On the phone the staff member was very rude and unhelpful. I was asking questions about stock levels of an undergarment I need to use after my recent surgery they said “have a nice day byeeee” as I was mid sentence. I understand shops can get busy but there is no need to be rude to customers over the phone

This store is a medium-sized store and therefore stock a pretty good range of items. Disappointing to see that Best and Less stock mainly their own brand in bras and ladies underwear these days-there used to be a much wider choice. Great for pyjamas,dressing gowns etc.

I am always impressed with walking through the frilly nickers department to get to the men's department. I often wonder if married people get into that stuff considering the idea is to rip the clothing off with your teeth. The men's department is boring.

went in to buy clothing for a costume and while they didn't have everything I needed they were able to advise me of other stores in the centre that might have what I was looking for. It's nice when people are genuinely invested in being helpful

The store on its own is fine but the staff and customer service people are horrible. I purchased a kids Bonds pj set that came in a cute little gift bag. Upon getting home I noticed the pjs were taken from the bag and I didn't receive this.

I see they are mandating the vaccine to their employee's and will not allow un vaccinated people into their stores when they re open.For that sole reason I will not set foot or spend my money in a store that allows medical discrimination

Typical best and less inside the shopping centre upstairs. Rather large store when you go in as it goes a long way back. Fitting rooms also but only one for boys. Lots of parking on the same level or go one down for undercover parking

Purchased some items which had a clear discounted price of $29.99 each Didnt realise until after I purchased that I was charged full price for both items. Went back in to ask for it to be amended and the ladies working were mocking

Excellent prices, just the quality sometimes lacks with the stitching on there clothes and they dont last long. If they had improved quality clothes I would be here far more often

Great store. More women's clothes than anything else, but lots of kids' clothes too, including school-wear. Stocks rugby league gear as well. With joining the club for specials.
