Still lack of parking for heavy vehicle customers. Rolled in last night with 10minutes left in book, fueled up $1400!!!!! In diesel only to find all truck bays ALL taken up by local trucks, not one driver with vehicle resting. This has been an issue since open but now im taking legal action further as i had to drive illegally off my logbook to find a rest area! Found heaps on M80 ring road 7eleven servos. They must be enforcing against local drivers using it as a free parking! Caltex the NHVR have been informed of your major breach in COR laws and expect action due to your lack of action. Staff at site could not care the least one even stated it's ok! His cousin uses the parking!

Good place to stop for both vehicle and human fuel. They have a kitchen on-site where all the food is prepared fresh every day. There is a good range of both hot and cold food (including - but not limited to - pastas, pastries and pizzas) and hot and cold drinks (including coffees, teas and milkshakes). The prices and the portions are reasonable. Apart from the food and the fuel, there is a small selection of items for sale that the travelling public might need or want. If you need to freshen up, there are showers available for a small fee and the toilets are kept clean and well stocked.

Best facilities ! Clean shower and toilets I visit this store everyday second day from Sydney ! Good food and grate coffee and staff is very friendly and helpful. They will check your license if you would like to use their shower and I’m okay with it since it’s free and clean Parking would be an issues sometimes ! Lots of truckies park here illegally and I hope management will look into it.

not even 9:00am, kitchens closed for breakfast, shop is full of drivers for breakfast, coffee and fuel. enquire as to what the lady is doing in the kitchen, she’s making toasties, eggs bacon and so forth for the next day!! ask if she could quickly make what i asked for……..”kitchens closed” great way to get sick is to eat their “fresh cooked meals” a foodary without food at a peak time is disgraceful

Absolutely loved the service on Monday from Simrat and the cook, but today (Wednesday) there were different people serving and cooking. They rudely prepared the male customer's food first who ordered after I did. The cook was too lazy to make fresh new fries and only gave me 1 serving of fries instead of 2 for the 2 meals I bought. He did not put much effort or care into his work.

The most disgraceful coffee ive ever had. So hot it burnt my mouth and lips the first sip I had, then after letting it cool down it tasted like off milk. Just disgusting. Wasn't even filled anywhere near the top and no froth. I know its a servo but it looked like a decent setup with proper coffee. Thankful I decided not to get food there. The toilets were nice thats about it.

Have going there for my morning coffee for the last 5 weeks. Over the last week the milk I require has been "not in stock" asked when it will be there, get told maybe this day or that day. Added to this, if the wonderful guy who cooks Sunday to Wednesday is not there the food is disgraceful if it there at all. Super poor, my drivers will not fill up there again

This petrol station is bloody awful. The delay in turning on pump is long. Another customer - whilst I was waiting in the queue to pay - 5 people came in and asked when they were turning the pumps on ! Just about summed up the poor and very slow service ! I spend over $2000 a week and I try to avoid this place but can’t always.

Outstanding service. Great variety of food. Cleanest amenities and facilities in metropolitan Melbourne. Truck parking excellent and well allocated. Note to management that site needs speed limit signage and fridge pans and trucks with ice pack coolers needs designated area away from quiet area. Keep up the good work!

More than just a service station, good coffee, great range of food and a nice truckie area. Everything you should expect from a great rest area is right here. I'm glad I stopped by and experienced what they had to offer, I will be back again as it was more than I had originally expected.

Got coffee and an egg and bacon roll Coffee was good the roll was cold seems to be slipping in it's standard I use to go out of my way to come here. Now I think I'll be looking elsewhere this is the 2nd time youve disappointed me with cold food and once with coffee

We're being trained to accept poor quality service from places like this. Staff required to perform multiple tasks means a simple fuel fill involves more time waiting in a queue than it took for the fill, if I could give negative stars you'd be -5

Shocking parking for interstate truck drivers as they allow local drivers to park their trucks here. In addition they will not cook any meals on their menu at 6pm, and staff are quite rude about it. Never use this site again.

Tried to go there for food twice but never again as they dont have anything available and are not prepared to cook anything. Why they call it FOODARY is beyond me. Should be called DONTGIVEACRAP.

Had to use the torch function on my mobile due to no working lights in the ladies bathroom. Probably best to have not even used the torch............cleanliness needs addressing.

The toasted sandwiches were the best, but there must be a different cook now. Please tell the new cook to butter the outside of both slices like like the previous cook did!

Ampol is more expensive than other petrol stations, but they now offer AMP Charge. Yes you can charge your EV while you pick up a coffee or grab a bite on the cafe.

Great showers. The only thing it is impossible to get a park for interstate truck drivers and always seems to be local truckies park up and no where to be seen.

I would give ‘em no star at all ! Terrible coffee ! Dirty toilets ! staff busy talking. This place use to be super clean and I had the best coffee here.

They do not even have an ATM machine, you walk in and out and your clothes smell of stale oil, service is very poor. Seek other fuel stations

When you go to a place that's called Foodary you would at least expect that they would have food at 1.30pm on a Sunday very disappointing

mens toilets are in worst condition now. no cleaning at all. still remember when they were brand new but no maintenance by staff at all.

It's ok for fuel but parking overnight can be a hassle with all the parking bays filled with local trucks and the kitchen closes by 5 pm

Very clean and spacious. Booths and seating very clean. Fast service and nice coffee and a quick bite to eat. Would stop here again.

Showers are disgusting like there never been cleaned. No food as the staff said her self I couldn’t be bothered putting food in.

The food here is phenomenal...I had the works burger from here around midnight and they cooked it fresh and the taste was great

Over all the the pump is alright but they got nothing halal and they even fry the chips in same oil they fry the Bacon products

One of the worst Ampol’s around. Never enough staff on so always a queue during business hours. Foods isn’t that good either !

Went for lunch, waited here my entire lunch break for a burger and ended up leaving without burger because my break was over.
