Fuel prices are always higher then other places, that is ALL Bp's. BUT, the worst thing about this particular BP is the customer service. I went there tonight around 10.40pm to get some milk after work as the nearby Shell was closed. The bald guy, Srikanth, was watching me the whole time and then opened the door to go inside to the register and slammed it. I didn't really care/notice at the time. Then when he got to his register he rudely said "We are closing", then I replied "Pardon me?", He replied "We are closing the store can you hurry up" in very rude manner. I went the register, gave him the money and he snatched it off me. I asked him "What time do you guys close"? and he gave no reply, gave me my change and went on the PA to tell others the store was closing. I understand, he may have to be somewhere urgently, but that doesn't mean you should treat a customer with such rudeness. This isn't the first time Srikanth has shown rude behaviour like this. The rest of the staff are great though.

Got there around 11:30pm, asked to purchase a drink for myself and another however he needed to grab it as they locked the doors during night (understandable after recent robbery's) however when I asked for two items he rolled his eyes at me (I know what a dick I must be for wanting to make a purchase politely) anyway after having the staff worker roll his eyes at me, mumble through the glass and mumble something when I was leaving (keep in mind I told him exactly where to find the products and that I didn't mind what flavour he got trying to make his shift easy) I opened my drink and guess what chunky sour milk bits in my drink that expired 02/01 as I'm writing this it's the 23/01. I know it's not the staffs fault but come on people really wonder why majority shop at Cole's and Woolworths. If a manager is reading this I suggest you keep an eye on stock expiries (even though I bet it's cheaper to buy expired stock) and the staff worker who worked 23/01/17 around 11:30pm.

Usually good service but gets let down by one guy. This is my local bp I come here often not just for the fuel but as a nurse I love the the healthy options they have that are quick and easy for me to grab before work. Came here at 10:20 to get an ice cream and a meal I can’t see what Ice creams or meals they have from the window the guy refused to open the door for me to see. I get it it’s late a lot of weirdos and whatever but every other time I come they open the door and let me pick .... seriously upsetting

BP North Road - HIGHEST PRICES FOR ALL PRODUCTS WITH NO SERVICE. Couple this with indifferent service from attendants who have little knowledge and no care. Try this: gas swap n go, they take your money, highest price for gas, throw you the key and you get the bottle. I’d rather drive to the other side of town than buy anything from BP North Road. Oh and their fuel price is always much higher than any other outlet. Avoid at all cost.

I was running low last Saturday and stopped to re-fuel. 95 unleaded was $1.88!!!!! I voiced my concerns to the attendant about the high price, she ignored me. I paid and later that day saw several servos selling the same product for 40-45 c cheaper.I am so dissatisfied and disappointed with this pure greed/Brighton tax, never again I would use the BP station, I’d rather push my car home.

Longtime customer. Nice food. Fair service. Ok diesel prices on some days. 3/5. But: no social distancing, no QR code use, no masks on many customers. Bloke with a medical no mask exemption was buying smokes today, asked about no mask - profanity, he wanted to fight it out in the store. Staff did not call Police. Avoid this place. 2/5

Horrible service. I don't think they provide a customer service but a customer trouble! They don't help me solve the problem, just to care themselves. They just let me waiting and service another customer on the night shift on 25/07/2019 night shift. I won't want to came again to experience the discrimination.

Love the new DJ’s food hall look and enjoy coming here for coffee. It’s a very convenient one-stop-shop for everything. Managers a nice guy, but not sure about the new hires. The new barista girl is a bit rude when speaking and needs to smile, it’s called customer service and a coffee with a smile.

Overpriced petrol. Car wash was broken and had bought a multi voucher which expired by a certain date. I came the day after it expired and the manager refused to extend it, ridiculous. POOR SERVICE!! TOILET & BATHROOM ARE ALWAYS FILTHY.

Horrible service. Staff lied to us about package being at the BP, after we finally got the package, because we had evidence that they package was in the store, he begged me to not get him in trouble?? Crazy.

Srikanth i think his name is, is so unbelievably rude and slow on coffee. Makes you not want to come back just because of him. The rest of the staff are nice and good at what they do.

Absolute rip off. Shame on me for not check exorbitant fuel prices before filling up. Shame on them as I will never be back. Don’t need David Jones food that badly.

Went through the car wash $18 AND IT LASTED TWO MINS foam, soap, wax, all this stuff and it only sprayed soapy water on the car, and it lightly brushed along it

Amazingly delicious hot chocolate by this kind employee who always smiles and greets customers at night and in the morning on weekends.

After hour staff with glasses is super rude. I said excuse me and he asked me to wait until he finished playing with his phone!

Serves all purposes if you need car wash, tyres, vacuum, petrol, small cafe with food, drinks, limited products.

There is a guy works on Friday very rude he doesn’t know how to make cofeee can u please train him again.
