Avoid pump #1 if you don't want to fill your tank with a botchy gun its been clicking over every 3 seconds since last year and I believe the machine has been tampered with as everytime you try to tell the clerks they insist on calling you a liar! I reported it twice but the third time I wasn't nice about it as i had been waiting almost 30 mins to fill up and couldn't even fill my car in the end. I confronted clerks again and got called a liar and that the machine was fine (couldnt fill the car up) its happened 3 times now. they also put up a "not in service sign" it was shortly taken down as soon as I left the servo as i went around the block to see if they would be honest or not. i was also given false information upon asking for further information on reporting my complaint to. also saw an infant being kept in the back room full of mess! dodgy and unprofessional I would give 0 stars if it was an option.

I went to pay my petrol, and after paying I was asked by the person at the register if I want to buy a coffee, adding how your coffee is the best, I politely responded "No thank you, maybe next time." He went on saying "You said that last year." I was very confused and said that I've just moved to this area recently. He didn't stop there, as I proceeded on my way out he said "By last year I mean yesterday." I got to respond one more time before leaving and said "That is a very bad selling tactic". So, do heck who was on your shift today (Thursday Dec 1st, 9:30am) I am a covered muslim woman, so I was very uncomfortable. He should of known better and be more respectful.

I filled up here 11 June 2022 and after driving 30 min my car broke down. Car was towed home. Mechanic confirmed that contamidnated fuel had blocked fuel filter and damaged other parts, totally $1600. They said the fuel is the wrong colour for unleaded (orange hue not golden yellow), smelled bad, and had sediments in it. I have a sample to prove it. Have reported the issue to federal Department of Agriculture, Water & Environment. I will make sure to recover these costs. I see the management never responds to negative posts but they can be sure to hear further until a resolution is made.

Staff are super friendly and I am a regular there and in 9 years I have never encountered staff that were not nice. They always ask how you are and friendly. It is very convenient for milk bread etc and for a servo the price is not unreasonable for necessities. I always see them thinking of new ways to provide for their customers. They always have competitive fuel prices and probably the only down side is the location is not the best when cars start to queue for fuel as it can cause a bit of gridlock.

Great petrol station in Hoppers crossing. The store inside is actually amazing though, they have tons of American drinks like arizona, dr pepper, fantas etc plus a whole ton of USA snacks. They also have a ton of new Zealand brands too. Their sandwiches are pretty decent and they also do coffees and hot drinks and hot food. Best servo in Hoppers

Best service station in west!!! Very famous for cheap fuel and fresh food specially the chicken skewers and kebab roll a must try if you visit the place. They have heaps of new Zealand, USA and Middle Eastern drinks. Always well stocked and welcoming staff happy to help specially the guy with beard he is friendly and welcoming.

you always manage to keep the fuel at the lower price for 24hrs after all the surrounding stations have gone up i managed to fill up at $1.28 when everyone else wants $1.59... well done to you that is why i will always try to fill up with you even when your price matches the bigger stores or might be a little dearer

Poor Service I’ve doordash twice from this place and both times my orders were wrong or packaged poorly.. I ordered hot food and Mousse and chocolate and he puts all items in the same bag so that the chocolate melts like wtaf use some common sense and find the rest of your brain cells

Stop saying "anything else my friend" im not your friend... stop asking if I want food or coffee.. I said no the first time so don't ask a 2nd or 3rd time, you will get the same answer aswell as making me angry.. if I wanted something else I would let you know when I pay for petrol..

Great price always. I don't think twice before going there because I always know I will get best price here. Customer service is also good, though they always ask if I want to order something else to eat too and I don't like it always but not a biggie. Cheers!

Cheapest fuel prices here in western suburb. Very good service. Most of the time have to wait in queue to get fuel at lowest prices. Once upon a time this fuel station was like a desert place but now it’s busy every time, day or night. Always busy.

The customers that use this petrol stattion have no respect or reguard to the residents that live in the vicinity. Renserve road is blocked by numerouous cars at all times on a daily basis and it is extremely difficult to drive down the street.

Definitely a better station to get the economic fuel. It stays busier during peak hrs but mostly noontime I found easier to fill in the tank. Have observed many times and prices are always better than surrounding other fuel stations.

Huge range of fresh Burgers/Sandwiches/ Rolls and takeaway meals available all day all night :) Also have Halal Potato cakes, Dimsim,chicken tenders/ wings and kebab. Best in the west. The staff are amazing especially Sheraz !!!

Great independent servo, staff are always helpful & cheerful, prices are usually very competitive. If you go late in the evening be prepared to prepay, put more than you think you'll need on then they'll refund the difference.

This station is small but very popular. It is often busy, que out on the road busy. But the fuel is usually significantly cheaper than others in the area, and in my opinion from my own testing provides better mileage as well.

Great Service here. They have a little kiwi treats section that they pointed out - very impressed! Keep up the awesome service cause that is what will see me back to fill up my petrol as well as shopping for snacks! A+++

I don’t understand why #95 petrol’s quality is different from APCO in Lara? #95 is the same quality as # 91 in Lara. Where did you get #95 petrol? Very bad. I am very disappointed in this petrol station APCO.

Most of the time this is the cheapest in hoppers crossing. Worst part is that it's not very big so plan your time to fill up to avoid the line. The shop has food to go and is well stocked.

Fuel is always cheaper than any other petrol stations near by, bit of a wait in the queue to fill petrol due to not enough pumps. Fast service and wide variety of products stored.

Prices are generally good, competitive with others. Recently refurbished. However, frustrating that they move to pre pay for your fuel too early. Personally, I prefer to fill up.

You always get cheaper fuel here. Very nice and friendly staff. Tip : Right side of fueling pumps is always busier, but the hose is long enough to fill if you go to left side.

Friendly service :) I got a coffee from here the other day, enjoyed it. They give complimentary shortbread biscuits with their coffees too, which is a nice touch.

The cheapest fuel is guaranteed here. Usually, there is a small queue because there are four pumps ( two for left side fuel cap cars and two for right).
