I've gone to this location twice and both times simple procedures were like taking the bar exam. I went in yesterday with a pre paid return package and I could see the hamster fall off the wheel of the employee. Not wanting to leave my package with an incompetent I went to another Canada post who luckily had an employee who learned to read. When I explained how jean coutue couldn't send my package he laughed and said "yeah, they hire special people over there".

What a disorganised company. I have contacted them and they promised me to respond by email within 5 business days, regarding the matter. And after a week, they said they are not sure why the email was never sent. Plus my request is no longer exist. Avoid Canada Post at all cost if you want to have a acceptable mailing service. As they will fail in every tiny details.

Been waiting over a week for a package to arrive (due to the CP Strikes) and finally was supposed to receive it today but apparently the deliverer decided to leave a notice even though he was inside the building and could have dropped it off. Also left a mess of newspapers over the floor and left many mailboxes open.

Slow and bad service. The employees I had to deal with was mean and had these added fake rules for some fake security reasons to pick up a simple letter. Will not do business to this location ever again. I hope Canada Post sees all of the bad reviews of this location and close it.

I've mailed intentionally to various countries and by far these guys are the worst: couldn't make a simple delivery and blamed it on "incomplete address"; subsequently been provided address proof but still won't admit to being at fault

I went in asking for a staff member to witness my signature. The cashier said she could and proceeded to sign. Then she white taped her signature and said she couldn’t do it. The manager and the staff need to be retrained.

Only one staff is there, and really slow. But at night, an experienced lady is working, so it is okay - but except her working time, it's super slow and some staff are rude.

The lady there was very nice and when I asked her for a passport application she said no problem. Thanks very much for your assistance

Service is very good, but really wish it was open longer on Sunday. It is only open 5 of the 12 hours the pharmacy is open.

a little slow at times due to congestion and lines, but the service is always great once you make it to the counter.

Excellent service. The supervisor was training someone while also dealing with a more agitated client.

Convenient location inside a Jean Coutu. Most of time time manned by 2 staff.
