Called the store in parkhurst looking for a bed I've been searching all over for since before lock down. They didnt have the size in stock but the lady working there was so genuinely helpful, she called around and within an hour she'd had the bed delivered to her store and kept it aside for me. when I went to collect it she was the most friendly, knowledgeable and just all round awesome sales assistant I've ever met and has a genuine love for pets. She also really knew her stuff when it comes to their product range. Some of their stock is slightly more expensive than other shops but you do get 5% back in loyalty points to spend as you please and with service like that its totally worth it.

I had such an awesome "above and beyond" experience with Canine & Co online shopping. They did not offer the kind of payment I find acceptable, but Phil contacted me via e-mail. He assisted me, so I could finalize my purchase & pay in a way I feel safe & comfortable with. Canine & Co just continious to wow! After giving them a hard time with my stubborness, they not only accommodated me, but had my order delivered to my door, within less than 2 days. (& thát in the Free State, where everything happens 2 decades later than anywhere else!!! ) I would give you guys 10 stars, were it possible!!

My first call for Acana and Orijen dog and cat food, which is organically sourced, biologically appropriate and does not contain additives and colourants. This really helps with keeping lifestyle diseases at bay. Raw diets are also available. The staff are very friendly, knowledgeable and best of all, know their clients by name. Canine & Co. have a really good variety of toys, beds, treats, and many other pet supplies, which can be a bit dangerous when you’re on a budget. They also have a generous loyalty programme. Highly recommended.

Probably the WORST delivery service I have ever experienced - they advertise 1-3 days for delivery in central areas and even after my fourth consecutive order its safe to say its more like 5-7 WORKING days for delivery- the consistent excuse is that they have to order from the supplier (who is also local).This could be plausible but not four times, not good enough in my opinion- rather just correctly advertise your delivery times so clients can plan accordingly

Having been shopping at Canine & Co for the past 5 years and have never had a problem. Their stores are wonderful and their online shopping experience has been so easy and convenient, especially during the pandemic. If ever there is a snag (usually by my own doing) they are incredibly patient, understanding and quick to resolve it. Thank you to the Canine & Co Team!

I had a lovely experience tonight at Canine & Co. The lady on duty, I regrettably didn’t get her name, was so kind and sweet. She didn’t mind my completely random stories of my dog and cat. After the utterly long day I had, it was a small act that meant a lot to me, and will be one of the reasons that I keep going back.

Fantastic delivery service. I ordered on Saturday evening and was given a 3-5 day delivery timeline but it was delivered on Monday - very impressed and as a new customer I also got R100 off my order - couldn’t be more impressed. Thank you.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. I always take my dogs to the store to get their food and they are welcomed with open arms. As for the items themselves, they are of such a high quality and are usually quite rare to find elsewhere.
