I normally go there and try to support a small business but after today's experience I will never go back to this place. I was the second customer in the shop and no one asked me what I was after. A girl stayed to talk in Chinese with me and when I couldnt understand what she was saying, her and other girl started laughing. They didn't even say sorry when I asked what's wrong. Poor customer service. They need to learn how to speak with a customer and show some respect.

Yummy, man these people know their pies and sandwiches. Amazing! I've never eaten a yummiest pies, Next time you pop by, you should definitely try their New Zealand Chunkey Beef and Cheese pie!!! yummy. also have you tried thier egg and bacon rolls? hmmm.... I don't normally leave reviews but stopped here today and got a potato pie. It tasted a bit weird and halfway through I found what I thought was a large piece of gristle. Took it out of the pie and it was a prawn!! Took it back into the shop to show the people working there, and all the guy did was laugh when I showed him. So glad I'm not allergic to prawns! Won't be going back!

Got a pie and drink. paid by card. Then I asked for tomato sauce and she was charging me $0.30 for it, I was happy to pay but she then wanted to charge me $0.50 to use eftpos machine (which is illegal to do). Another customer had to pay for my sauce as I had no change. Hope this 1 star review was worth your 30cents tomato sauce.

1st timer had the pepper pie, it was full of meat, peppery, warm and kinda sloppy. Given that it’s only minced meat and pastry it’s ridiculous how a pie today is almost hitting the $6 mark. If l grabbed this from an affluent area then maybe just m a y b e - $5.80 would cut it. Vague and slow customer service

i spent hundreds there a month and today they gave us all the wrong pies and lied about what they were. the woman was seriously rude. the same one told me a dried horrid tart i got cant be bad as noone else complained. No refund no replacement with fresh product. not good enough for rediculous prices.

Worst place for online order . They don’t want give driver to order . Bought a slice of so called "strawberry cheese cake" don't know what it was but it was foul and crusty and tasted nothing like a cheese cake.... also "rumballs" the taste was similar to when I got shot in the mouth with a paintball.

Order a Cornish pasty and what I got was a veggie pasty the only Cornish about it is the way they are crimped. A Cornish pasty made the traditional way is with meat, potato,turnip And onion that is it.
