I have been a customer of this post office for 27 years. They are a great group of employees of PharmaSave who are very well versed on the multitude of offerings of Canada Post. This is a Retail Post Office, it is not owned and operated by Canada Post. Cda Post over see it and sell their product there but the employees are paid/work by/for the Pharmacy. If one has complaints of about home mail delivery speak to Cda Post it has nothing to do with this retail outlet. The employees are friendly and keep the line moving thru as best as they are able and as best as the customer is prepared for posting their delivery. IF they let a package go thru the letter system and it was too big to meet letter size delivery, that item would be destroyed in the automated Cda Post sorting system. Listen to their recommendations they know what they are saying. They do not get any bonus to charge more...they are just trying to get your package to where ever you want it to go. Great group, highly recommend this local post office.

If I could give zero I would. The lady at this location is super rude. I received a notice on my door yesterday (even though I was home, Canada Post sucks at training their employees how to properly knock) telling me to come pick up my package at 1. I showed up at 1. She points towards the pile of boxes behind the counter and says these are all the parcels we received yesterday, we havent inputted them into the computer yet so unless you can tell me what it is I cant help you. I tell her it should be a small box, she then says well there all boxes, do you really want me to look for your package even though theres a line. I said I just waited in that line....... She then tells me she cant help me and to leave. I don't understand what I did wrong here.....

I have only been here once but also found their "service" to be extremely poor, bordering on contemptuous. They seemed to take glee in pointing out how customers had improperly packaged things, addressed things, etc. I had a small package that I had placed inside an envelope and which I was hoping could be sent as an envelope and not a parcel. The woman "serving" me made a bit of a show proving that it was too thick to be dropped through the plastic slot measurement tool. No stars, although I had to register one to post this review.

didn't work out great - had a discussion with the rep about how much a service would cost and was told about 3 bucks. Ended up being 17 dollars so I said eff it. Also ended up paying 7 dollars to send a simple small envelope to Texas when I could have paid 2 bux with a regular stamp. A price indication before you print the sticker would be nice. Trying to figure out what I did wrong but I feel like they were just unengaged. sloppy

They never knock. Even if you put a note on your door, they won't knock or ring the doorbell. UPDATE: This time I stood at my door and watched them through the looking glass. The man did not ring the doorbell or knock on the door, or even bring the tiny package inside with him. He left the slip and tried to drive away quickly. I grabbed the slip and I chased that a**hole down and got my package.

Every time I go here (and I go here at least once a week, I think I've met everybody who works here), the people behind the counter are friendly and patient and helpful. They're happy to explain different shipping options, answer questions, check you've added enough postage, and lend you a bit of tape/a pen if you forgot yours. Nice place, even if there is sometimes a line.

Waited 15 min with no lineup while someone was getting trained on an international shipping. Asked if I could be helped at another cash as there was no indication of them ever finishing. The answer was no and they were training for another 3 hours. Could have walked my packages to Montreal faster ‍♂️ …

If there is a selection which is zero for this page i strongly select it for this post office's lady employee who is rude and unwilling for your process. Never prefer again!

Regular Canada Post, nothing remarkable. Slow service and the rep seemed that she hated her job both times that I had been there, actually she was a bit rude.

Completely useless. 45minute wait to pick up a package while the employees look at you confused as to why you are there.

There is a lack of employees. I've never seen more than one employee at work. Additionally, half the staff is rude.

Short staffed during the holidays. Older women is rude. Service absolutely terrible.

Staff have always been quick and courteous to me. Have lent me tape, etc.

This post office is actually down the street in the Pharmasave
