I would advise anyone looking to send mail to search for a different location. I frequently send mail here and each time the rates are different for the exact same package going to the exact same country. A re occurring issue I have faced is the employee placing a Canadian stamp on a package that is intended to be sent to the United States. When I ask her to confirm that that package is for the United States she says yes, however the stamp clearly says Canada. This causes my packages to be returned to my address over and over again with the stamp crossed out. I then have to go and resend the package with an American stamp. Mind you, they do not provide a refund for the original stamp that I had paid for because “there’s nothing we can do about it” despite the fact that it is obviously their mistake. Not only do I have to pay double shipping, time sensitive packages are delayed because they are sent back after several days and I must resend them. They waste my time, money, and delay time sensitive shipping on a regular basis. I will never return to this location and I advise anyone else to do the same.

Some of the worst service u will get in any domain. The staff is plainly rude. I've been there twice. The first time there was no other clients. The 2 staff members saw it fit carry a private convo, apparently me standing right infront of them within 4 feet did not warrant them pausing the gossip for a minute. When they finally finished their convo they were rude and extremely unhelpful. On my second visit there was a deferent staff member that amazingly was equally rude . It feels as if being rude is a Prerequisite

I've never had issues here, however I mostly use it to pick up, or to ship pre-filled out labels. If you're shipping things that require special handling, make sure you know what is needed before going, as it's an outlet/kiosk location, not a true canada post office.

In this canada post did not take care of customers and they didn’t explain the payment also .Name shiva she was very very rude… she never explain the payments nothing… I think this guys don’t know the customer service…

Just send my mail here and the service is great. Don't understand why people gave it so much low points. Maybe it is because the service of canada post, not the great ladies here.

Sent a packet as regular mail. For past 6 days, its showing item accepted only. I opened the ticket with canada post online. Please don't ship packages at this location.

After reading the reviews I wasn't expecting much, but my visit was actually pleasant. The staff was friendly and helpful. No complaints.

Slow employee. People were standing for more than 20 minutes. Canada post employee keep on counting money. Very slow

Be prepared to wait in line forever (even if there are only 2 customers). Extremely slow and inefficient staff.
