Several key issues here. 1. Horrible, horrible, horrible location inside a gigantic mall in such a congested area to drive to. 2. Staff had no interest in refilling all medications at once instead of making multiple trips there. 3. They will never ever reach Walgreens standards. As I pointed out before, I feel sorry for the elderly or blind who can't read text messages. Their phone system cannot detect if your landline has an answering machine so a message is never left. 4. They don't even have an option for the pharmacy to email you when your prescription is ready. Not everyone has a cell phone. Thank God my employer now allows us to us Walgreens because I'm headed back there.

What is SO hard about leaving a message on my voicemail at home??? Unfortunately, my insurance only allows me to use CVS otherwise, I'd go back to Walgreens in a heart-beat. I feel really sorry for the blind or elderly who don't use "Text Messages." I'm sick of hearing that Text Message excuse. Pick up the 'effing phone and leave a message.

The staff at this CVS pharmacy are always helpful, courteous and kind. I have always been treated with respect--even addressed by name by several of the staff, and that never happens anymore! I do not prefer CVS in the realm of pharmacies, but I do like this particular pharmacy.

I love this CVS Pharmacy long before it became CVS (it used to be Target Pharmacy). The entire staff always treated me like family. I never had an issue with prescription refills. In summary, they have gone the extra mile to make me happy!

Much prefer this place over Walgreens. It's not that Walgreens is bad, it's just that this CVS seems to get everything right on a regular basis!
