Congrats on reaching 5th Voted Best Bakery In Vic! Definitely well deserved as far as the food goes! Food is beautiful from this bakery there’s no doubt in the talent they have to offer. Sausage Rolls are piping hot and flavoursome as they should be and have the perfect buttery flaky pastry. Continental vanilla slices are just perfect and creamy, I have yet to try their donuts and cannolis as I’ve heard good things about other products they have to offer. Advertisements from Instagram is what initially lead me to this bakery. The only downside to my experiences has been The customer service which definitely needs improving. I have visited this bakery twice and unfortunately both times I have been served by a young woman who apparently does not know how to greet or approach customers when serving them and has made it quite obvious she has a poor attitude towards her role. This unfortunately reflects on the business itself. She was without a doubt uninterested in serving me and had a “hurry up and leave” attitude when I asked for more than 1 product. This maybe a family owned and operated business where they may pride themselves on having many regular customers but emphasis on meeting a professional standard to new customers or people who are not regulars does need great improvement. Good food can only take you so far if your customer service reps don’t know how to treat paying customers that keeps the business going.

The Lady’s at this bakery are always rude and are gossiping whenever you walk in, I’ve stood there waiting a few times while they gossip about things, and they are always rude to me and my partner, also you run out of most things before 1pm and that’s a bit silly considering lunch time starts at 12, my partner won’t even come in anymore because of how rude the lady’s are and how anxious they make him feel, I think you need some new staff in there or At least train them to be better with their customer service, customers should be greeted as soon as they walk into your store… instead we stand there and listen to gossip and wait for them to acknowledge us and I’ve had this happen so many times and I’m the only one in the bakery! The only time I’ve had great customer service in here was when the big boss was in and even that was unprofessional because he was yelling at them in front of customers but at least I got a greeting that day. Unfortunately I will still be coming to this bakery because it’s the closest one to me but I really wish your staff were friendlier and more approachable.

Authentic old school Bakery the way it should be done. Lovely ladies serving with kindness and attentive to your needs. Amazing selection of cakes, pies, pastry hot dogs and sausage rolls. Grabbed 3 items and charged $11 odd. Very cheap I thought and definitely not ripping you off on qaulity. Had a Hot Dog wrapped in pastry, cheese and bacon delicious pie along with a Custard Tart. Great food, great pricing, great services. The locals are very lucky to have you serve them. Well done team. If I'm in the area, will be back. Highly recommend. Give it a go, go ooonnnnn.

Fond memories of the cake display from when I was a little girl in 1990 sitting in my pram. It’s nice to see some things don’t change, but only improve. It’s nice to share this with my own family too. The only bakery that makes fresh European breads and cakes. They support long term local bakers too, such as, ciros, who has made most people’s communion and confirmation cakes. Brady road bakery has a large variety of continental cakes, biscuits and bread. It’s homely, and welcoming with the most pleasant staff. Don’t change a thing! X x x x

It was the most fun I've ever had working in a bakery. These guys and ladies are amazing workers and have treated me like one of their own. The bosses Andrew and Frank and the boys Craig, Dion and Dom are absolute legends!!!! And all the ladies at the front, Ange, Chris, Sarah, Lill, Julie and Sevva are all beautiful, kind and lovely people. Gonna miss this place, but it's time for me to move into a different industry. Probably the greatest bakery I've been to, I grew up in the neighbourhood and their pies always put a smile on my face, their sausage rolls are delicious and there's so many sweets to choose from, eclairs to doughnuts, gingerbread men to hedgehog slices. It's all beautiful and the customer service is the best I've ever seen, the location of the bakery is easy to access, you can smell the ambience, it's gorgeous. I love this bakery.

Great bakery, croissants are amazing and I finally got to try the cannoli which didn't disappoint! Bread is always super fresh too! It wouldn't hurt for the younger looking lady who worked this afternoon with the donuts on her top to smile once in a while and at least tryand look happy to serve customers! So many times I've been in and met with a sour face!! Otherwise the rest of the ladies are super friendly and welcoming.

Best bread and even better cakes. This small bakery is always busy . They have a huge range of bread and cakes as well as hot pies and pasteries. Everything they sell is fresh and delicious. They're individual cakes are amazing and are a quarter of the price youd pay at fancy shops. But best of all are the staff. All the ladies are super friendly and always give service with a genuine smile even when theyre busy.

The best bakery in the southeast!! They provide fresh bread daily and with a wide range of dessert choices, this is my go to bakery. My favourite are the different variety of vanilla slices, my absolute weakness when it comes to dessert. They are one of the best I’ve ever had and I am not exaggerating. You will be greeted by friendly staff members. This family run business is an absolute gem in Dandenong North.

Beautiful fresh variety of breads cookies cakes and more I got lemon cookie/cakes that were packaged on a stand to the left of the store and white chocolate and raspberry Cronuts I think they were called,my family and I enjoyed them very much and I think they will become a regular treat in our household the staff are super polite and friendly.i look forward to my next visit.

