I have been in other branch last week and the staff said if I download the ampol app I can ge 6 cent discount and pay through the app. I installed it today but I didn't work. I asked to the staff but he said that he doesn't know waht is wrong because only one or two people in a month uses is app. Ampol app is useless. If he doesn't know about the app he is not doing his job properly. But when he ignored me when I asked how can I get the 6cents discount, makes me think that he just doesn't wanted give the discount. I'm not writing the reviews because I couldn't get the discount, is because of the staff attitude.

! DISGRACEFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I got completely IGNORED by the Cashier whilst wanting to pay for my petrol today. This staff member was too busy gossiping on a PERSONAL PHONE CALL speaking in a foreign language whilst completely disregarding a line of customers waiting to be served. The cashier didn't even look up to make eye contact whilst paying and continued to give her full attention to her phone. It's really disappointing that people would do anything for a job right now especially during Covid19 and then there's people like this who sit comfortably in their jobs and DO SWEET NOTHING.

No maintenance being carried out on the truck pumps, all nozzles are in really poor condition. All buckets and watering can are either empty or green from being stagnant, absolutely disgusting.! O.h.s issues pipes just sticking out of the ground where people can trip over not to mention rubbish everywhere from poor house keeping! You can't even get hot food or food from the kitchen anymore because it closed it down. I'll definitely be fueling up somewhere else in the future. New management has made this good servo into a run down servo.

Excellent staff! My SUV broke down just before this petrol station. I pushed it into the station and parked it there. Was really worried if they would allow me to park it overnight so the tow truck could pick it up the next day and the lovely attendant showed great compassion, assured me they would keep an eye on it. All this without me even making any purchase from there. Bless you all!

My partner and I were out Tuesday night and had car trouble. The gentleman that was on at 2.30 am Wednesday morning really saved us, he was so polite and couldn't do enough to help us. Didn't get his name unfortunately just hope he gets how extremely grateful we are. Ardy and Leonie …

Dont buy any of their product !!!! because they dont exchange or refound. Brought a carcharge today but its not work, when i want to get refound they said they dont return once the packege is open, but they dont mention it before you buy it.

Purchursed bread last night only to find it stale and then when i went to exchange it they advised me to come back when a manager is in. Wouldnt go back.

On the display signs wrote 193.9 but when I pure diesel was 196.9 Means they are laying to people. Never come here. They are theif.

We go here most Thursday night great selection of food and drinks and the guy that works there is always very nice.

It's a Caltex with Woolworths advertising out the front but it doesn't accept Woolworths fuel vouchers.
