This is a decent-sized quiet library. I know you shouldn't even have to write quiet when explaining a library, but it's been my experience that not all libraries in Charlotte are quiet. They have story time available for toddlers and babies. Not as many toys for kids but they do have tons of computers which stay available most of the morning. They have a lot of Spanish children's books and tons of picture books. I was really happy to see that they have a room for nursing mothers, and a family bathroom. My kids really loved it here. As far as the selection and adults I only went through non fictions which word decent lots of new books and well kept. Lots of computers in the internet lab. It seems like they have a really large community room although it was being a news for early voting. Due to the fact they had early voting going on parking was really hard to find. Other than that my run-ins with the staff were nice they were well knowledge and very helpful. They have a patio available although it was not open and I'm not sure if it's always closed or just happened to be closed today. I'm happy to have found it can't wait to go back!

This was my childhood library! I always and only really knew of it so it's a comfortable place. (Even for someone so shy...!) The book supply is nice (excluding a variety of manga, like most places in the U.S.) but overall it's a great place. They've been initiating programs (for kids, teens, and adults!) and brought in new technology; which took away from the original comfort, but is helpful to those who need it! I recommend this library for people who want to be comfortable when they work! There are these 'quiet rooms' that kind of block out sound! It's a small library, I think (having only one other one to compare it to.. kind of!). It's nice.

Nice size library with computer lab, meeting room and children's section. Kids section: Good selection of books Good selection of DVDs Six kids computers Play area with rug, blocks, foam letters and puzzles Rocking chairs Table area where they put out crayons and Paper Story time is fine. Librarians are good about Letting kids be kids and don't try and keep them still.

Small regional library with good amount of resources. This is a great place to work and attend meetings virtually. The library staff was courteous and friendly and assisted me with a study room to use. The facility was neat and clean. There was an impressive amount of inspiration intertwined throughout to encourage visitors to read and explore.

The staff and resources make the difference. They have the best exhibits, workshops, and partnerships with local community leaders. My children basically grew up there. From teaching them that public nursing is okay and legal to hosting NC Shero's there - BFR regional is the place to be. Of course easy, adequate parking is a win too.

They are always very welcoming and accommodating. When I need help with the computer they are always very helpful. Jeremy is amazing. Without his help I would have never accomplished the task I needed done within the limited amount of time I had. And he never got impatient with me.

This library is the nicest building within several surrounding blocks, this isn't located in the best neighborhood. On the bus line. Decent sized parking lot. There is a guard posted outside for safety. Huge computer lab. Staff is friendly.

Library is ok nice and quiet a little annoyed with the system of damages having to pay full price for used property ie magazine/dvd/tapes the price they asking could replace the item 2x

Library in itself is great but this is not an atmosphere if you need peace and quiet due to workers constantly talking loudly and being disrupting to those trying to study and work.

Everyone was very sweet. They have designated areas for different age groups and even computers for the kids. They offer story time and other activities for kids.

Love it there they have wonderful staff and is currently give free printing and copying. I love how the staff is aways ready to help and professional.

I live in Dalebrook. This library is very assessible but people during use of computers can be unprofessionally rude.