I decided to grab a selection of treats for dessert for a family get together. The cannolis were amazing. The lemon, Nutella and Lemon meringue tarts were so good and I highly recommend the French Vanilla slice. The lady who serviced us was so helpful and friendly. I cannot recommend this bakery enough. The service, food and quality was good and all for a reasonable price!

Silver lining in the weeks of stage 4 lockdown that the bakery is within our 5 km radius. Always fresh and wonderful produce, great selection and lovely ladies at the counter. The almond croissant is to die for and I snack a lot on the cheese sticks. The ciabatta bread and rolls are a must-have around the house so if you are in the area, it is definitely a place to visit.

The ladies that work here are just plain rude! worst customer service especially in a bakery. My partner also mentioned that they are so rude towards him when ordering but we noticed they aren’t so rude to other people of not colour. Wouldn’t suggest spending your hard earned money here! Go and support someone else in their bakery. The food is also tasteless and floury.

They have plenty of products to select from and it is decent and fresh! BUT from my experience the customer service is really lacking if you are not a regular. Made to wait while they have extended conversations and allowing regulars to jump the queue. Spoken to quite rudely too. I won't be back, there's plenty more local bakeries that value customers more.

What can i say other than everything that's available here is 5 stars. The food. The service. Everything. I strive for once a week as that's my treat. I will definitely post my next haul....it's not a small order either... Your cinnamon donuts make my day..... Fu*#en delicious....and the pies too and etc.... ❤️✌️

I live in Pt Cook but my brother lives near The bakery. Every visit I stop at Brady Rd and collect sour dough bread and ciabatta and its such beautiful bread I love it. Not only is there every kind of bread the cakes are in abundance. Particularly the french vanilla slices are creamy and devine. So much to choose from yeahhhh. Good people and staff!!!

Yet another example of incredible, high quality, affordable food being let down by poor, lazy customer service. It’s a stretch to call it customer service, the cashier only put her phone down when she needed to hands to grab my order. Which was half f what I went there for because I couldn’t get my question answered. Shame.

The staff are just bloody excellent. They were able to help me sort out a last minute order for work and took care of a first time customer. So, to say the least I will be back again. These guys are just what you need; service with a smile and a care for their community.

Sadly, we were disappointed in this place. The items we purchased, didn't taste fresh and the customer service was not great. We travelled to visit this bakery, based on its reviews but won't be coming back again. I'm not sure how to respond with a new comment - we ordered some donuts, brownie slices and a vanilla slice.

The best bakery in the South East Suburbs. Great cakes, sweets, pies and the award the winning ciabatta bread goes well with all our traditional calabrese meals. The staff are friendly and courteous and it's such a convenience to have italian bakers who know how to bake bread within walking distance from my home.

Came here for a steak and mushroom pie and a jam donut. Jam donut was a little on the very sweet side. The pie on the other hand was a home run; was a nice think shape, thicker than usual and cause of this you get more filling. Excellent large pieces of mushroom. Will come back for the pies !

Well first visit attempting to get the best vanilla slice but sold out. :( anyway the store is so sleek and shining. So neat considering the age of the bussines i think. Bought kid cookies and some pastries. So yummy. Very much recommended for the cafe goers and cake lovers.

Picked up 30 items from the bakery and can't fault any of them, i.e. they are so delicious! The lady who served me was so friendly and helpful, Andrew even helped to carry the trays to the car. Worth the drive all the way to get sweet treats for my colleagues ;)

First time trying this place. Kept seeing so many videos on Instagram, got me attempted to try this place. Many variety of pies but gotta get in fast most pies sells out by 2.30pm. Custard slices comes in double stack for $1 difference. Went for a single.

You'd be hard pressed to find better canoli at any other bakery. I've been here twice now and both times had to wait in a queue. Very popular. Oh, and the turkish rolls are amazing! I promise you will keep going back to this little local friendly bakery.

Please change the childrens cookies from a gingerbread cookie to a sugar cookie. Most kids don't like gingerbread but nearly all kids like sugar cookies and your cookies look so so good, they are so well done but the gingerbread is unappealing to kids.

The most delicious maneesh and felafel sandwich ever! This place has delicious and affordable food. Highly recommend trying their meat manaeesh and cheese manaeesh. Felafel only $8 and super filling! Definitely try if you love in the area or passing by

Best pies! 100% The potato pie is amazing, has a bit of cheese in it which was a lovely surprise! Steak and onion also great. And plain steak. Classic, but excellent flavours and lovely, flakey, golden pastry, just how a pie should be in my opinion.

Found this little gem by chance working in the street. The sweets are just superb. Sampled the Nutella croissant and the cannoli. Definitely look forward to the next time I'm in the area to sample some of the other options. Nice friendly staff too.

One of the busiest bakeries I've been to, their cakes and pastries are first class ( try the French vanilla slice ). If you have to line up outside that says it all. The staff are very friendly which helps when they are under the pump. Enjoy.
