars is the poor customer service from the lady behind the counter. I had once gone by and one of my cards declined when I was there ( I am in hospital) so I used my other card which approved. Ever since then she gives me dirty looks every time I go in, I just went in and she was happy and smiling to another customer, the second she saw me she gave me a dirty look and didn’t say a word and then glared at me as I walked out. I have always said my thank yous to her and have done nothing wrong. Never stolen, always paid for everything and ever since I have been glared at. The male staff are lovely and that’s why I gave the place 2 stars instead of one, they are lovely, it’s just the lady who makes me feel so uncomfortable and I’m just so taken aback by it.

I work around the corner and go to 7-eleven Richmond at least weekly when I have caved into my sugar cravings. I'm only in the store for 5 mins at a time (if that) but even so, over the past few months, I've been present for at least 10 people being caught out for stealing and similar amounts of solicitation. All this to say, I think the people working at the 7-eleven Richmond are super stressed and constantly on the lookout for anyone who may be stealing or taking advantage. Perhaps this doesn't change the mind of anyone who's given a one star review due to poor service, but thought I'd provide some context for why you may not have received the service that you were after.

I went to the 7/11 yesterday and The cashier yelled at my daughter and mimic her for no reason when she wasn’t talking to him and when I told him you have no right to scream my daughter like that he said so what and I said to him that’s child abuse and it’s not okay he said I don’t care and me and my kids have to left without buying anything and It was the second time Done first time I saw maybe he’s angry for somehow I didn’t do any review but it happened again that’s why I left my review

If there is one person to be deported from this country, then it should be the guy manning the shop after midnight. He is rude, and makes threats against normal Aussies simply because they cannot understand his words. It is obvious he is not happy here, and is more than likely being exploited for his wages, like most other 7-11 workers. I would place a bet that he is the next one to make an attack on Melbourne. He has to go. Sooner, rather than later.

Rare for the staff to ever be behind the counter to serve you day or night. Not their fault, they obviously have duties they must perform during their shifts. Guaranteed to be waiting at the pump or the counter, while they do this until they are finished doing whatever they are doing while totally ignoring you. Best to avoid and go to another place. To the owner pay another person to re-stock stuff or even better you get in there and do it.

Worst service ... and getting worse. 7-11 was offering a special on smoothies, so my daughter and I made a decided trip to this 7-11 to get some. Machine didn't work ... attendant didn't care. So decided to get my daughter a slurpee instead. No large cups ... attendant didn't care. Im not going to buy my six-year old a super-size so I asked if I could half fill a super-size cup ... he said no. I don't know why I bother with 7-11 any more.

Cashier really rude. I went the the 29th of July evening to buy a coffee for my friend. As I don't drink coffee and never used their machine I accidentally use a 3$ cup to fill a one dollars coffee. The cashier didn't want to let me change the cup. Then I just told him I will pay for the quantity of coffe, not the cup. He threat me to call the police. Unbelievable...

I had the best time here. I purchased a premium $1 coffee which maximised my energy and productivity for the day. To make my experience even better the gentleman behind the counter was a real champ. His positive energy was contagious and made me forget about the fact my wife is leaving me and taking the kids

Today I came here around 7:30pm to get gas. I have a member locked card with gas price $21.19/little. However, after I went to pay, the staff scanned my card but did not return the change. I was charged the full price of $24.99/liter. I didn't notice until I got home :))))I pay by cash

Seriously, do they 7-11 Richmond really care about customer reviews? Come on, waisting a minute to give them a "one-star" rating. Please treat your customers with equal respect and just standard service. Otherwise, you guys will not exist in few years or begging for a job, mate.

This store employee is one of the worst I’ve met at 7eleven I’ve encountered. The bold headed guy’s attitude is far from customer satisfactory level. You have to say hello am here to be served right on the counter whiles scrolling his phone literally ignoring you intentionally.

Hungry in the middle night? Got the munchies? 7/11 a convenient place to go when everything is closed. That’s when 7/11 is appreciated by others that take them for granted. Great employees, fast customer service. Cheap but great coffees, Krispy Donuts, hot food, slurpes etc!

Usually adequate, quite often staff seemed overworked and in a rush trying to stock shelves whilst people are waiting to be served. Variety of food is ok. The local junkies tend to come here for their snacks which can make the place a bit unpleasant sometimes.

I visited at this store today at 11:40 am and giving 1* rating just coz of very rude staff. He just on phone Worst customer service (No smile on face & no thanks at all). He was serving without Face Mask. Both coffee machine not clean

Today I went there to buy a banana bread and a coffee. When I when to the cashier and asked about the expire date of banana bread, the guy strait away threw it to the bin and told me it was expired. Really disappointed

Seriously dodgy 7/11 and servo. Always drunk or drugged out people hanging by the 7/11. My partner and I dont go there anymore for anything as we don't feel safe at times. Need to clean up your shop.

Most of the staffs are ok, i mean not friendly but ok. Only the owner ( he is the manager too) is really rude to his customers. Im one of Richmond residents but i rarely top up the gas there.

Disgusting 3 coffee machine not clean around floors are dirty not clean service unprofessional rude went there around about 11 am today disgusting never going back there again .

Never gave locked fuel price in app, always saying our system is showing no fuel lock on your account, and if you go to other seven eleven they always gave the locked price.

This store is always closed during nights, no other 7 eleven is closed for stock filling for 2 hours. Very shameful.
