What started off as a rocky start due to one of the movers not bothering to turn up for the job, was quickly remedied by Harley and 2 additional guys Haitham&Evan came and saved the day. Words cannot express how incredibly happy I am with these guys, they not only worked professionally, they were on the ball and smashed out the job, regaining the time that was lost from waiting on the guy that did not show. Harley was professional from the start, he was on time and really took action , coordinating with his team and making a plan. Their knowledge and experience really came through with the way they handled my property with care. It was sooo stress-free.They went over and beyond connecting what needed to be connected as well as desembling and assembling etc.Not only were they polite and communicating well, they truly respected my time and the move was done in record time - 2HOURS and they were DONE. To anyone considering CHM, I would highly recommend you specifically ask for Harley, Hathiam and Evan to be assigned to your move. From what was about to be a 2star, I am giving a 5 star solely because of these 3 individuals.. Careful Hands Movers, you have 3 assets, please continue to look after them. Very happy with the service from Careful Hands Movers. There was a minor blip when it appeared that my booking was missing, but it was sorted out fast. Evan, Haytham, and Adam were very efficient in loading and unloading and everything arrived in good condition. Kept informed throughout by the operations manager Brian. It was a relief to be able to get a small load interstate overnight having talked to two of the big moving companies who informed me that it could take up to three weeks while I waited for other partial loads to be accumulated. Happy with the service and happy to recommend the company.

I can’t say enough good things about these movers. They arrived early morning to help move our full two bedroom house and garage. Extremely efficient and they had no problem with the heavy items. We had booked two trucks which saved a lot of time as the chest of drawers, couch, tables, etc. did not need to be taken apart and could be moved safely in the vans. The boys were able to completely set up the new house and it was completed far quicker than I’d anticipated. There are already so many things to think about when moving house, this isn’t one of them. Just book these guys.

A smooth stress-free move. Got Careful Hands Movers to move between townhouses. It was a smooth experience from the booking to the move. George and Marwan were great, friendly, and helpful. I showed them the items to move and they took care of the rest, including disassembly and reassembly of the bed. Furniture was carefully wrapped and tetris-ed into the truck and off we went. They expertly unloaded the truck into the house and helped positioned the furniture. Excellent service and would recommend.

Adam and team were fantastic. Was very professional and worked with me to get my stuff from Canberra to Melbourne quickly and safely. The guys ensured things were packed together well and took care to handle the more fragile and delicate items. My experience from booking to the move itself was very smooth and they allowed me to make changes before the allotted time to update my space reservation. The office were very friendly and accommodating. Very happy with my experience and would recommend again

We had Marwan and Steve from Careful Hands Movers help us move to our new home and they did an amazing job. Marwan in particular is very hands on, I have a bulky fridge and was concerned of how he would get it through narrow doorway but he managed it very skilfully without any issue. All items were properly protected and transported without any incident. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend them.

Careful Hands Movers helped us move our furniture back into our house following floor polishing. Harley annd Tyrell arrived on time, were v friendly and keen to ensure all furniture was placed exactly where I wanted it to be. They didn’t rush me and were v aware not to damage the newly polished floors . I absolutely would recommend CHM and shout out to Harley and Tyrell who were lovely

We appreciate Adam and Colby's attitude very much. Easy going, obliging, cautious. There was no damage. The time taken was as estimated. It was a pleasant experience with Careful Hands as we need to change the booking date multiple times but Bella was very responsive and patient. Thank you very much for giving us a smooth move without issue.

Renee was fabulous over the phone. Evan and Haytham were very professional and never stopped working for a moment. They took perfect care of our belongings and staying until the job was completely done. They had a late start but no doubt a busy and efficient day. Harley and Tyrell were bloody amazing helping us move from Coburg to Richmond yesterday in the rain!! Despite the weather they were calm, professional, accommodating, thoughtful and good humoured! Just has two blokes ( Ivan and Tyrell ) from Careful hands movers move my daughters things back home . They were both excellent . No fuss , wrapped everything in blankets or shrink wrap . Everything was great . I was most impressed with the refrigerator move from upstairs . Cannot recommend them highly enough .

My moving guys Harley and Ivan were fantastic, showed up on time, wrapping things to avoid damage, careful with the loading, asking about where to put the unloading, totally obliging. Then came back to fix up something! I recommend them altogether.Made the moving experience less stressful.

Marwan and the team were excellent! They took great care of our things, even in the pouring rain! They figured out some tough maneuvers trying to get the furniture out of our house, but they were careful and very friendly. I hope I don't move again, but if I do I'd use them again!
