The store manager along with team members were disrespectful and were literally laughing on your face for any query asked. Made me wait 15 minutes just to speak to the manager, seemed like he was hiding and not coming outside. Refused to refund me for my cable that I bought even though I had the email from the products company and the company was amazed as to how they cannot do that. I hope I could give a negative star.

I was driving and needed to know if they had something in stock and if so then I can drop by and buy it so I called them and asked them if they had it in stock and what the current price was and these guys said that we don't give our prices out over the phone.. what kind of rubbish is this? What do they have to hide? Lost a customer for good.
