Itumeleng & the two ladies you were working with yesterday thank you very much, you guys are exceptionally good. Last week I bought food for my Yorkie a different brand from the one I normally buy. My Yorkie started having diarrhea which persisted for a week. So, I came back to the shop & I was told to bring it back they will give me a refund & I was also given tips on what to do when switching to a different brand.& then the following day I brought the food & I was given my refund.They were so friendly. A million thanks, once again.

I’ve always had great experiences with Absolute Pets but I recently bought a cat name tag with engraving from their Nicolway branch. I was told to come back in 5 working days. 9 days later I went back to collect and was told that a) the tag was not ready, b) that I should have received an sms before coming to collect (which wasn’t mentioned at all when I purchased and isn’t mentioned at all on the receipt) and c) that the waiting period is a week, not 5 working days (I waited 9?) Their branch at Bryanston shopping centre is great.

Just your normal pets store. Quite pricey and while a good range of products - nothing unique that jumps out. If you’re into the normal boring pet accessories - this is the place for you. Also just feel like staff are sometimes rude and unhelpful - to justify the review.

Attentive staff who are engaging and knowledgeable. Love shopping for my pets here as the shop attendants have loads of useful information to share.

Small but nice store. Treats often go on special which is great for stocking up. Most importantly, staff always offer to help.

Great customer service and even though the shop is small it has a good variety of products.
