From the time we walked in, we were made to feel as though we were an important customer. Maggie, had a fantastic knowledge and was prepared to listen to what we wanted and needed. Everything was sketched so we were all clear on the concept of what we were talking about. We ordered a very specific Tasmanian Blackwood dining table and 8 chairs. A week later we went back and ordered bedside chests, a bookcase which was individually designed by Maggie and another item of furniture to go with the dining table that we had ordered a week earlier. Again we went through the concepts and specifications and willingly paid our deposit. Then everything went into production at their factory. Maggie told us around 5 weeks was the lead time and true to her word, all the furniture was delivered on time. Everything was finished as per specifications, everything arrived in excellent order (no scratches, no marks, no dents) and the delivery team was so careful. A totally professional outfit. We had been searching for a very long time to find a bookcase that would fit the niche in our house without any luck. Don't let the factory location put you off: Maggie was able to put on paper our (very) rough sketches and her team transformed this into a beautiful bookcase of exceptional craftsmanship and quality. Maggie was meticulous with the measurements, and re-checked everything before proceeding. The installation team (who are themselves the builders) were on time and took great care in placing the bookcase; the pride in their workmanship was evident. Although in-built may have aesthetically completed the look, how could I ever leave this bookcase behind if we ever did sell our house?! Castle Hill Furniture We have recently purchased 6 dining chairs from Castle Hill Furniture which the owner Maggie Ma helped us greatly in choosing a design and upholstery option to compliment our existing dining room table which has a 60’s retro vibe to it. We are extremely pleased with the way the chairs have blended with existing dining room furniture and the quality of the product is first class! You would never know that they weren’t the original design or timber. So much so we have since purchased a queen size timber bed from Castle Hill Furniture and will soon be complimenting that with a matching tall boy of the same design. We have found that Maggie’s standard floor stock is well designed and made and is visually pleasing to the eye. However, she is also prepared to design individual furniture items for her customers on a piece-by-piece basis as well. Maggie’s service, quality of her products and attention to her customers requirement is fantastic. We would thoroughly recommend her to family and friends or anyone looking to buy quality handmade furniture.

Customised, Quality, Australian Furniture Maggie at Castle Hill Furniture was amazing to work with. She listened to our individual needs, offered suggestions and helped us in everyone choose the right table and chairs for our needs. I was able to design a table that custom fitted our new house and choose from an expansive range of materials for the chairs. This is something many other furniture shops couldnt offer. Nothing was an issue and communicated with me throughout the process. During delivery they were concerned about protecting our floors and came with protective mat to help move the table into place. Once delivered the table fitted perfectly and certainly a solid and great quality piece of furniture. I'm am "extremely" happy with my purchase and wouldn't hesitate to encourage other people to view their products or talk to Maggie if you can't find exactly what you are searching for. Don't compromise on the design features you're looking for in your house.

After looking around for furniture for our new home, my wife and I immediately fell in love with a design and quality of a large dining and coffee table and other items displayed at Castle Hill FURNITURE shop. The dining table, coffee table, 8 dining chairs and 3 seater sofa we purchased from this shop are of the highest quality and we are really enjoying them in our new home in Southern Highlands. Maggie, the business owner was really helpful and professional from the time we first visited the shop and we can highly recommend this shop to anyone seeking a good quality locally manufactured furniture. Maggie was really helpful since minute one of the project — very patient with questions and changes to design or quotes, responds quickly and keeps us updated, will bring up any concerns regarding visual appearance of design proposed, and accommodates your specific requests. Delivery also went very well and the staff that delivered were careful and nice. The final product’s outcome is of very good standard and looks really good — strongly built and no cutting of corners were done even on the inside including door hinges and drawer slides. It was made to last a lifetime and not for the landfill. Have zero complaints, will be going back to them for future furniture needs!

Don’t let the non-descript warehouse location put you off, we nearly didn’t bother going in. So pleased we did. Everything they did is custom to our requirements, they meticulously signed off the measurements. The quality has really surprised us, this furniture will survive all of us combined! Maggie is amazing and will assist you through the process professionally and knowledgeably. We were even impressed with the installers and the care they took. Excellent service and quality work. Couldn't be happier. Maggie was very helpful and patient. We had 8 dining chairs plus a large extension table made. The table's craftsmanship and design doesn't make it appear as if it is an extendable table which I had been unable to find elsewhere. Later I was looking for sofa's and didn't realise Castle Hill Furniture made these as well. I nearly bought a King Living furniture lounge but had to cancel when I saw Maggie's stunning sofa's. Got two 3 seaters made plus two ottomans and I smile every time I look at them. Very grateful I found this gem in local Castle Hill!

We recently used castle hill furniture for the design of both a bar table and chairs and a wine buffet. The service we received from Maggie was exceptional. She helped with design, sourced a variety of concrete finishes for us and helped with fabric choice. The quality of both items was exceptional with both Maggie and her husband coming personally to install the buffet in our home. They made a special effort to have these items for us by Christmas on a very short turnaround. I highly recommend Castle hill furniture and would use them again when we want xomething custom made.

I have loved working with Maggie on a few key pieces for our home. She was so helpful and patient with my constant change of mind! Good quality furniture at prices lower than the main stores. However, they don't manufacture themselves. They buy from local manufacturers who I came across and obtained an even better price and they deigned the furniture to your liking. Would not be fair on this business for me to mention on who I went with but it's worthwhile googling your options.

I would do zero stars if it would let me. Don't trust these guys. They had a so called "25% off sale" in January and charged the same prices as when they don't have a "sale". I thought that was against the law? Buyer's beware. A sale discount should be a genuine discount off the normal price. Very dodgy !

Was advised on Saturday they would be open from 10am on Sunday and sign on door says same. Arrived at 11.30am, door locked, rang phone # and was advised they wouldn't be open until 2pm. Very disappointing customer service. Drove half hour for nothing!! Just a hint: provide accurate information!
