Hi Burwood bp, Today I had a bad behaviour from the bp customer service. He didn’t greet me plus he is arguing with me while I ask his name plz like that. I’m ride share driver we alwys fill the tank fully. I’m driving Toyota Camry hybrid. This guy who work with me saying I don’t know ur car is Uber. Everyone will know what’s the Camry hybrid car meant for !!!! This is not the way how he react with me. I know it’s night time pre pay but mostly bp they allowed for fuelling up and paid it later. Plz don’t go this bp anymore. Very rude service. No politeness at all. I came at 31/10/2023 at 12:32:08am Customer service is so rude. Better to ignore this place.

Dodgy pump meter, filled a 5L container with at least 20% left and not filled up full, still ended up filling 4.9L according to the pump! What's more, the meter jumps a cent a couple of seconds after stopped, that's very tricky, they might be able to adjust the 'extras' based on how much you are filling in. This whole experience is terrible, such a rip off! Imaging how much more they are charging you per tank! Disgraceful!

Terrible servo with potential scam on debit card purchase. I have purchased the fuel during the day and got charged second time at night of the same amount. Trying to call the servo but the guy just simply hang up on me. So how did BP double charge my debit card without authorization? I don't know if they store customer's card details. Will make a claim and complaint to ACCC to this incident.

Was told the pump wasn't working after I had prepaid $50. The guy said that the money would be refunded into my bank account however it never was refunded. I went in after 4 days of no refund and the guy looked at me as if I was making it up after I showed him the recipient and my bank statement.. he told me he would get back to me, but he never did.

Worst customer service till date that too by manager SAM. He doesn’t know how to deal with the customers. Though he made a mistake, he isn’t ready to correct himself or sort the situation rather than that he is trying to make some excuses and leave the customer with unresolved situation.

The staff's attitude is unhelpful and even dismissive. It is unacceptable for employees to show indifference or hostility towards customers, and this type of behavior can leave a lasting negative impression. BP should have a training courses to improve customer service

Went for a car wash, but I was the one who ended up getting rinsed. The do it yourself wash takes card, which I was happy to see. However, I was charged $12.50 for an approximate 3 minute wash, when the screen initially stated $4. Very dodgy and sly

Stopped for fuel here as I often do, was apalled at the behaviour of the service by man at the counter, with name tag Rizwan. A man served before me with limited english had an amount of $32.01 appear on the screen and was paying cash.

Customer service is very miserable, the lady did not know how to treat a customer there should be proper mentoring of customer dealing and also a proper training of product knowledge.

Amazing customer service. The cashier went out of their way to refund for an item I had accidentally bought and paid for. Didn't hesitate and had a very kind and friendly attitude

Do not use car wash, it does not wash the front wheels, scrubs the front door instead. Proprietor is not helpful, denies everything, did not even step out to see how bad it was.

rip off.... their pumps are not calibrated... I filled a 5 litre container and their pumps shows 5.65 litres. check photos and see how you are ripped off at BP.

This station deserves 5 stars with the hospitality of the staffs, very polite and quick service. Everything there look well maintained. Keep it up!

Good but i feel more air pressure. .. mean u pay more recive less petroolll... then u think ur car burn too much but problem is u recive less

It was alright, as far as petrol stations go. I mean there's not much you can say about a petrol station unless it's absolutely feral.
