If I could give zero stars, I definitely would. I have been experiencing numerous issues with Canada Post in general, and it has become quite frequent. Unfortunately, I have no choice but to use this service as I have no control over the senders of the items I receive. The local Canada Post office is consistently understaffed, and while I understand the frustration of not having enough personnel, it is concerning to see this become an ongoing problem, especially considering the federal funding involved. During a recent incident, I called to inquire about the delivery of a package after receiving a notice at my door. I had been waiting in my living room, which is right next to the front door, for the package, and I can confirm that the postal service did not ring the doorbell or knock. It's important to mention that there were four people present in the house at the time, and unfortunately, this is a recurring issue. I want to clarify that the staff at Clarview PO does not have control over these matters. However, when I explained the situation, the person I spoke to did not seem to care and simply reiterated the understaffing issue. Although the person's tone remained calm, it came across as condescending and highly unprofessional. Instead of taking the time to check the package's associated number, which would have been quicker, she felt the need to lecture me about patience.

Update: Three years later and I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. Everyone who works there is fantastic. They have helped me with so many medications and insurance issues. One of the pharmacists even caught a rare drug interaction that my specialist didn’t notice when prescribing the new meds. I trust them more then any of my doctors when it comes to things like this now. They always ask questions about how my medications are working and they always ask if I have any questions for the pharmacists. Other pharmacies make you feel like a burden when you have questions about your medications. The pharmacists know who I am when I walk in and they remember my past health issues. The post office is awesome and the front staff are too. Everyone should move their prescriptions here instead of the Rexall down the street. The difference in service is enormous. This is truly a small town pharmacy experience in the middle of the city. Original Review: Amazing, friendly service. Great pharmacists who are so incredibly helpful! Everyone who works here is friendly and actually really cares about their customers. When I have a question or issue with my prescriptions, they go above and beyond to help me. I hope I never move from this area because I will never want to use another pharmacy! I've never met such amazing and caring staff. Thank you!!!

I am a regular customer at the postal outlet. Today I brought 2 prepaid parcels to send out and as I approached the postal area, the clerk was busy counting her till, looked up long enough to shake her head and give me a very very dirty look. I get that it's 5:45 PM and you're nearing the end of your day, but NO one deserves to get "the look" that I got. There are soooooooo many people out there that are desperate for work and then there's people like "YOU" that DON'T respect your customers!!!! If you are that unhappy, maybe it's time to move on so someone else that would appreciate a job, can take your place. STOP with the attitude!!!

I love this pharmacy! Such personalized service. I went through cancer treatment in 2020 and Victor and Frank were phenomenal when it came to the drugs I was put on, including the anti-nausea drugs. They called me at home during that time just to ask how I was doing and to ask if the anti-nausea pills were doing their job. I will never forget the support I got from them. Even today, I find the staff incredibly helpful and now they can even compound my cat's hyperthyroid medication with their new lab. When you find Clareview Drug Mart, you need not look further for a community-minded pharmacy!

We've been going here for almost 15 years , love the pharmacy staff. 4 yrs ago they helped me quit 30+ years smoking addiction. They help us organize & make schedules for our many meds. Through their advice I've gone to the ER 3 times over last few years & found out I had very serious life threatening issues that are now being treated . All hard working, friendly and sincerely careing. The free delivery is such a blessing as it's hard for us to go out sometimes. You are all very much appreciated.

Said they would have to call my insurance and then let me know when it would be ready. Called 2.5 hours later and nothing was done. They initially told me my insurance was closed, then put me on hold, then magically my insurance was open. Unfortunately it was too late for me to get my pain management medication and won’t be able to pick it up for another 28 hours. I was lied to initially and obviously my prescription, and myself as a client by extension, we’re not a priority. Very poor service.

Outstanding customer service! I had to go to a pharmacy that catered to a specific type of prescription and this was one of the few available. Frank, the pharmacist, helped me and went above and beyond to ensure that I got my prescription on time, since I was leaving out of town the next day. This was very kind because they were already backed up. Frank even called my insurance company as I was having issues with my card. So thankful for this amazing service!

This drugmart is completely incompetent. My niece requires a medication to keep her alive and healthy. They are even on auto renew so that is ready before they run out. This pharmacy screwed up creating her medication on time not once, not twice but three times now putting my niece in great health risk. I strongly urge that if yourself or child require a medication that is time sensitive to use a different pharmacy! They will not be back ever again.

Lousy experience at a small local Drug Store, I got a notice to pickup a letter as I had an official notification by CanadaPost that it would be here. The hours of the Post Office here are the same as the store, Saturday until 6 PM. However, upon arrival at 5:30 PM the lady behind the counter yelled out “We’re closed” and wouldn’t let me in. The letter was important and I now have to wait until tomorrow.

Phantastic Pharmacy. There is also a Post Office. These are the most important things in the store. There is a large gift card selection. The rest of the store has some food and magazines and office supplies. Again the main focus of the store is the pharmacy. It is a well lit and clean store. Staff is friendly and courteous. The pharmacy staff are knowledgeable and very helpful.

Amazing personal service here unlike that of most other pharmacies, where I often feel I'm more of a sales transaction for them. If you're looking for a pharmacy that remembers you and your health issues, takes great care of you, and treats you as important to the business, this is the place. The professional staff are first rate and always happy to see you. Love them.

This establishment has both a pharmacy and a post office in it. I can't speak to the post office service, but the pharmacy services offered exceeded my expectations. All of the staff, especially the pharmacy managers, help me with all of my questions and have never disappointed me. I refer all my friends and family to this place!

The Post Office team is consistently friendly and efficient. They have been patient during the pandemic and have made me laugh every time I have been there this year. Even thought it has been a difficult year and they are especially busy they make me feel like a valued and appreciated customer. Thank you Post Office team! :)

Identical packages (same size, same weight) result in wildly different prices depending on the person, staff often rude, at least 2 staff members seem unable to wear a mask properly despite months of covid. Given many chances, I am finally giving up on this post office. The actual drug store staff are lovely.

The Profesionals at this Facility are Fantastic, they are genuine Heroes during the pandemic. I have been with them for Care for years and Never had a negative experience. They take their time to explain everything! Answer all questions and even some that may arise later. Caring, Empathy and informative.

The gentleman I dealt with from the pharmacy was extremely helpful and courteous. He was accommodating to my request, which was much appreciated. It was a pleasant experience and a huge improvement from the experiences I've had at the pharmacy at Rexall down the street.
