this outlet never answers the phone. you have to go in person to see if your parcel is in. and for the disabled this is a hardship. the usual clerk is unreliable and unsympathetic when canpost is failing you. there's no way to complain as chat is virtual and the other phone no. just gives an answering machine. even on twitter they redirect you to more of the same. people have been replaced by software and machines. on one occasion, the clerk demanded i take off my mask and dark glasses that i wear for multiple chemical and environmental sensitivity though no one else in line was asked to. when i explained my condition and that no one else in the two years i've been going to this outlet has made the same requirement, she said they haven't been doing their job. i complained to canpost chat and was told she should have given me my item because i had proper id.

‏The postal employee, Mrs. Zeinab, is completely disrespectful. She did not cooperate or assist me in sending a package. It said the postal code is invalid! By the way, the full address is written on an envelope sent to me from Services Canada. It makes sense to look up the address to find out the correct postal code. It's not a big deal, but she insisted on not accepting the envelope or calling Canadian Services at night to find out the correct postal code!! This makes no sense at all to a Canada Post employee who should know how to extract the postal code from an address. I searched for the address and gave her the Postal code. The postal employee must have some of the information and skills necessary to help others. Thank you to the supervisor for his understanding of the situation. I hope it does not happen again to other people

This young girl they have working at the post office. Has no regard for peoples times, she is beyond slow, and doesn’t care. Extremely rude, will pretend to not understand English to avoid answering peoples questions. This is my second dealing with her, I’ve been in line for almost an hour with the line running all along the store. Comments have been made about how slow she is and it’s like she slows down even more. Hire someone else, this is brutal, she can’t even call for help. People have to write things out for her numerous times just to get her to get her job done. HIRE SOMEONE NEW GET RID OF THIS CHILD.

Very poor service I went to 541 Montreal road may 23 2023 to return packages and they did not scan my item. I have been given the run around call canada post. I cannot have a ticket to investigate as it was scanned but apparently not by canada post. That is ridiculous because they received my 3 other items and not this item. I even went to talk to the guy Youssef who did not scan my one item and he said I can’t do anything call Canada post. This means I lose 150$ for a refund that I returned but Youssef forgot to scan. This is unacceptable!!!

Don’t know what they doing so cost me 22 dollars to send package out and wasn’t delivered return package cost me another 12 dollars when spoke to customer service they told wrong address I said no address correct right on package she say well the tracking number is not that address well guess somebody punched it in wrong so they will return my 22 dollar to ship but was told not the 12 dollar for the return so it cost me 12 dollars because someone can’t do there job properly now how does that make sense will never be back

If your looking to deal with someone who hates there job and tells you the reason you waited 5 min then had to ask a shoppers drug mart employee to have them paged to serve you , only to he told the employee was having there morning tea and you should have waited. Then this is the place rude staff , i sudgest you have a few come back insults ready or be prepared to be insulted and be welcomed as a inconvenience. That being said you would think people would be happy to still have a job these days but not thos location.

Could not put my pre-labeled packages on the table because a guy was there on his cell phone in the middle. When I asked if he could move over a bit, he refused. When I asked again, he moved towards me and I had to walk around him with my 8 packages. The worker Oumu and Gino at that Canada Post were completely unhelpful and indifferent to this guy blocking me. When I went to look at Oumu’s name tag, she blocked it with her hand. Doesn’t want to be accountable either. TERRIBLE customer service.

No issues. Check weekend hours as they open later than most people think. This location offers MoneyGram services. This place, being inside a Shopper's Drug Mart, unfortunately doesn't offer fixed shipping price Canada Post boxes. If they did, I'd add a star. FYI, there's a cold draft right above where the poeple work begins the counter. Bring a coffee or two while your there for a parcel/stamp, I'm sure they'll appreciate it, especially if you are a return customer like myself! Cheers

The Post Office employees are great but the employees at the Shoppers are terrible. I was new in the neighborhood was told the post office was closed, the manager of the shoppers was angry, when I asked so he yelled and snaped at me. He gave me the wrong directions to find a different post office (on purpose) which brought me to an unsafe area, and it was late night. The next day when he saw me he was smirking, and grinning... very questionable individual.

I've been meaning to write a review about the Post Office inside Shoppers Drug Mart at 541 Montreal Rd. for sometime. I'm frequently in this location; however, the last 4 times I've either been helped by or the Manager has been close by to help. I believe her name is Marlene. Knowledgeable, helpful and I've also witnessed her deal with an unreasonably rude customer firmly and professionally. Canada Post is lucky to have her on staff...

Every single time I come here there is only one person working at the Canada Post counter and a line at least 5 people long. The wait is always 15+ minutes and they never call for help/have another person available to open another cash. Ridiculous. If it’s 5pm, you need two people. Simple as that.

I come here to drop packages off all the time and it never takes less than 30 minutes. they only ever have one staff member at the cash and inevitably some boomer needs 30 minutes of help and this hold up the while line.

I actually like the people who work here. Lines are a bit slow but it’s Christmas so it’s to be expected. People always expect everything to magically appear lol.

I don't understand why my letters disappear after I mail them...happened 3 times and can't complain to anyone cause it's not tracking mail. …

Very slow service. Expect to wait a while in line. Update: service is worse than ever. Ridiculously long waiting times.
