Good communication in store, a nice balance of "here to help" and not feeling like they were looming or trying to pressure me into a sale. Would have been nice to have better lighting to take photos of fabric patterns to send to my partner but otherwise no complaints. Couch is comfy. Nice range of products to choose from.

The retail experience was professional and straightforward. The selection is large, and quality vs price is of good value in my opinion. While the company seems to had issues with their delivery company, we did not have this issue, so perhaps this issue would have been addressed.

Furniture is well designed. However their supplier Idioms Furniture has the worst customer service. The sales man Scott sent for fixing my wobbly dining chairs were condescending, judgy, and sarcastic during the entire working time.
