I don't know if this company is accredited with AFRA, I couldn't find them on the website. But I'm very happy to say that Prashu and his coworker did a fantastic job! I'll legit be requesting him next move. We booked them for 9am and he arrived on the dot with the other mover. They looked after our things and got everything done about the time estimated in the booking quickly and without issues - he would even check for damage on items to discuss before moving so there was clarity on what was already damaged. We only moved the large things like couch, bed, whitegoods etc. so it was pretty quick. They worked diligently and moved everything in a way that looked easy. I've been stressing about this move so I let them know their work and their care was excellent. Great workers and highly recommended

I moved a couple of years ago, and I regret not writing a review for Yes Movers sooner. My work schedule got hectic, and it slipped my mind until today. I want to emphasize that this team is outstanding. They are not only punctual but also budget-friendly, and their service is truly exceptional. I recall the day of our move when they quickly realized that the truck they initially brought wasn't spacious enough for all our belongings. Without hesitation, Sam has provided a second truck at no additional cost. This level of service exceeded my expectations. I have no hesitation in utilizing their services again in the future, and I have already recommended them to several friends. Keep up the fantastic work, Yes Movers! Your dedication to customer satisfaction is truly commendable.

Booking was easy via email/call and reasonable prices for my moving. Weekend and weekday charges are same rates which is good for me. Smooth loading and unloading. The total moving time included on the road is 2 hrs 15min, 4.5 tons truck, 2 movers & we did helped along the move to reduce the time we spent. *only one incident happened during the moving day, they didn't have the mattress cover as I requested before. So the movers decided to wrap up my king size mattress with cling wrap. And this was free for me, however the process take a little bit longer time to wrap the mattress. Overall is good. Will consider to move again with them.

The never called 30 minutes beforehand as promised, instead arrived fifteen minutes early and of course started the clock when they arrived. Overcharged by an hour was meant to be 7.5 but they did 8.5. Came out and saw the boys resting in the van in the middle of the job. Of course I also had to pay for their break because they’re paid by the hour. Previous moves for the same apartment took 3-4 hours, the guys took 6 to move everything downstairs. Didn’t even move everything. They left the water filter, vacuum and other things behind. Don’t trust them and won’t use them again.

I highly recommend these movers. Harkaran and Jashan were polite, efficient and extremely helpful with moving our things. We hired them to move a two bedroom ground floor flat to a 3 bed 2 storey unit - we had a lot of stuff so we a 5 tonne truck and the two guys had us moved over in no time. They were also punctual which was great as we could plan the day accordingly. Thanks again guys - we will be sure to recommend you to our friends!

I’ve previously moved with yes movers and went with them again for my most recent move. Rohit and Sahil were extremely efficient despite the circumstances (stairs, inconvenient parking) and were so careful and organised with everything. Harkaran and kundal did a good job moving but one of them stained one of the white cloth of my stuff and they also forgot their tools in the old apartment so i need to drive back again to pick it up. All in all they did what was expected and okay for the job except for the two items mentioned.
