Surprisingly good! The stock is quantity limited to a range of clothing in limited sizes, but it all appears to be significantly better quality than the local BigWs and Kmarts. I don't often shop at these kind of store as I am a little weary of mass produced clothes from India, Bangladesh, Vietnam, etc. The kids clothes and pajamas are great bargains and they don't need silly "30%" off tags to get you into the store. it's all just good prices for good gear. The staff are pretty helpful and friendly too :)

So i went shopping with mum yesterday to find pyjamas for my nephew and we had trouble finding the correct size and design and came across a lovely lady named Molly who was a sales assistant at the parkmore SC store she was so amazing patient and really took initiative in helping me and my mum she is so good at her job and i would highly recommend you to the store and experience that i had there keep up the good work Molly definitely would be going back there again!

Try and call Packmore best and less on their phone to see when I can collect my click and collect and I called 8 times pickup and then hang up without talking Disappointing are used like best and less so much now not happy at all I have not had an email I ordered my stuff last week not sure if I can pick up today or when maybe I might have to try and call their head office on Monday and complain

Store has some good quality products at great prices. Although signage in the store advertising prices is incorrect when scanned into system. Store has a outdated returns policy and does not accommodate to re print receipts. The staff have a lack of customer service skills (including a friendly smile) and the store manager pretends to take phone calls when not wanting to engage with a customer.

The Best &Less store I went to is in The Parkmore Shopping Centre in Keysborough. It's a large shop which sells clothes for babies through to adults. They have a wide and varied range on offer, low to mid price and by and large, good quality. Goods are well laid out and signage in the shop is excellent so whatever you are looking for is easy to find.

Good size store, a variety of clothing at very competitive prices. Clothes ranging from babies to adults. Easily accessible. Part of Parkmore Shopping Centre. Restrooms available. Ample car park. Great customer service.

Some great prices on lingerie! Way better basic yet sexy styles than "Bras & Things" Service were ok The prices of the lingerie were excellent & affordable and the styles I were looking for, they had!

Great range of apperals very cheap prices sometimes I wonder it's even cheaper than Kmart..quality wise not that bad ..not much variation for men's..prefer bit more variation..overall great value..

First time back since Melbourne's COVID lockdown. A little disappointed that prices are higher - discounted stock was at regular prices. Overall, still has an OK selection of clothes and OK service

A great place for children's clothing, they grow so fast & they can be hard on their clothes especially when they are playing at home, early learning centres, pre-school/kinda and school.

I just love this store you can always find what you are looking for at affordable prices and the sizing is true to the size so if it is a 16 then it is a 16. Love Love Love it

I found the store had very little in the way of menswear and what was there was of low quality. I wouldn't recommend it especially for menswear.

I bought my brother's underwear from here. Not a large variety of Big Men's Underwear. I got 6 pieces though. Pricing is excellent.

Terrible service, rude staff. Turned the lights off 7 minutes before closing scaring my 6 year old daughter in the change room.
