Did our grocery shopping this morning. I thought I'd get my partner a treat to go fishing today and something for us for morning, got a cheesymite scroll and a custard teatime. All I had on me was a $20 but the girl asked do you have another bill I get in trouble if I take a torn bill. Had a tiny little tear on the bottom. I told her no I don't, sorry, she asked if I had a card, I said no after shopping I don't have enough on my debit card. She had the nerve to ask if I had another card! I said no I don't, I told her sorry I won't be buying what I had she said sorry which I guess is something. I would have thought losing a sale would be a bad thing!guess not I will NEVER go back as this is not the first time

Looks like they have new bakers the bread is awesome & seem to have resolved the holes issue on their bread. They also seem to have Rye which my hubby loves & my kids love the Turkish bread for sandwiches on the weekends... I'm enjoying the new change & will keep buying my bread from there …

The new Spanish baker is utterly rude, short tempered & doesn’t like to speak English. Also, the bread is dry & cheese & bacon rolls have shrunk in size since he started. Our entire neighbourhood is not impressed. I certainly will go to another bakery nearby instead.

I'm appalled how much this bakery has gone downhill. I've mentioned a few times about the blueberry scones not being cooked in the middle. The machine slicing the bread here is ridiculously uneven to make a Sandwich. It "was" my favourite bakery for nearly 30 years!

Just letting everyone know to make sure they charge you the right amount this is the 2nd time I have brought a loaf of bread $4.50 and they have charged me $8.60 they don't hand out recipes now I know why cause they are ripping people off

Dropped in while staying in area from NSW - great products some different from our local store up here - very busy as Anzac Monday & Woollies closed but staff member handled the early rush 100% & with a smile .

Customer service this morning by one of the workers on was absolutely atrocious, extremely rude. Thank goodness for the other lady who was so nice and had to apologise for her coworkers attitude.

Staff were extremely rude this morning service was terrible working in retail myself i know what’s expected all 3 Staff were not doing there job today will not be returning.

The girls on counter really make this place. I could go to any bakers delight but choose this one as the staff are always super friendly and helpful.

The staff are nice however the products I was looking for were only available at the bakery just outside of High Street, Berwick.

I found their twist bread doesn’t have any mix inside, it looks like you eating plain bread …

Came to this place today and picked up an apple and walnut log. The baker is stingy as.

Always Buy from this shop but today I wasn’t happy Because of customer service

walked away after seeing flies/bugs in front display landing on the food. YUK

Seems to be closed a lot lately due to staff shortages. Very disappointing.
