Terrible service. Rude, slow employees. I went in to buy a box and someone who turned out to be an employee himself took a full 15 minutes to pack the box he wanted to ship while there were 3 people waiting in line behind him. He was also chatting loudly with the employee helping him, and swearing loudly too. When he was finished he just walked over to the other side of the counter. When I asked if there was someone else who could help while this was going on, no one even bothered to answer. What a joke.

Very knowledgeable and courteous staff. I have been attending this post office for years and unlike what a couple of people have said, they are not slow, nor are they rude. Rather, the full-time staff have been both helpful expedient in my experiences. The service industry isn't fluff and people shouldn't judge others because they weren't spoken to with a soft and poetic tone.

Got money order there. It was the person's first time doing two on one order so took a few minutes longer than normal. Service was still good. She needed help from another employee and they started speaking French to each other. Which drives me bonkers when people around you speak another language in front of you. I automatically assume they are calling me an idiot.

Had to go to this specific Canada Post for school forms. The service provided was friendly and efficient, and the clerk answered all my questions! Had no issues. Very clean and well spaced Canada Post location. Conveniently close to Bank Street as well.

Bad, super rude service for no apparent reason while I was trying to mail out a package- employee acted like my simple request was a waste of his time. Will gladly walk down the street to the next postal outlet rather than ever come here again.

One of the few accessible places in the Glebe. Ramp, automatic door, aisles big enough. But additionally, wonderful, helpful and friendly staff!
