Very poor customer service girl working yesterday Saturday 20th March is always rude has a bad attitude problem towards customers.i didn’t get her name but she’s always upset as if she is forced to work there.they have to provide staff with proper training & customer feedback so they can know how to talk to customers.

Lazy and poor customer service. I’ve given you 1star because it’s not possible to give a 0star rating. Not a problem, I’m happy to go buy my fuel elsewhere on my way home from work. I normally fill up my car here twice a week but there’s plenty of other places who don’t have rude staff especially like Prem.

A welcome development to the area. This 7/11 outlet boasts of everything I love about 7/11. The gas station, one dollar coffee, chocolate drinks, muffins in different flavours and everything that comes with the brand. Located very close to the freeway for easy access and convenience.

Every Sunday morning we going for our usual walk and get coffee here. Staff member always welcome you and have a chat make you feel welcome. Hopefully one day the will start not to over charge for petrol( 25c -30c more then other 7eleven) and I will start to get petrol here.

Shocking customer service. The staff member Sumanth stood texting on his phone until I had been waiting at the counter about 30 seconds. Not even an apology, greeting or any acknowledgement. Will be avoiding this place from now on……. Terrible service and place …….

I have kidney problems and despite being in pain and desperate, the staff wouldn't let me use the bathroom just because it was after midnight. If I get a severe infection as a result of this I'll be invoicing 7/11 for my medicine. Have some heart for God's sake.

If you're going to rob this place be sure to come at 11:55pm so you can get inside before they lock the doors. Ridiculous can't browse after midnight. Guess I'm too used to my inner city lifestyle where convenience stores are actually convenient …

On a busy road, but it's never hard to get in and out. The store is fully stocked with items. This is my go-to store if i need something quick, so its very convenient for me.
