Used to be the closest Caltex to where I lived. When I didn't go to my first preference, this was one of the other petrol stations I'd go for fuel. It's quite a spacious petrol station situated at the point where Sunshine Avenue changes to McCintyre Road. On the corner of McCintyre Road and Main Road East, it is adjacent to the Kealba Pub across the intersection. Facilities available to patrons include the essentials (unleaded, diesel, etc) and other features like a drive in carwash, car and truck cleaning cubicles, parking accomodating for trucks and large vehicles, onsite kebab truck and a pizza shop inside the servo. A good place to earn Woolworths rewards points and to redeem fuel vouchers from your membership.

This was the most FERAL petrol station I’ve probably ever been too. Firstly not only was an ADULT MALE using the female bathroom!!! It was absolutely disgusting! It honestly looks like it hasn’t been cleaned at all ever. There were so many flies! No exhaust fan so it was hot and humid. The smell was absolutely unbearable!! Graffiti was all over the toilet seats and doors, there was toilet paper, clothes and god knows what fluids all over the floor. I couldn’t even stomach using the bathroom. I informed the girl who works there, and judging by her brainless expression there is probably a 90% chance she hasn’t done a thing about it. I cannot express how foul it was, it seriously is a major health hazard!

Extremely rude. Went in to use the ATM. I was asked to leave with no an explanation. They shut the door at 11 pm A guy who acted like the owner told me to go outside and deal through the small windows. I told him I only need a minute to use the ATM as I was already there. They guy didn't care. So I stayed back to see what happened to other customers. They were all treated in a rude manner. How can they buy things or food from the convenience shop without being able to choose? There were lots of unhappy customers. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Today is Sunday 4 sep 2022. Morning 8.15. Customer service is very bad and she was very rude. I lost $12 for car wash and $ 2 vacuum. Machine didn't work, you can have a look the pictures. She didn't print the ticket or she didn't refund my money.. I could not use the machine.. I completely lost my time and money.. and she didn't provide me the manager number for that store or anyone that I can complain. She gave me 1800 number for review. That's it.

It’s just after midnight and I kindly asked if there were any cakes or donuts and was met with lazy customer service then with a immediate response of ‘we have nothing’ asked for biscuits and the response ‘we got nothing’ and then only when I said I’m leaving a review the gentlemen waves his arms at me and says come back I will show you biscuits.. so annoying and a very dissatisfied customer.

Staff are very attentive and keep the place very professional. Probably the only downside is the car wash runs off tokens instead of gold coins which are bought from the service station. The place has a pizza shop (My Mates pizza), public restrooms, drive thru coffee shop, car wash (as stated), working air pumps, kebab vendor, trailer hire, gas bottle swaps.

They asked for free pay in the evening at around 8pm. After that when i was paying the money for fuel. I wanted to used uber discount and they indian lady told me that this is screenshot and it’s not real one. I had to gave her proof for that. The problem is, her job is to scan the code and it’s not her job to verify wheather it’s screenshot or real.

Friendly staff and quick service. Has a good range of products within the store. Prices of products are much higher compared to supermarket prices. But besides that, the quality of their products are great and also has a carwash attached to the petrol station which they have not taken care of much and could do with an upgrade!

Normally this is my preferred Caltex for getting fuel and running my car through the automatic car wash. It always annoys me that the car wash pushes my mirrors in. However today the car wash took a chunk out of my wheel and tyre. Staff were completely disinterested. Will be avoiding this site in future.

During the night it closes/locks its doors so you pay for your fuel at an open window so you can't enter the store at all which sux if you need to use the bathroom or the atm at this station. They're staff are also not the friendliest or most helpful ppl either. Go to Shell

Really didn’t appreciate being blocked by a person at the door saying no you can’t come in. I asked if I could use the bathroom as I’m out working and was Rudely told no. Was planning to purchase food as well. Will not be retuning not even for fuel. So rude.

A service station. Quickly in and out. I noticed if I wanted a coffee or various food items that they had a nice selection available. Although some of their microwave meals were over 10 dollars, so you could say that they are just a tad pricey.

I h hired a trailer the day before from here, I didn't have to pay for the $50 bond. Couple month ago I had to pay for the bond hiring the same trailer from 711 in Kings Park even though it was the same company 'Move Yourself'...?

Today i went to this fuel station for fuel i was waited 6 minutes for access to refuel such a waste staff. His name is abdul fat guy and i was verbally abused also everything is recorded in the camera aswell. Such a waste staff.

Same experience as mentioned by other comments. Raman (CSA) staff member in this fuel station said that uber discount is a screenshot. I have to give her a proof that its real. Bad experience.

Well maintained and stocked! I hate the ATM charges extra to get your own cash other than ANZ. Rude assistance when enquired about out of order coffee machine, had a sarcastic experience.

Most of the time i come in this petrol station their coffee machine didn't work i don't know why this happened mostly. Manager should notice this issue and try to resolve the problem.

I gave a 100 $ bill for 30 dollars petrol purchase. Got back 20 $ dollars. I complained and got back some great acting. In the end he gave me back remaining 50 dollars.

Staff is not friendly. I am Uber driver. I always have free coffee when i fill petrol at all Caltex station. But the girl working here unhappy when I ask it.

A good service station.Staff are always friendly & helpful. They provide a great do it yourself car wash bay & a drive thru bay to give the machine a pamper.

For its location next to the Ring road & the size of the place, you'd think they would have some hot food on the go, there missing an opportunity there..

Everything is good. Pumps coffee making machines. But i don't know why their LPG is always 70 cents. Thought in other petrol stations it will be cheaper.

Dirty and almost derelict, 2 out of 4 bays out of action, looks like it hasn't had a clean in years. I think the attached photos say it all.

If a drink or something is approaching it's use-by date it will be reduced in price which is good for someone like me who is a milk fiend.

Toilets are dirty all the time and out of order after every few days The staff just dont wanna clean and put out of order for no reason.

Reasonably priced petrol, store is well stocked and more number of pumps than any usual petrol station. Good customer service.

Literally the only Ampol that I know that provides 4c Woolies discount. This station also takes Ampol cashless app.

Had to call staff back for some information after filling up. Staff mentioned that they couldnt speak english.
