DO NOT use this company!!!! I had spoken to Gurmeet the owner/ manager to ask questions about my move as it was my first time and I gave him a list of items I needed removed and queried roughly how long so I knew an estimate of what I’d be paying, he said no more than 2 hours. The 2 gentlemen were VERY INEXPERIENCED and had not very much idea what they were doing! They were 40 minutes late. My furniture was damaged as they put my $3000 solid timber buffet face down on the concrete floor with no blanket. I as so angry and the guy just said it’s OK. My newly painted walls were damaged and I had to call my brother in law for help to them help them move my furniture in and direct them. The job took them 4 hours instead of 2 hours. They didn’t know how to stack the items or use the strapping device as asked me. This was NOT OK! I called Gurmeet several times to advise him of the situation and although he apologised, it was like he just said it because he had to not because he meant it. He was hard to negotiate with which resulted to me getting upset and advising I would take this matter further. All he could say is I’m not making any money out of this and admitted one guy had no experience but bc it was after hours this is all he could get. Thanks for nothing! ABSOLUTELY a SHOCKING AWFUL EXPERIENCE !!!! You are better off paying a bit more to someone with experience but for less time as they guys will just eat your money and damage everything you own!!!! They are HORRIBLE and I would never use or recommend them to anyone!!!!!!! Not even worth one star!

EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I spoke to gurmeet singh 2 weeks before my move and booked a 5 ton van. I sent him the photos and he confirmed the truck On the day, the movers took 5.75 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment and the house I was moving to was a 30 minute drive where they left 50% of the stuff in the garage for us to move later. This is on top of a 1.5 hour call out fee. One of the movers was a starter and inexperienced and I along with my partner had to help them throughout the move. Finally, we could not fit all the stuff including my washing machine, work table, plants etc. I am booking another service again to get those stuff moved. They charge extremely high and provide a really disappointing service. Never contacting them and never suggesting them to anyone again. As unprofessional as a service can get.

The movers did an OK job but were slower than I expected as they charge by the hour, if they had told us at the time of the booking they expected at least 6 hours then I could have budgeted for that or quoted a few other movers they also we're not helpful in helping us decide what size truck to get and it ended up being a bit small, not fitting all of the big size furniture (we only had a 2 bedroom unit) and overpriced. They sent the invoice after they had unloaded three-quarters of the truck and threatened to take away and keep the last quarter if I could not pay their bill which was beyond my budget. I definitely do not recommend them

Pros: - Responsive and easy to reach - Items delivered safely Cons: - Hidden costs not mentioned during the phone inquiry (almost $340 in my case). - Intentionally wasting time to make you pay more (took 35 minutes to wrap Tvs) - Workers are very slow and consuming unnecessary time (talking on the phone or talking to each other). - Force you to pay in full before the job is completed (1/3 of the boxes were still in the truck) when I made the payment. - Workers left 7 boxes in the garage while it should go upstairs when I asked them to put them upstairs they said that the time is over and I have to pay more.

What an incredible team. These guys are absolute legends. They don't normally work on Sundays but pulled a team together and made it work for us when our original removalist didn't show up. Thankyou so much for being so professional and providing great customer service. Every fragile item was wrapped and handled with care. Will Definitely be using these guys in future and recommending them to anyone we know!!

Garry is an absolute legend to deal with originally booked in Thursday to move but had some issues and he shifted to Friday without any issues. Had the pleasure of Suraj and Harry doing my move the boys were on time and took excellent care when moving my items, all items were wrapped properly. Will always call the boys back for my next move. Very respectful and nothing is too much

AMAZING SERVICE.I got very heavy furniture and i was little worried that if the guys will be able to do the job properly!But i was surprised the way Rupinder and Gagan handled the job. Best and most professional movers by far I have come across. Kept me informed on time they would be arriving at. Removed and helped us assemble our beds as well which was another job. The two movers I had were Gurmeet and Roop always had a smile on their face. Highly recommend them and will definitely use their services again

Very satisfied with the service provided by the movers. I will recommend Cbdway movers to my family and friends. They were concious of the time and also very careful with our furnitures etc. All our valuables were well wrapped and transported. Thank you for a job well done.

Garry and the boys were good. However, took a longer, we shifted 1 year ago and the whole process only took 3hrs but this year it took 7hrs. One other disappointment was that they charged for tape, I don't mind paying but this was not mentioned before.

Garry and his team were fantastic! They were punctual, worked hard, followed instructions, took care with our belongings and just made our day so much easier. I would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.
