I am very disappointed with customer service at Seven elevon Craigieburn (craigieburn rd). It was first time filling fuel at seven elevon store. And My experience was rather very disappointing. This afternoon on the away back from work. I filled up fuel and purchased 2 doughnuts and when i went to pay for fuel and doughnuts. I told the staff working that i want use my fuel price lock app and it is the first time i am using it. Staff with out showing sny care charged me for doughnuts only. I did not realised until i came back home and i tried to call at store but store number was not available on internet, so i called up customer service and told them to contact the store and let them know that i will go back and pay for fuel in next half an hour When i went back to pay fuel i was told to pay full price of $1.369 ($9.33 more) instead of my locked price of $1.169 for 46.66 litre. On the top i could not pay from fuel app, which i transferred earlier to fuel app and i had pay more money from debut card.

Made to wait 10 minutes to pay for petrol because of just one staff and with the doors locked and several customers required their beverages. Management need to reconsider whether it's worth putting 2 staff because this area gets a little busy but hey, they have all the data and hope they put this 1 star review into consideration.

Have a funny scheduled life and want to fill up at 2am, then go to bed to be ready for the next day? Don’t go 7-11, you’ll get told pumps aren’t working after having to wait 15 minutes for some extremely rude employee, who clearly doesn’t care for customers, can really easily stop me from coming back. I was visiting from Sydney , happened to stop patrol, on 25/4/23 , not sure of name staff working in the evening ( Asian man , remember shift was changing over , I had family and I needed help , staff took initiative though he seemed very tired , he went beyond and help us and ensured our needs are met , keep it up mate

I love going into seven eleven but not this one I don't think the Indian lady that was on today 15th Dec 2019 she does not likes Australians. She treats the Indian customers very well and as soon as I walk in she talks in Indian and then very rude to me and my kids, so we decided not to go there again.

I had lock price on $182.92. But the counter guys charge me full price. $219.9. After paid I raised the issue why not applied discount? He couldn’t resolve the problem. I never gonne comeback in this 7-eleven. Worst customer service.

The employees are very racist, I went there to fill my car and the employee made me pay before I was allowed to fill my petrol but let all the other people who were getting gas pay after they had already filled their fuel

Very rude customer service including manager on Duty was rude. Don't know what they think of themselves when talking to customer. Morning is all about greeting customers and assisting with their queries.
