Friendly staff and price was just like other service stations, clean inside, great to stop and get lunch and a really nice coffee if going on a long drive, this is just before Mount Dandenong Tourist Road, so a good idea to fill up and get snacks for the Road, thankyou for the friendly service

To the bloke who served me this morning (7th jan 2020) he was nothing short of kindness and was very approachable. I was having a really rough morning and this gentleman really gave me the lift that I needed. So thank you very much sir. Being kind goes a long way.

Equipment not upto date, I tried to pay for my fuel with a gift card there end would not work I waited for 30 min, as I did not want to pay with my grocerie money, in the end I had to pay with my grocerie money and then I missed my app for a medical for a job

Great Service Station that also Subway Onsite & a Self Serve & Auto Car Wash. Unfortunately they do not sell 95 Octane Unleaded Petrol. I don't know if all BP Service Stations will be going that Direction.

Pulled up just before 10pm tonight thinking it closes at 11pm only to watch the employee driving off for the night! The fella in the Ute pulling up also was disappointed as I was.

3 months ago: Made me take my helmet off just to get fuel. Go elsewhere. Isn't it fun in the age of covid that this is now the norm. Evidently It wasn't about security at all.

Just put my car through their car wash and was left with soap over my car when it finished. I went in to pay for petrol and the Manager was standing next to the assistant.

Filling with fuel cannot round up price at pump but when you go to pay they have rounded it up

Operating hours until 10pm means the facility closes at 10pm...not 9:53pm. Poor form.
