The guy with grey hair and beard at Canada post quickie rideaucreat drive is very hard to deal with. I did not leave a review last time coz I thought he might be having a hard day. But this is my second time I come to pick up a package and he seems to be aggressive in the way he deals with customers. The previous customer looked at me and was like (what’s the matter with him!). No customer service at all unfortunately, but rather he tends to be rude and I get very uncomfortable dealing with him. I will try to call Canada post next time and request to send my package to a different location. Hoping he can get a better training on how to deal with customers. I understand sometimes you get rude customers and you have to be firm and put boundaries and everything but I came said hi I have a package to pick up and gave him the number and my ID and waited, did not say anything else other than thank you when I got my package so I don’t deserve to be treated like that.
