I used this post office a few times recently, and I was a bit worried considering the previous negative reviews. However, the service here was surprisingly fantastic and staff were very helpful and friendly, especially Anna. She always gives best customer service and advice, even during bank holiday, shop was open and staff managed to help. I trusted them with my important posts and all were sent and delivered on time. I highly recommend this shop and their post service, thanks to Anna!

I've used this post office for a couple of years now, due to its convenience. However over the last 5-6 months, there's new staff who don't know how to run the post office so it's largely unavailable. I've been sent away enough times to not bother trying anymore. Such a shame as it's very accessible to alot of people.

Absolutely appalling treat people with disabilities like they don't exist and patronising the postmistress is abrupt and very rude postmistress said the post office was closed then promptly opened it for her mate don't bother going there you just get bad service shame because the two guys that Own It are great people

I’ve been to this post office around 10 times over the 2 years I’ve lived in the area and only managed to actually be served twice and was overcharged on both counts. If you’re in the area and wanting to use a post office go elsewhere and hopefully this one will be closed as it’s not fit for purpose.

Walked a couple miles to get bank services at the post office. Well, didn't quite get help with that being a bank holiday weekend but Ann (the lady at the store) made the long journey worth a smile. Very happy to explain, Kind and warm! I'd walk over there all over again!

Shop is open until 8 but the post office inside closes whenever the guy can't be bothered to serve you. Went in at 1, he said it closes at 1:30. Told him it was only 1 and then he said it closes anywhere between 1 and 1:30? No wonder the post offices are all closing

Completely disrespectful and serve you with absolutely no manners what so ever dont reccomend using it as a post office or shop at all talk to you awfully disgusted with the woman that served me.

Absolutely shockingly poor customer service. The post office lady always trying to overcharge you, always arguing, very rude, particularly if you've got slight accent. Just avoid by all means.

Post Office counter often not open during the hours shown. If staff have other things to do they close the counter and tell you to come back later. Then you'll return to a huge queue.

Not sure this should be called a post office. Was not open on a Saturday during opening hours. Told to go back on Monday, which isn’t convenient to us.
