This place is fantastic! I think before the one opened in Craigieburn, the closest one was donnybrook rd or Roxburgh park. Their staff is always very friendly, don’t talk over you, don’t make it seem like they’d rather be doing something else or be somewhere else. In particular, there is always a young man with dark hair, average height, there. He is one of the most friendly and helpful staff members I’ve ever dealt with. They have a HUGE range from drinks and coffee, foods, groceries, fuel, ect. Always what looks to be fresh food that’s made everyday and proper barista-made coffee, done per order. 100% worth a drop in just to have a look. They’re located in the new shopping hub located behind Craigieburn library, across from hungry jacks.

Was there about 7 o'clock today on pump 2 with my family in the car. Went in to pay with kids to find the indian worker abusing customers and swearing in a foul and belligerent way. He was extreamly aggressive and would then carry on to refuse service to any customers making us all wait whilst he talked in his native tongue on the phone to his mates(personal call). When customers including myself asked to be served, he shouted and told us to give the effing money. Made kids cry and was overall pathetic in behaviour especially amongst crying children under the age of 6. Might I add they were crying because of his belligerent and obnoxious swearing and aggressive behaviour.

Honestly very sad to see a local petrol station not care about their staff or customers. The air conditioner hasn’t been working all summer. I went in again today the staff are sweating all the food iteams chocolates everything so completely melted I’m not sure how they will resell all these items I find this very bad. This is not the conditions you should put anyone under not at any cost everything is melted it’s very sad to see employees working under these conditions it’s extremely outrages. 37 degree heat no air con windows open you probably wouldn’t see these conditions in 3rd world countries.

There were 3 attnedants in the store, 1 was on the coffee machine, 1 on the register and the other had stopped serving mid way - as I'm assuming it was a staff member who came in on their off day with her kids behind the counter to start talking with the lady who stopped serving. There's a good queue of 5 people wanting to pay and nothing is being done. Probably the 1st servo where I have seen kids allowed behind the counter, where tobacco and cash are kept.

Average price compared to nearby 7/11s. Horrible compared to liberty nearby. Quick, especially when fuel price tends to go up but not when it's the other way around. One strange thing I have always notice across all stations which nobody complains is why on earth does the fuel only just starts to trickle after the dollar figure on the display has crossed $2-$3. Beats me every time.

Very bad customer service. I have been waiting more then 25 min just for coffee and guess what other people came they took they coffee and I’m still waiting, not even they said sorry about this. Very bad customer service and all so I’ll never ever go there again and never ever they will be recommended to nobody from my side. …

NEVER USE THE ATM MACHINE ON SITE. will chew up your card and you’ll be told to order another card thru your bank. the cashier lady knew about the problem as soon as i approached, highly recommended management ordering another machine from there provider or go with another Atm company.

Was good but now so terrible. Told computer has been reset, have to wait for 20mins at the pumps. Another time, told can only cash only!!. Another time can't use toilet as they had been blocked for several months!!! Couldn't understand a word from the male at the counter!!!

Brought a loaf of bread there. Never doing it again!!! Got home, opened the loaf and found mould in three different slices! Checked the use by date and it was still meant to be right!! Absolutely and utterly disgusted, and will never by bread or any food from here again!

Good coffee however time management skills aren’t the best. When it’s busy I have always seen the staff taking personal calls. They take quiet long to service every order. I’ll recommend this place for coffee but only if you have time & not in a rush.

The Staff are friendly and polite. The food is your usual Servo fare ie: Pies, Hot Chips, Dimmies, Sandwiches etc. If you like your food fast then come here. For those in the need the toilets have always been very clean. Well Done Staff.

Staff does not take responsibility for causing inconvenience to customer. Asked for prepay at night at pump 7-8 insisting that there was a sign saying so. However it was a message at all pumps while staff allowed pump 1-6 to continue

Bad service. The girls seem lovely but they took forever to make the food and coffee. I suggest working on your time management skills and multitask only when you are able. Also serving fuel customers at appropriate counter.

Lovely big outdoor space for petrol and very clean. The inside store is awesome to with a great selection of products. You can even buy youfoodz meals here. Staff at the register are very friendly.

Today 10.08.2022 at 8.25pm came to the secure stauon to get fuel only Wow I am just amazed Ann how she served with a smile passion and enthusiasm I wish I could find staff like her Thank you

For a place called the foodary I didn't believe they had much food there and hardly any variety but then again I did go at 12:30 after midnight so maybe everything was sold

Just bought a traveler pie, took one bite and could tell it was off and stopped eating. Have been throwing up within one hour of that bite. DONT EAT THERE!

Open, clean, polite staff, fair prices. Whats not to like. Only issue is I would like to see a wider set of chairs. They are abit uncomfortable.

Fuel is always a great price compared to other stations. Conveniently located off Craigieburn road which makes it easily accessible.

Catch a pizza while you top up fuel has changed hands used to be Bubba's well pizza quality has not changed owners might have!

The indian man working was to busy talking on his personal phone in his own language to serve costumers. Very disappointing.

Call themselves a *Foodary". But have nextcto no hot food options except bare pie warmer case with limited choice. Terrible

Whenever we go in the staff greets with a big smile. Everyone is super friendly and make the best coffee in Craigieburn.

Charged a surcharge on AMEX without notice and does not honor Woolies discounts - again no information prior to pumping.

Finally, a conveniently located service station for many in the area who just need to refuel and pick up some milk.

The staff is great. Coffee is amazing and I am regular here for coffee. I find it to be the best coffee
