Went to pick up my package at Alta Vista Shoppers Drugmart Canada Post Office, a day after it arrived. I went, showed the employee the delivery notice I received. She scanned it and told me it wasn't there yet. I just so happened to notice that their store room, where parcels and packages was open and saw the very parcel with the business I ordered from, with their name on the colored taped around the white box. I politely pointed it out to her that perhaps that could be it. She lazily went over, took a quick glance at the parcel and told me it wasn't it. The employee didn't even properly examine if the tracking number or delivery card notice number matched. Or even my name for god sakes. The employee told me to come back later since their would be another delivery. So I did just that, and if you can believe it, that parcel I pointed out to the employee the first time, was in fact my parcel.

It was a disheartening experience this Saturday morning on November 25th at 11:30 a.m. at Canada Post. I strongly recommend that the black attendant at the counter be provided with training on courtesy, particularly in using polite language such as saying "please" when requesting identification. As a customer engaging with their services, a welcoming smile would have been appreciated, and it is crucial to emphasize the importance of such interpersonal skills. A more positive and respectful approach from staff can significantly enhance the overall customer experience. So bad experience this Saturday Nov 25 morning at 1130

I have an online business with postal parcels shipped to customers - mostly to the USA - but also to other places around the world on a regular basis. Therefore I am constantly at the Alta Vista Dr post office on behalf of my business. Service is always very good from everyone who serves me. Katie is particularly very efficient, knowledgeable and personable and has gone out of her way to get answers to my business related questions.

Says 9 am open everywhere but doesn’t open until the afternoon. Don’t go in before 1pm. Every day there are folks coming in just to see the place is closed. Update your hours, change your staff. You’re wasting everyone’s time.

Terrible service at Holmwood Avenue. They will not deliver door to dorr and the carriers have terrible attitudes. Not customer service focused at all. Do not use! Worst freight company around.

Unreliable hours of operation. Showed up at 11:45am and it’s closed till 1pm. Staff are very friendly when they are around - makes me wonder if there's poor scheduling.

Worst delivery service. Never receive any of my packages on the delivery date. Not even an attempt. Would very much so recommend not using Canada post.
