I have been using this place for last 4 years & today ( 14/05/2018 ) I had my phone on my hand while i'm fuelling ( I got a emergence text ) & I didn't get the fuel on ( Sun was out & can't see inside at all to see what's happening ) so, I went inside & ask the guy whats going on ( about 4:30 pm ) ? He replied to me "you not suppose to use phone while fuelling" like he wants to fight with me. I remind him that i'm his customer & there is a way to speak to your customers & he kept repeating same thing over & over again. I asked him to give me the bill so, i can pay & leave, He replied me "go somewhere else" He has been VERY ROOD. Fair enough I did the wrong thing having my phone on my hand but, he should understand how to speak to his customers. His customer service is 0/10 & He has to understand that customers pay HIS bills. NEVER GONNA GO TO THIS PLACE EVER AGAIN.

Beware!!! The Indian workers here are scammers. Try and find ways to get cash out of u. Either say the app is temporarily not working or find something wrong with either your car or something else so u can't purchase. Then, say if u pay cash.. It'll be ok. Beware.. do not get sucked in. Stand up to scammers!!

Useless employee. Became very rude when i inquired about the coffee voucher ( Machines weren't working & you get a free voucher ) & tried to charge us for a free voucher then had the audacity to tell me off for telling my partner to wait a moment so he doesn't charge us for a coffee we do not have

This 7 eleven is a great place to get your quick everyday needs to donuts to drinks to chips and most of all to the low priced Slurpies. For a large it is 1$ which is pretty actually a decent size for a large. This place is amazing and I go for bike rides just to get a drink with my friends.

Do yourself a favour and download the 7-eleven app, then use the lock-in petrol price for great savings. I save at least $30 on a tank using this. At the moment fuel is $1.69 a litre and through this app I locked it in for $1.47, better than any other discounts i have found on fuel

Manager/owner is rude and refused to refund me when I had a clear receipt. Wouldn’t check the item didn’t want to based on the fact I had purchased it at another store. READ 7/11 POLICY Edit: I have already been in touch with someone via customer support and have a case pending.

False advertising! Prices differ from what is advertised or their systems had not been updated with current prices. Staff were annoyed because it was busy and they didn't want to check the shelves for the prices I queried, then they were more annoyed I was right about the items!

I got a coffee with soy, in the middle of the depense it stopped ,so I asked the lady to fill it up with soy. She refused, previously they have just refilled it. She stated that machine needed to cleaned she could've fill the soy milk up so I couldve had my coffee

I was paying for petrol and then I lined up to get coffee. There was a guy behind me in line and the cashier was rudely trying to convince him to pay first. I think the cashier was being racist to the customer because people get coffee before paying all the time.

Unprofessional also like to duplicate your transaction then blame your bank then when confronted they call the police on the customer, refused to give the customer the district managers number so they could report how unprofessional they were being

The cashier that was working on Saturday night (31/08/19), racially profiled me. He made me pre-pay fuel but didn't request any other customers to do the same. I also had to pay extra, as he didn't set the pump to the amount I pre-paid.

Petrol flowed great... customer service was terrible... addressed me as Sir, when I'm clearly a woman... then ignored my questioning him about it, just wanting me to pay and leave... so rude

I want to buy a Krispy Kreme but tongs was dirty and doughnuts looks damaged and not fresh and a tray was dirty as well! (((( End up buying nothing and I really needed them though ;(

Staff is too Rude Specially Krunal & Asish both are the worst staff member in the team....no respect for customers....won't recommend to visit the store go for alternative

Seven eleven fuel is bad and I experienced this is second time new got towed fuel injector problem got checked authorised dealer service found Reason BAD FUEL

I guess most if not all 7- Eleven are the same. Unless for those that are just shop not a petrol station. I guess they all have cheap coffee prices.

Early morning store worker is the most ill mannered person i have ever met will never spend another dollar in that store.

They always have their slurpy machines going and its a great stop for a hot summers day, fuel was just the standard stuff

One of the staff there is stealing change $1 at a time. That's bloody twice fella once more and I go to the cops.
